• Sven (10/5): Wunderschöne Villa mitten in den Reisfeldern zum Entspannen - herzliches Personal - Wir haben 5 Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und es war die schönste Unterkunft, die wir auf Bali hatten. 12/10!!! Wir wurden direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt und konnten den Transfer im Vorhinein über das Hotel buchen, es hat alles super geklappt. Der Pool, die ruhige Umgebung mitten in den Reisfeldern, das super leckere Frühstück, was uns jeden Morgen auf die Veranda gebracht wurde und der unfassbar freundliche und herzliche Service von Adi und seinen Mitarbeitern. Sie haben sogar spontan für uns Kokosnüsse und 2x ein Mittagessen gekocht, waren immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten uns 2x eine balinesische Massage gebucht, die wirklich ein Traum war. Es lohnt sich definitiv ein Spaziergang durch die Reisfelder vor Ort. Die Lage ist super zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig und abseits des Massentourismus. Große Empfehlung! Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zum Abschied gab es noch ein Armband von Adi als Geschenk, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Absolutely nothing

• Björn (10/5): - der Top-Service, das freundliche Personal, das auch bei kleineren Problemen sofort unterstützend zur Seite steht, und der Extra-Service, unseren vergessenen Gegenstand zu unserer nächsten Unterkunft nachzuliefern. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt zwar ziemlich ausserhalb, was etwas Zeit erfordert, um dorthin und wieder von dort wegzukommen, aber es lohnt sich, da es wirklich sehr ruhig liegt, mit einer tollen Aussicht und die Gartenanlage wie ein kleiner Garten Eden ist. Wir hatten das Pech, dass während unserer Unterkunft beim WC ein Wasserschaden war, wodurch auch der Geruch im Badezimmer etwas unangenehm war. Es wurde jedoch so weit möglich rasch behoben. Zudem gab es zwei Baustellen unmittelbar neben der Unterkunft, die man tagsüber hören kann. Die eine davon wird vermutlich noch ein paar Wochen in Betrieb sein.

• Alejandro (10/5): - Cabañas con muchísimo encanto y super cómodas, zona de piscina y comedor muy acogedores. Lo mejor, el personal, te ayudan con lo que necesites siempre con una sonrrisa en la boca. Desayuno muy rico y completo.. Por poner una única pega, esta un poco retirado de la carretera principal. Pero el personal te lleva y recoge de un parking cercano en cualquier momento que se lo pidas y muy rápido.

C’est un petit hôtel situé au milieu des rizières au calme de la ville, tout en restant proche du centre d’Ubud, ce qui est très pratique si l’on veut faire d’autres excursions. Le personnel était adorable et très serviable. La chambre était une charmante petite maison en bois, et chaque jour nous prenions le petit-déjeuner sur notre terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Ils proposent également un service de spa, et nous avons testé les massages. C’était super. -

• Cristina (9/5): Tranquila - A localização é um pouco afastada do centro, no entanto o hotel facilitou o aluguer de uma mota, o que tornou as deslocações muito mais fáceis. Fica mesmo no meio de campos de arroz, o que é muito bonito e diferente, embora seja uma zona mais remota, acessível apenas a pé ou de mota. Ainda assim, o hotel disponibiliza transporte até um ponto de recolha onde já conseguem chegar carros, sempre que necessário. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis, com destaque especial para o Adi.

• Gilda (10/5): - The place is a oasis in the middle of rice fields, at night you can only hear crickets and frogs, during the day is very quiet too. The staff is amazing, very nice swimming pool. Access is via a small road through rice fields, staff will drive you up and down on moped if needed, but we preferred to walk, it's only 6mins till the point where car can stop. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 5, amazing place!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit einem Willkommensgetränk begrüsst, sodass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl fühlten! 😍 Die Mitarbeiter waren immer unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was wir sehr geschätzt haben! Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 10min mit dem Scooter vom Zentrum entfernt, sodass wir die Ruhe sehr genossen haben. Das Frühstück welches im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen war, war fantastisch und es gab eine grosse Auswahl 😊 Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, da alles perfekt war 🥰 Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit und ein grosses Dankeschön an das ganze Team, sowie an Adi, Eka und Putut! 🙏

• Jade (10/5): Beautiful surroundings, amazing and friendly staff - Had an amazing stay here - the staff is incredible and the surroundings are beautiful. Nestled among the rice fields but only a 10 minute bike ride into town. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. I would absolutely stay again. Not necessarily a bad thing but because the property is in the rice fields, it can be difficult to order Grab bikes/food as Maps will take the drivers to the wrong spot. There is a pick up point about a 5-minute walk through the rice fields away where Grab drivers can pick you up. Otherwise the staff are always happy to drop you off/pick you up from the pick up point 🙂

• Lisa (10/5): Wir würden Jederzeit wieder herkommen 😊🌺 - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Edge of Ubud. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, umgeben von Dschungel und Reisfelder. Die Lage ist genial und man ist mitten in der Natur. Eka und das Team waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr großzügig und die Zimmer sauber. Wir hatten uns noch einen Roller gemietet, der leider am 2. Tag einen Platten bekommen hat. Eka hat uns sehr schnell geholfen, er kam vorbei und hat uns einen neuen Roller gegeben. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal!!!

• Daria (10/5): - This place is amazing. While traffic in Ubud keeps getting worse, here you find peace and quiet. You’re surrounded by the sounds of nature. The hotel staff are very kind and always ready to help with anything. Although the hotel is a bit remote, the staff are always happy to pick you up from the drop-off point — they even picked us up in the pouring rain at midnight😰 The breakfasts are delicious. • Gonzalo (10/5): Volvería y lo recomiendo! - Todo hermoso, muy cómodo y en la tranquilidad en medio de la naturaleza. El personal impecable! Te ofrecen masajes, comida, todo espectacular. A nosotros nos gustó estar distanciado del centro pero tener en cuenta que sin moto es un poco incómodo. Ellos te alquilan la moto y así te mueves con facilidad, son unos 10 min hasta el Ubud Palace. No alquilar coche porque el tráfico es horrible.

• Tamara (10/5): Wow- ein Paradies in den Reisfeldern - Wahrscheinlich die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir jemals waren - direkt in den Reisfeldern! Wir waren hier 5 Nächte, alles super sauber, neu, schön eingerichtet. Super bequeme Betten, Klima funktioniert top, toller Pool! Perfekte Lage, um die Gegend und ubud an sich zu erkunden. Wir haben direkt dort einen Roller gemietet, wenn man keinen hat, holen sie einen aber auch gerne vom drop off Point ab. Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück hat man auch eine super Auswahl - schmeckt mega! Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich zu 1000 Prozent empfehlen, sie ist eine 12 von 10! Danke für den wirklich tollen Aufenthalt:)

• Kim (9/5): Prachtig verblijf - Mooie rustige rustige locatie. Mooie comfortabele kamers. Tuin mooie aangelegd en het zwembad was ook goed. Iieve mensen, erg behulpzaam. De keuken had wat meer flexibel mogen zijn, nu kon je tot 15:00h eten bestellen. Ontbijt moesten we de dag van te voren doorgeven. Ook zou het fijn zijn als er een shuttle vanuit het hotel naar het centrum aangeboden wordt. Je kunt er niet met de auto komen en het is wel een stijl wandelpad er naar toe. Maar ze komen je met alle liefde met de scooter ophalen.

• Ajo (10/5): - We stayed here for 5 days and it was just perfect. The moment we arrived, it felt so soothing and quiet, surrounded by rice fields and away from the busy roads. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff were amazing. They were always smiling, very helpful, and only asked questions when needed so we never felt disturbed. They even remembered my food allergies from day one, which really showed how attentive they were. The villa itself was super clean and very comfortable. They asked every day if we wanted cleaning and always did a great job. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had everything we needed, including a huge bathtub which we loved. The staff went above and beyond – they even helped us by getting small things from the shop like water bottles. The villa had a spa and a small restaurant in the lobby. The food was so tasty, with five different breakfast options that were all great. We also enjoyed trying new dishes every day. Location was perfect too – it was right in the center of Ubud but still quiet, with no traffic noise at all. It was about a 10-minute walk to the main center, and they even gave us scooter rides to the road and picked us up if we called. What we loved most was how kind and happy the staff were. They made the stay feel so warm and welcoming. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about – everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone – solo travelers, couples, families, or even digital nomads. We left with so many happy memories and would love to come back.
• Tiago (10/5): Outstanding - Outstanding experience from the first moment. The staff is lovely, all of them are super helpful and nice. We had breakfast and dinner at the location, and what a cook they have! Probably the best meals we had while exploring Bali. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Ubud, one of the best cultural places to visit in Bali, but still outside of the noise and close to nature. Be ready for a bit of waiting to the location being only acessible by walking or by motorbike, but they will ALWAYS be ready to pick you up at the drop point, and they are super fun and easy going. Nothing bad to say.

• Holly (10/5): Tranquil, immaculate - a delight! - The villas and outdoor space are immaculate. The staff could not have done more to put us at ease and make us comfortable. We arrived very late and communication was fantastic, they met us at the pick up location and took our bags and ferried us to the accommodation. We were greeted with a lovely flower arrangement for our honeymoon. They seamlessly organised moped hire and a couples’ massage for us for our honeymoon. We’ll miss their warm smiles and conversations every day! The location is so calm compared to the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, yet you’re in the centre by moped in just 10 minutes. Because there are only a few villas, the pool was always quiet and not crowded. It was absolutely fine for my husband and I (early thirties) but access to the villas from the drop off point could take slightly longer for those not comfortable on a scooter. For those wanting to hire a scooter, a certain level of skill is required navigating the narrow rice field paths - all part of the adventure!

They were also very helpful with organizing some tours in Bali or arranging transport from the airport. Villas are located only few minutes walking from the pick up point/ parking. It’s a very nice walk through the rice fields but staff is always willing to give a ride on scooter and helps with bringing the luggage. -

• Garry (10/5): Fantastic staff, great place - Excellent facilities. Everything is clean, new, well designed and stylish. The staff are the absolute standouts here. Just amazing service. Everyone went above and beyond and they're just genuinely lovely, kind hearted individuals. They deserve a raise! And tip them generously they more than deserve it. Nothing really. Location is remote but that's what we wanted. Also the staff will ferry you to the pickup point on their scooters so it's not an issue.

At first, I was intimidated by the location and the access, but once I got there, I understood how everything worked and loved it. The hotel is away from the chaos but easy and close enough to get there. It's all surrounded by nature. The staff is just perfect. • Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - We really loved the structure, it’s immersed in the rice fields and the hotel is very well managed and organized. The Room was beautiful and very clean in all corners. The design of the room is beautiful and merges perfectly with the natural sorroundings. The room was completely plastic free, all the amenities were made of paper,glass or wood, and we extremely appreciated this sustainable decision. The staff was incredibly kind and available 24/7 in the reception or quickly replying to a WhatsApp text. The breakfast was delicious and we reccomend the room service so you can peacefully have breakfast on your room terrace. The only thing that was not so comfortable is the street to arrive, if you arrive by night for the first time you need to text the reception so they can come pick you up. The path in a 5 minutes walk, which during the day is beautiful being in the middle of the rise fields but at night it’s best to have the staff come get you with the scooter also because some parts are steep. Overall a great place, extremely calm, beautiful and clean. Great service and away for the noise of Ubud’s streets.

• Claudia (10/5): My dream villa🙏🏽 - I'm so happy with my stay in Edge of Ubud. Honestly, couldn't be better. Forever grateful with Ketut, Adi, Wayang, Eka, Nyomang and Sandika (Hope I wrote the names correctly). They are really professional and they were so close to me and that made me feel less alone even I was alone there. Also the villa is 10/10. Can't be prettier and cleaner. Every little detail is great. Omg, the breakfast!!!! Love so much those french toasts!!! So grateful for everything. They also helped me so much giving me rides whenever needed and picking me up. You have a really quiet and natural environment but still close to the center of Ubud. Gonna come back for sure😍🙏🏽 Honestly, nothing. Can't be happier with my choice.

• Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The pillows were the most comfortable I have slept on. It felt like sleeping on clouds. I want to know where they got them from so I can buy some 😝 Staff were so friendly. Edge has only just opened so it felt nice to be in a brand new villa. The bath was amazing. They even provide bath salts and liquid. And the pool was lovely. Little bit difficult to get to in the rice paddies but that's what I loved about it. Just ask the staff to pick you up with a motorbike at the meeting point because a car can't drive you in.
