Emilie (4/5): Séjour 3 nuits en famille - La taille de l'appartement 10min à pied du centre ville - Deux heures de retard pour la remise des clés (18h au lieu de 16h). 30min annoncé au départ. Nous avons dû improviser avec notre petit garçon - machine à café avec capsule bloqué dedans - frigo qui ne fonctionne pas (nous avons fait les courses en arrivant, le lendemain matin il a fallu tout jeter car c'était chaud) - communication aléatoire. Parfois des messages automatiques, aucun retour du numéro WhatsApp que l'on nous a donné. - n'a de premium que le nom : quasiment aucune des poignées de l'appartement ne fonctionne. Celle d'en bas nous est carrément restée dans les mains. Finitions cheap. Bazar dans les placards, vaiselle complément dépareillée, on dirait qu'ils ont pris ce qu'ils avaient sous la main. - Terrasse sale - ville moche et sans intérêt mais ça à la rigueur ça ne les concerne pas!
