• Chong Teng (9/5): - The rooms are spacious and came with a water filter, hot water dispenser and washing machine. It is a 15 min walk to genting world. There are eateries and some arcade games downstairs. No hot water on the last day. Had a cold shower.

• Sirapop (10/5): A Stay Above the Clouds - Staying here felt like floating on a cloud — and that’s not just a figure of speech. The weather was absolutely stunning, making every moment outside feel magical. The room far exceeded our expectations. Spacious, well-appointed, and stocked with everything you could need, it struck the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The highlight, without a doubt, was the jacuzzi on the balcony. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by clouds drifting past felt straight out of a Doraemon movie — truly an otherworldly experience. The basement department store was a wonderful bonus, especially the hot pot restaurant, which was excellent. We’d happily go back just for that alone. The place is very clean also. • Nur Farlynn Nisha (10/5): Great value stay with clean facilities and a fun jacuzzi experience — would definitely recommend for groups and friends - The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped, and had all the essential amenities. We also really appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The jacuzzi was definitely a highlight and we had a great time using it. Overall, the stay was comfortable, pleasant, and great value for the price. It would be helpful to provide a clearer usage guide for the jacuzzi, as we were unsure how to drain the water and the heating function did not seem to work. The hot water also runs out quite quickly, especially after using the jacuzzi, and takes some time to heat up again. Additionally, the accommodation is a bit far from the main Genting area as it took us around 20 minutes to walk via the link bridge so driving or taking Grab would be more convenient.

• Rehana (10/5): Family trip - Customer service communication in whatsapp messages are very responsive. We arrived earlier and requested for early check in and it was fulfilled almost instantly. Bathroom cleanliness. Cleaning services need to improve to maintain the beautiful look of the new apartments especially in the shower area that is clogged and stained.

Housekeeping and Operation team did their job great. Enjoyed our stay there 😄 Water heater was not hot enough if used both showers together. 1 will be less hot then the older shower.

• Paul (10/5): Weekend getaway - Bed and pillow were comfortable. Was able to get a replacement room when the upgraded room didn't meet our requirement. Plus point on that. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was attentive and had reached out on their own accord to enquire if housekeeping was needed. There was a massage shop in the mall with good service. Host were responsive to question posted during my stay. Strict check in timing despite reaching earlier, but when the check in time arrived, no one reached out and had difficulties in reaching them. The various restaurants in the mall had terrible service with the exception of The Lemon Tree cafe.

Facilities were well provided and you can get up to skyavenue by a linked bridge and down towards chin swee station too, only by walking. security None

• Nur Farahin (9/5): Highly recommended - We loved the view and the room. The room looks luxe with bathtub and every room has a TV and ensuite bathroom.Suitable for small group of family and friends. It is about 20min walk from Antara to Sky Avenue. The mall down stairs also have a lot of choices of food and cafe and they have reflexology centre too downstairs. There's a bit of body odour scent after the cleaner left after clean up but was okay after we ventilate the room. I guess you need to pay a bit more for their parking.

Complete kitchen utensils, cuttlery, plates, glass drink and tea pots set Should have been better if bigger mug size can be provided. A kitchen towel would also be very helpful. Complete toilettries with options of two types of bath gel and dedicated shampoo and conditioner. Usually we only have to use 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner which will make your hair tangle but not with 7Stonez Luxury. With ready to watch Netflix, it was an exceptional stay for our family of 4 adults and 1 kid. Our heartiest thank you for the best hospitality during our stay! None

So I sleep at the futon with him and don't need to worry about my son falling off the bed. Easy to take the access card(check in). The instruction and any queries can be easily communicated through WhatsApp and the response is very fast. Overall I'm happy with the room and service. And I'm happy that they upgraded my room to 3 bedders. Thanks 7Stonez Luxury! The shower area does not have a fully glass door, which will cause the dry area to be wet. But it can be solved by putting the bath mat but the bath mat will be wet.

The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a family getaway. The furniture felt modern and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. The big balcony was a great bonus, offering a nice space to relax and enjoy the cool Genting weather. The location is also very convenient. There’s a mart right at the lobby (Bila Bila Mart and Mixue), which is super handy for snacks and essentials. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Genting theme park, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, especially for families looking for comfort and convenience in Genting. Would definitely consider coming back! There are a few minor downsides. The water pressure was a bit low, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t working as it didn’t dispense hot water. Parking can also be slightly confusing when you first arrive, but it becomes manageable after that.

There’s connecting bridge to the Theme Park, which actually quite far ie. 15-20 mins walk. But it’s still okay as there’s paid shuttle or we can book grab car.
