• pugndatsy (9/5): - Situated conveniently next to the quay and its restaurants, bars and shops, it was a great location with free parking. Our host provided excellent instructions in how to access the building and parking. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Loved the pod coffee. There were quite a few steps up to the apartment.

• Nicky (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - The apartment is spotless and smells beautiful. The sofa is very comfortable as is the bed. Lovely bed linen and good pillows. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, and a welcome tray with milk coffee tea biscuits and treats. The apartment is very quiet and if you go to the 4th floor, there is a terrace with a harbour view. Communication with Luanna is good. All good.
• Bobby (7/5): Would stay again. - I liked how we was right in the middle of everything for location everything was easy to get to. Spacious apartment. The beds are really comfy too and on the roof top you can see the sea. I didn't like that even though it's pet friendly the pull out bed was covered in pet hair from previous people. I also didn't like that when we pulled out the pull out bed there was rubbish such as a ice cream stick that come out of the bed when we opened it.

• Claire (8/5): Relaxing, clean and just what the Dr Ordered. - Simplicity and cleanliness of the apartment. We were there to spend time with friends who live in Poole so we weren't in the apartment that much. The location was great with local amenities near by. Great breakfast at the Deli on the Quay, bonus for me was the EV charger round the corner from the apartment. Lack of clarity on how to get into the actual building, a minor frustration exacerbated by a long car journey. Once in the building the directions to the apartment number not clear.

We would happily return. - The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and just what we needed for our break. Having a parking space on-site would have made things slightly easier although the nearby parking was easy to reach.
• Tatum (10/5): Absolutely amazing!! - This property was set right outside the harbour of Poole Quay, it was a beautiful and clean modern apartment! Me and my friend travelled down here for a weekend and we will definitely be returning! It was a little warm as it is a 3rd floor apartment so in the summer months a fan would be great! I cannot fault the property at all it was lovely!
• Davina (9/5): Lovely accommodation with everything you could need in an amazing location with bonus free parking - Thanks to the call received just prior to arriving the key collection was simple thankyou. Fantastic location super modern accommodation. Bonus that it was pet friendly we will return. The ad was a little mis leading as we thought the outdoor terrace would be easily accessible for the dogs but it was quite a distance from the flat, nevertheless it was great that the dogs were welcomed
• William (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable and a great base to see the area - Very helpful instructions - especially the host sending a video to show where and how to collect keys, that was really good ! It was really cold when we arrived - it took a while to heat up (fine once it did), but it would have been nice to have a warm-ish place on arrival.

• Katia (9/5): Nice modern apartment. - A really nicely comfortable and tastefully decorated new apartment. Comfortable clean bed, professional host, clean large apartment in a modern quiet building. Good WI-FI connection, large bathroom with a good shower. If there had been an iron and iron board, it would have made this property a 10 for me.
• Antony (7/5): Quality substance trumps style - If you like substance over style, then this is worth it. Apartment is absolutely spotless, with good amenities. Situated a few metres from the Quay with numerous good pubs and restaurants. Bed was too small for a couple. Complicated system for parking and getting key pass. Room overlooked rear parking zone where loud drunken youths gather late, and on one occasion a fight broke out. That area stinks of urine.

• Ben Holmshaw (10/5): Seaside Escape will be my go-to stay when visiting Poole. 5🌟 - I stayed in this apartment for a month and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is beautifully presented, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s comfortably furnished, making it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were amazing—welcoming, attentive, and clearly committed to making the stay perfect. The attention to detail really stood out, from the little touches inside to the overall comfort and convenience. The location is fantastic, with everything you need close by, and having parking nearby was a huge bonus. Most importantly, the building felt very safe and secure, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and worry-free place to stay. I will be back! N/A
• Jasmine (10/5): Great 4 night stay. - Of the properties we have booked on Booking.com, this apartment was exceptional. It had all the facilities we needed and small details well thought out, like cotton face pads or small face towels! The sweet treats were also a nice welcome. Location was perfect, right on the harbour which meant easy access to restaurants and the ferry to Brownsea. Genuinely, there was nothing we didn't like that was worth mentioning.

• Renzo (8/5): Ideal location if you don't mind noise, parking a bit fiddly - apartment was neat and tidy and was a short distance from the centre. good pubs and restaurants the acoustics around the area were pretty loud - drunken revellers and people on motor bikes racing up and down the road as if it was Donnington park. Also pretty early in the morning you can get woken up by delivery lorries down below.

• Katja (10/5): Luxurious flat in great location - Five-star accommodation in great location right on the quay of Poole. Everything in the flat was clean and modern and the hosts had provided soft towels, toiletries and an exceptional selection of snacks, tea and coffee. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to queries If you want to stay somewhere quiet, this is not the place for you as Poole Quay is a lively place with lots going on in the summer months. The accommodation is on the third floor though and facing away from the front (no, you won't have a sea view) so we were never bothered by it and slept well.

Bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen area really spacious and included anything you may need. You really feel like the owner takes their time to think of everything. I really had no complaints. It’s just abit expensive. And finding somewhere to park and having to pay wasn’t ideal

• Samuel (1/5): Stained sheets, noisy 3rd floor flat - The decor was nice, they also sound really nice on the phone but they will do everything to keep your money even if they are in the wrong. WARNING: They have attempted to bribe me with a one-night refund to remove my review. Do not trust the other reviews below! Blood stained sheets were present on the bed, even though they were cleaned not what you expect as you go to sleep, leading to sleepless night. The noise is bad the flat is located in between a pub and the loading bay for shops so all you hear is music and dolls being pushed around. Trying to find the keys, when you know the area I'm sure the directions are fine as someone not from there I spent 30 minutes trying to find where to get the keys and where I parked, called the company after 2 attempts got through and they directed me. I wish I knew it was a 3rd floor flat with a dog it was rather annoying having to go up and downstairs multiple times to let him out. All of this led to us only staying 1 night out of 3 and ruined my wife's birthday.
• Donna (10/5): Really really lovely super duper stay! - This property was super super modern it literally has everything you should need, during your stay, fabulous coffee machine all kitchen utensils pots pans glasses cups plates, cutlery tea towels a Washer dryer, A lovely Oven n hob and large Fridge freezer the lot.. also a Super Hamper packed with sweet treats, tea coffee sugar Milk, Hot Chocolate. We loved the Decor and colour choice The bedroom was beautiful really plush, comfortable and cosy, amazing comfortable double bed and the bed linen was perfect with the biggest pillows, a cute dresser with mirror and lights also a nice touch was a hamper basket of creams lotions and perfume and a adorable cosy chair in the corner. The Bathroom was beautiful, fabulous bath shower super modern, so many nice touches with baskets of face cloths and ear buds make up pads, All Soft white Towels,Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash, loo roll included! In a nut shell, the whole place was absolutely perfectly clean and shiny. We really couldn’t fault it!!! This Apartment is perfect for any type of stay, super close to all the lovely Pubs, Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Situated right on the Quay Harbour with regular Boat Trips, cute Coffee shops, Gift shops even a Pie n Mash Shop, and some super old Pubs packed with history. We found the locals so so friendly and super helpful when we needed to catch a bus!!! it’s on the 3rd floor although it does have a lift, but we had our little dog with us and it was quite a journey to get out, through long corridors almost Maze like.. also there isn’t much of a view from the flat as it’s on a corner facing another block, however a 20 second walk and you are facing the harbour!!

• Kim (9/5): Highly recommend - The accommodation was actually better than the pictures. Very modern and excellent decor. Position is excellent couldn't be better. Free parking was great and added to the overall value for money. Parking is off site, the 15 minute restriction on unloading the car at the apartment was stressful with the potential of getting a fine. It would be much better if this could be extended to 30 mins.

• Jennifer (9/5): Wonderful location for exploring on foot. - The location was perfect. A couple of minutes walk to the Quay and the high street. Literally couldn't have been better. The flat was gorgeous. Very cleverly laid out and decorated. Loved it was dog friendly. The only thing which would have been better is a larger bed and a balcony.
• John (5/5): Passable - n/a The arrangements to pick up the keys from the lock box and then get the car parking pass from another location were a pain - especially for a one night stay. Considering the prominence you advert give to Free Parking, we did not expect the parking would be off-site - you should make this clear, and maybe invest in a bigger lock-box so the car park stuff could be pickup up with the key. The postcode does not guide a car to the entrance - suggest you find a postcode that does.

• Chrisp (9/5): Super little apartment - Beautiful 1 bed apartment. Right on the Quay. Warm and comfy. Hosts were FAB too - responsive and super helpful. Great shower. Parking, although great, wasnt on site . . . yep, just across the road and no real issue - but with so many empty places on site, it would have been handy. No biggie at all. Wifi was sketchy initially - I had to re-boot the router and then pretty sound. Couple of feed-back tips - nicer towels please and a dish cloth would be fab.

• Nathan (10/5): Wonderful place. - I would like to score this place more than 10. Beyond exceptional place to stay in Poole. Modern, clean, well equipped, comfortable, quiet. A really cannot knock the place. Hopefully it will be available for my next stay. Booking.com app is a bit clunky - booking.com's issue. I couldn't see anywhere to leave feedback on the app itself. I had to find an email buried in my junk mail.

The property was clean, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom was comfortable, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A thoughtful touch was the treats and coffee provided, which made us feel right at home. Luana was fantastic and checked in to ensure everything was going well, which added a personal and caring touch to the experience. The location was excellent, right on the Quay, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!
