Jenna (9/5): - View is beautiful, bedroom is clean, bed is comfortable, staff are friendly and very helpful Flies everywhere outdoor but this is not the fault of the hotel. It's due to the fertilizer in the nearby fields and it seems to be the same situation at every other place in the area
Laura (4/5): Gute Preisleitung - Preisleistung war gut! Für 2 Nächte okay. Gute Lage für Aktivitäten wie Mount Batur und Hot Spring! Die Aussicht auf dem See und den Bergen war sehr schön Das Badezimmer hat sehr gestunken und war schmutzig! Das Zimmer war sehr klein und wir hatten einige Haare auf dem Bett. Das Staff konnte nicht so gut Englisch und mann konnte nicht gut kommunizieren. Nachts waren viele Geräusche zuhören was uns das Schlafen etwas erschwert hat. Für 2 Nächte kann man auf jeden Fall machen, länger würde ich nicht empfehlen
Kezia (9/5): Beautiful stay and perfect for our trip up Mount Batur to save a very early start from South Bali! - Absolutely beautiful hotel with incredible facilities and rooms. There are a lot of flies everywhere. This is just in the area in general (not specific to this hotel).
chunhua (3/5): This was a mixed experience. The main issue was the overwhelming number of flies. In addition, the nearby neighbors were - The hotel has good facilities, and both the staff and the owner are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was unfortunately overwhelmed by flies and insects. At night, large bugs repeatedly crashed into the walls, creating constant noise. Around 6 a.m., the neighbors began playing extremely loud music. As I was already suffering from jet lag, I had slept less than four hours before being woken up, and after that, it was impossible to fall back asleep. The fly problem was especially severe—opening the door even slightly would allow many flies to enter the room. All rooms are fitted with sliding doors, which is a poor design choice, as it allows insects to easily get inside and also provides inadequate sound insulation. Another issue is that there are no facilities around the hotel at all, which makes both dining and shopping very inconvenient. In addition, the hotel’s restaurant is not very good. Although several swimming pools nearby look beautiful in the photos, they were not yet completed upon arrival and therefore could not be used. Overall, eating and purchasing basic necessities were both major problems during the stay.
Katrina (10/5): Outstanding! - What a wonderful place to stay! Very, very nice hotel. The staff and owner are the most wonderful people, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed the natural hot tub, the comfy warm beds, thick towels and cute rooms. There were very few flies at the hotel property, unlike the surrounding area. They were able to give our kids and us rooms right across from each other in a little nook where we had a lovely porch overlooking the pool. We were able to hire a guide and hike up Mount Baur from the hotel itself with our five-year-old in about 2 1/2 hours, he says it was easy peezy.

Ida (8/5): - Spacy room. Interior is good. They are very generous of bottled mineral water. Light switch positition is confusing. Need more mat. Frog in the swimming pool (fortunately the staff helped to remove it) Flies everywhere (yes, songan area has a lot of flies)
