• Castellanos (4/5): I wasn’t pleased. - Restrooms are clean and staff was friendly. I had to swap rooms 3x due to phone not working and extreme noice in the hallway from the room next to us. The second room, the phone didn’t work and the restroom had a weird funky smell. 3rd room was okay, however; the restroom door wobbled and its hallow. Not much privacy. Shower door kept sliding open while trying to shower as well.

• Alicia (10/5): Great room natural temperature, amazing comfortable bed, very kind staff! - Sleeping anywhere but my own bed always heightens my back problems, but the bed was so comfortable that it was like sleeping in my own. I was impressed by the room temperature even when keeping the A/C heater off (it's winter) at night, the insulation was great!

There was no pamphlet or information flyer to help us get ahold of reception or to know more about the offered amenities. Some areas of the room were dusty, but overall it was clean.

I asked if I could simply order “a la carta”, but that was not possible. There are very good restaurants at a few steps from the hotel, so I chose another place to eat.
