• Reginald (9/5): Great stay at a great location! - The location was excellent. The boardwalk was very close and accessible. The host provided coffee and small tidbits which made it seem more homely. The privacy between rooms was the only concern.

He went above and beyond in offering assistance. The location is ideal, one block from the beach. A beautiful and reasonable length walk to the historic old town area. Although we did not go to the beach for sunbathing, walking along the promenade was lovely as was sitting in a restaurant beach side (La Plage de L'Hotel Amour). Public transit on the street. Laundromat next door. Inside it is relatively dark despite the little court yard.

• Keiko (10/5): Great location and spacious ground floor apartment - The host communicated very well and even sent a video showing how to open the gate and door, which was extremely helpful. The accommodation was well equipped, with complimentary coffee machine and pods, as well as cakes and biscuits. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the frosted glass doors didn’t bother us at all. The location was excellent — lovely bakeries and cafés nearby, the tram station right opposite the apartment, and a supermarket close by that stays open until 10 pm. The bed was very large and comfortable. However, we did have a few mosquitoes even in April, so I recommend bringing some mosquito spray.

• Chris Eichenberger (8/5): - Super Lage, nahe zum Strand und Strassenbahn direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was es braucht ist verfügbar. Kontakt zum Vermieter fand nur via WhatsApp statt, hat aber ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Wohnung liegt in einem Innenhof, nur wenig Tageslicht in der Wohnung und keine Aussicht. Für uns (ganze Familie) waren die Matratzen und v.a. die Kopfkissen sehr unbequem, ansonsten war die Wohnung aber grundsätzlich gut.
• Isabelle (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment liegt in der parallel Strasse zur Strandpromenade. Direkt gegenüber ist ein toller Bäcker und ein paar hundert Meter nach links ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Tram vom Flughafen hält direkt vor dem Apartment und mit dieser kommt auch in nur 2 Stationen ins Stadtzentrum. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Betten waren auch gut und die Schlfcouch ließ sich auch zu nem richtigen Bett umbauen. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Apartment immer wieder buchen und jedem empfehlen, der vor hat nach Nizza zu reisen.

• Ettina (10/5): Was heerlijk. - Het was een prettig appartement in het centrum van Nice en dicht bij de zee. We hadden één dag een hoop water over de vloer, was een vervelend ongeluk dat ook snel weer verholpen was.

• Christian (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist in bester Lage - 2 min von der berühmten Strandpromenade entfernt. Der gemeinsame Aufenthaltsbereich ist sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Für die Lage ist die Wohnung sehr günstig und für Gruppen ideal.

Only a short walk to the beach and promenade. Bathroom privacy was an issue, especially travelling with teenage children. Further out from the heart of Nice than expected.

Det är plats för 6 vuxna personer. Två behövde ligga i en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Skulle behövts en extra toalett.

The apartment itself is very well staffed with equipment and the owner was so kind to provide us with jams, crackers, cookies and drinks. Perfect for a family of five like us Nothing. Could still see through which is awkward depending on who you are traveling with. Just a minor inconvenience though.

Під рукою піцерія і продуктовий магазин. В квартирі є все необхідне щоб готувати, і посудомийка. Найбільший скарб помешкання - господарі. Ідеально все, від подарунків при поселенні, до їх котів. Якщо знову будемо в Ніці, то лише у Девіда.

The outside courtyard is a bonus and fabulous for alfresco dining. Close to tram, direct travel to/from airport and other amenities, promenade one street away and supermarket a couple of doors away. David our host was fast responding and helpful. Nothing.

The owner David and his wife were very helpful and the lovely apartment was clean and very well equipped. Nothing much, we had a great experience except we had a small problem with the bathroom lock. Very quickly sorted by the owners so not an issue.

Umbrella's for showers and a vast array of tea and coffee plus biscuits/jams etc await you on arrival. The bathroom is very spacious with a fantastic shower. I would recommend this place and if I do return to Nice I would book to stay with David again.

It is a couple of minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, and a great base from which to explore the city. The hosts were perfect. David, the owner of the accommodation, was very friendly, send out all the instruction how to check in. The only thing I didn’t like about the appartament was dampness in the apartment and there wasn’t an electric clothes dryer.

The frosting only went 2/3 of the way up and meant someone standing at the kitchenette could see into the bathroom. The beds weren’t made, but then the expectation was we then had to strip the beds after our stay as they threaten to charge you if you don’t do this.

Very convenient to get to from the airport and minutes walk from the beach and a very nice beach club, lovely pizzeria just outside the front door and boulangerie across the road. Incredibly good check in / check out instructions and great communication from the host - all in all an amazing stay and we would love to come back!

David sent clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property as well as going a step further and helping us figure out the tram. The property location is ideal, right next to a tram stop, a 5 minute walk from both the beach and the promenade, as well as a small grocery shop and restaurant just nearby. Throughout our stay David was incredibly helpful and offered recommendations for restaurants etc nearby. If you’re looking to come to Nice, this is the place to stay!! Everything was perfect!

• Joakim (10/5): Exceptional - I would highly recommend this apartment! We stayed for a few days and it has been one of our best renting experiences. The owner gave us a detailed information about the apartment and handover beforehand and was always available if we had questions. When we arrived, the place was properly cleaned and prepared for our arrival. The apartment is very modern and we had everything we needed for our stay. Aircondition was working very well and there were also extra fans. TV was easy to use & Internet was very fast. The apartment has all the appliances we needed and a nice outdoor area. Out last day there we had 8 hours between check out and when out plain left. The owners were so kind they let us store our luggage so we didn’t need to walk around with it for the rest of the day before heading to the airport. All in all a great stay and would absolutely recommend!

Apartment is comfortably furnished, very well equipped and super clean. Here you feel right at home. My son and myself had a great stay when we visited Nice for the Rugby world cup, would thoroughly recommend Magnifique apartment. David and Severine were great hosts and communication with them was very good.

The location is exceptional, two to three minutes from the beach, right next to the tram station, with the possibility of reaching anywhere in the city. It is located in an inner courtyard, being very quiet. There is a market 100 m away. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including beach umbrellas), everything is new. We will be back with love as soon as possible.  -

There’s no view but a v nice courtyard but really your day will be spent exploring not in the Apt much!
• Brielle (10/5): Beautiful and private property, fantastic location, incredible hosts. - The location was perfect, literally on the beach and the tram stop is so close so you are able to move easily within the city and the neighbouring towns! Fantastic hosts that were very accommodative to anything we were requiring during our trip even providing us with recommendations for restaurants which we utilised throughout our stay! The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is a real home away from home - we especially loved the private outdoor terrace. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nice! Could not have been happier with our stay! Nothing not to like

Lovely modern boulangerie/patisserie opposite for croissants and cakes. Nice supermaket (Carrefour City) 100m away for everything else. Friendly, helpful owner, with some great restaurant suggestions. All very good.

There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone. _

Property was really lovely, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable beds and great location with a wonderful boulangerie across the street, tram stop right outside and 2 min walk to the beach. It felt private and safe and was perfect for our girls weekend away in Nice!
• Sigrid (7/5): A stay with mixed impressions - Close to the beach, to the promenade and the tram. The kitchen is very well equipped. Big an comfortable dining table! We could store our luggage some hours before the check-in. Thank you for that! The appartment smells moldy (schimmelig)!! The window to the terasse is the only window - difficult to air. Children's room without window! The host wanted days before to know the exact time of our arrival. And then we had to wait 45min at the door for the key. The terasse is not private! - It is also the main entrance of the hosts to their cellar and appartment. Because of transparent curtains better wear clothes inside. The climate is extremly loud at the terasse - I didn't want to sit there. "Dining area outside" only at this mini table on the foto - not for more than a coffee.

• Petronela (9/5): Very nice stay - Excellent location , within walking distance to a very nice and quiet beach. The tram stop is in front of the property and takes you 4 stops to old town/castle...plenty of restaurants to eat and have a good night out. ...(or alternatively approximately 25min very pleasant walk on the promenade) We liked the property very much, the only thing that surprised us was that we had to make up the beds on arrival and then take off the bed linen on departure...not a big deal, just it was a bit unexpected as not encountered thus before . Perhaps a Covid consequence?
