Well-equipped with two bedrooms, it offers a great view and is very bright. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Felt like staying at my own place.

- Karine (9/5): Un séjour aussi agréable qu'authentique - Communication très facile avec le propriétaire de l'appartement et installation très rapide avec les précisions données. L'appartement, spacieux, était très agréable, particulièrement pour ce qui est de la grande terrasse, sur laquelle il était très agréable de prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le quartier, vrai quartier grec populaire, est très sympa, avec beaucoup de petits cafés pour faire des pauses gourmandes. La localisation est un peu éloignée des transports en commun.

It was great to stay in an area that was not full of tourists but was also reasonably close to walk to the things we needed. Good coffee close by. Apartment had a very comfortable living area. - Bai (8/5): We had a great stay and will definitely return. - great location. the system for hot water. It can take a long time if there are four people waiting to take a shower in the apartment because you have to restart the hot water every 20 minutes.
- Andrei (10/5): A "remote" home in the heart of Athens - A very nice apartment with a very responsive host! There is plenty of space, two big stylish bedrooms with all you need (only one has a smart TV), each of them separated by the main hall by doors (I specify this because I saw other apartments whose bedrooms wasn't separated by doors) and very comfortable beds (brand new and very comfortable mattresses with very clean bad linen). Also it has a big dining room with a wide smart TV (and it has Netflix), some old piece of blackwood furniture (as you can see in the photos) and a big terrace with big table, enough for 4 to 6 persons (unfortunately we had some capricious weather in Athens this year, it was pretty cold and windy when we stayed: the last days of April, beginning of May, so we couldn't enjoy it :( ). The kitchen has everything you need, quite intimate but not to small, excellent for a diner or a breakfast for 4 persons (for the espresso machine you have to buy grounded coffee). The bathroom is very clean, well equipped, quite small but for an average-sized person it's ok. We had some issues with hot water (but it was our mistake because we didn't read all the notices of the apartment) but our host, Mr. Baran was very responsive and explained us how to proceed with electric panel for hot water (there is a switch on the electric panel, just next to the bathroom door, it has all well explained on the paper notice sticked to it). All in all it was a very pleasant experience and comfortable stay with a very responsive and attentive host who, by the way, facilitated us an early check in (about 12 o'clock). So we want to thank on this way to our host, Mr. Baran, for his warmth and kindness, for making us feel that Athens is our remote home for several days (the family was already there: me, my wife and my parents)! Everything was just perfect!
