• lys (8/5): Apartamento bonito cómodo y caliente con buena ubicación y precio. - Muy amplio y bonito con buena calefacción y ubicación La limpieza algo justa y solo un juego de llaves con lo que si vas con más gente a veces se complica la gestión. No nos funcionó el ascensor.

• Lucie (1/5): Zima! Nic nefunguje! Chybi vybaveni! - Lokalita. Byt je hezky, ale absolutne neudrzovany, zanedbany. Tak od zacatku: Nemohli jsme najit schranku na klice, hrozny popis ulozeni boxu na klice. Nic v byte nefunguje. Pri prichodu do bytu zima!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Teplomer ukazoval 16 stupnu!!!!!!!!! Polorozpadle vstupni dvere, nefunkcni svetlo na chodbe, vsechny dvere spatne zaviratelne. Dite neotevre dvere do koupelny. Nefunkcni mycka s ceduli o tom, ze nefunguje. Nefunkcni televize, chybi kavovar, toaster a fen!!!! Vse je uvedeno v popisu bytu. Ted ctu v recenzich, ze fen hlasilo jiz nekolik lidi. Presto mi majitel odepsal, ze je fen v supliku v koupelne!!! Nehorazna drzost! Zima v byte hrozna, pres AI se nam podarilo spustit termostat a tedy topeni, ale v kuchyni je rozbity radiator. Snidani jsme chystali v bundach!!! Meli jsme pripraveny jen 1 rucnik (byli jsme 4). V obyvaku stal susak s mokrym pradlem. Asi jsme si v 16 stupnich meli ty vyprane rucniky po predchozich hostech ususit. V kuchyni byla spinava houbicka na nadobi a hlavne spinava uterka! Vrzajici postel, zadne extra pohodli. Z duvodu zimy jsme prenesli stul z kuchyne do obyvaku, ktery se nam povedlo vytopit. V byte jsme byli na Vanoce a pobyt na Stedry vecer a svatky jsme si predstavovali jinak. Tekouci voda taky zadny zazrak, sotva teče. Nadobi v kuchyni jsme si pred pouzitim umyli, panev byla mastna, hrnec taky. Bylo spinave i ostatni nadobi. Chybi cednik nebo struhadlo. Pytel na odpadky jsme meli jen jeden, posledni den pobytu dosel i toaletni papir. Uklid taky nic extra, vlasy na zemi, chuchvalce prachu. V byte je vsechno slyset, kazde otevreni vstupnich dveri domu-protoze vydavaji zvukovy signal. Zasekl se s nami nekolikrat vytah, ale nasteste se zase rozjel. Nebyli jsme jedini, jedna slecna volala pomoc. Byt je hezky, ale bohuzel majitel na nej totalne kasle. A na wifi je na papire na stole chybne napsane heslo, ve zprave pres booking bylo spravne.
• Tamara (6/5): - La ubicación es maravillosa, a 10 minutos andando del centro de Budapest Estaba un poco sucio, había brillantes de los que se usan para maquillaje pegados en el suelo y en el sumidero de la ducha, y no estaba muy limpio en general. Además la pila del lavabo se emboza, no traga bien el agua. Se escuchan muchos ruidos de lavabo calle y el edificio por fuera es bastante antiguo, pero por dentro está bien. Las camas son bastante incómodas y hacen mucho ruido

• Francesca (10/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno a Budapest! - L’appartamento è davvero bello! Si trova in un palazzo storico situato in posizione ottimale per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto e le principali attrazioni. Non siamo riusciti a trovare il phon per capelli

• Aleksandra (2/5): - Lokacija, cisto, veliki stan. Odmah pored supermarketa. Nije bilo tople vode. Bilo je veoma hladno. Vlasnici su mi odbijali pozive. Nakon 2 dana je popravljena topla voda, ali samo da se jedan istusira i opet je nestala. Sve u svemu nase troje dece se ni jednom nije okupalo u 4 dana. Putujemo sa Booking-om preko 10 godina i nikada nismo dali manju ocenu od 8 nasim domacinima, ali ovo je bilo neprihvatljivo

U aprtmanu nije radilo centralno grijanje, osim klime, koja nije dovoljna da ugrije tako velik stan, takodje smo se morali sami snaci uz pomoc chatgpt da upalimo bojler za toplu vodu, jer se vlasnici nijesu javljali do sjutra dan.

• Luka (8/5): - the apartment is extremely clean, spacious, in an excellent location. The owner met us and allowed us to check out an hour later. When we arrived, we had a small problem with the heating, which we had to solve ourselves with written instructions from the owner. It was also stated that there was a hair dryer in the apartment, but it was not there. All in all, small things that didn't overly spoil the overall very good impression.

• Lucas (1/5): I would never recommend this property — not even to my worst enemies - Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience during my stay. From the very first day I reported several issues through both the Booking chat and WhatsApp, but the host only replied three days later, just one night before check-out, and they only offer someone to clean the apartment, when it was already too late to solve anything. Communication was extremely poor and unacceptable. The apartment was in very poor condition: the sheets and pillows were extremely old and had a bad smell, there was only one small hand towel provided for three adults, the TV did not even turn on, and there were no basic supplies to wash the dishes. These are just a few examples, but the list of missing or neglected basics could go on. Overall, the stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. What should have been a pleasant time in Budapest was ruined by the lack of care and attention. I would not recommend this property.
• Flerianos (9/5): - Μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία επειδή ήταν κεντρικά και κοντά σε ότι θέλαμε να επισκεφθούμε, όπως επίσης και το ότι είχε ακριβώς από κάτω spar και βόλευε για τα καθημερινά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο. Δυσκολευτήκαμε λόγω των οδηγιών να βρούμε το κλειδί του διαμερίσματος που ήταν στον δρόμο σε κουτάκι λουκέτο. Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε. Έπρεπε να βρούμε μόνοι μας από που ζεσταίνεται το νερό ψάχνοντας τα ντουλάπια με το αέριο. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε ελάχιστο σαπούνι για τα χέρια (μάλλον από τους προηγούμενους) και μια πολύ μικρή πετσέτα χεριών μόνο, για 4 άτομα. Είχε μια πετσέτα σώματος για τον καθένα αλλά όχι πετσέτες προσώπου. Σε email που έστειλα στον ιδιοκτήτη για κάτι που χρειάστηκε, δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ.
