- Aušra (10/5): - Švarūs erdvūs, tvarkingi ir gražiai įrengti apartamentai, kuriuose pagalvota apie viską. Yra viryklė, mikrobangų krosnelė, skalbimo masina, lygintuvas. Gražus interjeras. Geri pusryčiai restorane. Malonus ir paslaugus personalas. Privati automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė šalia įėjimo į viešbutį. Apartamentai puikioje vietoje, pėsčiomis pasiekiama Piotrkowska gatvė ir Manufaktura.

- Manuela (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt in die Innenstadt - Etwas versteckt in einem reinen Wohngebiet befindet sich dieses Hotel. Mit Navy konnte man das aber gut finden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich, der check in klappte reibungslos. Das Zimmer ging zum Innenhof und hatte eine kleinen Balkon. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht. Auch eine Küchenzeile. Das Frühstück fand im Restaurant statt und war á la carte. Man hatte eine Auswahl aus mehreren Frühstücksspeisen. Das war ok. Die Lage war super. Man kommt fußläufig zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, zum Teil auch recht heruntergekommen. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng, am besten man lässt sich einweisen.

- Sylwia (10/5): - Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. Wszystko zgodne z opisem – pokoje czyste, zadbane i komfortowe, a atmosfera naprawdę sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Widać, że miejsce jest prowadzone z dbałością o szczegóły i gości. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje pani Karolina z recepcji – prawdziwa dusza tego miejsca. Już od wejścia wita gości promiennym uśmiechem i serdecznością. Zawsze chętna do rozmowy, pomocy czy podpowiedzenia ciekawych miejsc i atrakcji w okolicy. Ma niezwykłą charyzmę i zaraża optymizmem. Dzięki niej hotel ma wyjątkowy klimat i „duszę”, do której chce się wracać. Takie osoby tworzą miejsca niezapomniane ❤️

- Pami00 (8/5): Personel to największy skarb tego miejsca - Byłam zachwycona obsługą, która dosłownie stawała na uszach, żeby każdy czuł się tam jak najlepiej. Komunikacja i chęć pomocy były na najwyższym poziomie, dzięki czemu czułam się naprawdę zaopiekowana. Na plus również lokalizacja hotelu oraz restauracja na dole, która zdecydowanie dała radę. Minusem była źle działająca klimatyzacja, pokój na poddaszu był piekielnie gorący, co mocno psuło pobyt. Na szczęście Pan z recepcji robił wszystko, żeby pomóc i był tak uroczy, że finalnie moja złość minęła. Uważam też, że parking dla gości powinien być w cenie.

- Janusz (9/5): Pobyt był udany i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z hotelu, choć samą Łódź uważamy za depresyjną. - 1. Miłe serwowane śniadania, choć przy dłuższych pobytach (powyżej tygodnia) mogą stać się monotonne. 2. Bardzo miła obsługa. 3. Blisko centrum miasta. Trudno cokolwiek zarzucić poza tzw. lampkami nocnymi. W naszym pokoju (402) był to żarówki o sporej średnicy, zwisające z sufitu u wezgłowia łóżka. Takie rozwiązanie nie spełnia zwyczajowej intencji działania lampki nocnej, gdy jedno z pary chce spać, a drugie zamierza czytać przy stłumionym świetle, bo te żarówki (bez żadnego abażuru) stanowią źródło dość intensywnego światła rozchodzącego się po całym pokoju. Poza tymi "lampkami" trudno cokolwiek zarzucić.

Rootsilaud puudub, saad valida 10 st taldrikust ühe + kohv koos mahlaga. See taldrik mille valisin oli rikutud . Kõlbas vaid prociutto viil ja kohv. Muna kõrvale oli pandud spinat,kui see oli rikutud mingi kastmega. Kui sul on tomat,mozzarella ja spinat siis seal on sobilik vaid hea õli,mitte kellegi poolt välja mõeldud kaste😌

Zostawiliśmy w pokoju jedną z naszych rzeczy i dzięki zaangażowaniu Pani Kingi udało się ją szybko odzyskać – ogromne podziękowania za taką postawę! Na duże wyróżnienie zasługują również przepyszne śniadania – świeże, różnorodne i naprawdę bardzo smaczne. Cały obiekt na bardzo wysokim poziomie – czysto, komfortowo i z dbałością o detale. Atmosfera przyjazna i sprzyjająca wypoczynkowi. Zdecydowanie polecamy i z przyjemnością wrócimy!
- Dominika (10/5): - Cudowne miejsce z wspaniałą obsługą. Żałuję, że byliśmy z mężem tak krótko. Budynek z klimatem, zadbany, pokój czysty, przestronny, z pięknym wystrojem. Śniadanie solidne, treściwe i pyszne. Potrzebowaliśmy zjeść rano zaraz po otwarciu restauracji - wszystko udało się ustalić bez najmniejszego problemu, a gorące śniadanie czekało już na nas o 7:30, byliśmy z mężem pod dużym wrażeniem. Z chęcią wrócimy na dłuższy pobyt. Przed wjazdem na parking dobrze się przeżegnać, wjazd jest wąski, ale do pokonania bez uszkodzeń samochodu ;) Sam parking super. Polecam rezerwację miejsca - trafienie miejsca na parkingu miejskim jest wyzwaniem.
