• Joanna (9/5): Super - Byliśmy w 5 osób w apartamencie Superior na najwyższym piętrze. Pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze, lokalizacja fenomenalna oraz całkiem cicha jak na centrum tak wielkiego miasta. Mieszkanie nie jest nowoczesne, jest lekko zużyte ale jest czysto, w mieszkaniu wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty - suszarka, żelazko, toster, mikrofalówka i nawet piekarnik. Elektryczne grzejniki. Pierwszego dnia mieliśmy problem z ciepłą wodą który został szybko rozwiązany przez obsługę. Ogólnie było nam bardzo komfortowo i moglibyśmy tam wrócić. Kontakt z obsługą ostatniego dnia- ogólnie było w porządku, jednak ostatniego dnia chcieliśmy się wymeldować wcześniej i zostawić bagaże do przechowania jednak przez długi czas nie mogliśmy skontaktować się z obsługą przez co straciliśmy jedną atrakcje. Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu - koszmarne. Jest to stary budynek i w naszym przypadku było to ostatnie piętro więc nie jest to nic dziwnego, ale jest to koszmar dla osób z długimi i gęstymi włosami bo spłukanie ich trwa wieczność. Wąska i stroma klatka schodowa- jeśli macie dużo bagaży, wózek itp dojście może być męczące, szczególnie do mieszkań na 4 piętrze gdyż winda dojeżdża tylko do 3. Brak klimatyzacji- byliśmy w kwietniu więc dla nas nie był to problem ale myślę że przy wysokich temperaturach latem może być gorąco.
• CLAUDIA (2/5): NO VOLVERIA - Lo único bueno del apartamento es la ubicación Al hacer la reserva del apartamento solicite la cuna. Me la aceptaron de forma gratuita, muy amables (cuando llegué no habia ni sabanas ni toallas para la niña). Aun sabiendo que ibamos con una niña y por lo tanto, que llevabamos un carro no fue hasta 1 hora antes de poder entrar en la casa cuando nos avisaron de que la casa estaba en un cuarto piso y que el ascensor solamente llegaba hasta el tercero. Las escaleras del tercero al cuarto no eran unas escaleras normales eran pequeñas y estrechas super super incomodas para estar constantemente subiendo y bajando el carro. En ese mismo mensaje nos informaron de que para recoger las llaves teniamos que irnos a otra dirección que estaba en la otra direccion de la calle con todas las maletas y todo para poder recogerlas. La presión del agua de la bañera era inexistente, las fotos que se ven en booking nada que ver con la realidad cuando entras a la casa (suelo en mal estado, puertas rotas, la puerta de la habitación principal cada vez que la abrias y la cerrabas un ruido increible ....) y el colmo fue el olor a barniz INSOPORTABLE que habia por las noches en la habitacion principal (y unica) donde dormiamos mi marido y yo con una niña de 1 año. Desde luego que no lo recomiendo en absoluto. La zona maravillosa y sobretodo con niños porque te permite ir a todos los sitios andando pero es lo unico.

• Sara (1/5): - Avevo la prenotazione per il 20 aprile, dovevo arrivare in aeroporto alle 7:30 di mattina e loro la sera a 00:54 mi hanno annullato la prenotazione. Ovviamente questo mi ha causato un disagio in quanto avevo prenotato già da tempo e all’ultimo mi sono ritrovata senza appartamento a dover cercare qualcosa all’ultimo ed ovviamente i prezzi erano più alti..
• Aina (7/5): Apartamento en el centro de Londres ideal por su ubicación - El apartamento esta muy muy bien ubicado, tienes el metro al lado e incluso puedes ir andando al soho y a chinatown. El apartamento es senzillo pero perfecto para un fin de semana. El apartamento tiene el dormitorio y el comedor separados por un descansillo donde se encuentra el baño, generando dos zonas independientes para dormir. El ruido. El apartamento no esta bien insonorizado por lo que se escucha a la gente que ha salido de fiesta pasar ppor la calle y también a los coches pasar. La parte positiva es que en Londres los bares cierran pronto así que tampoco dura toda la noche el ruido fuerte pero si que puede ser molesto cuando vas a dormir.

• Matthee (8/5): It was a good apartment to stay in and safe and we were not unhappy - We did not know that breakfast was included and were not informed so cannot comment Having to wait for about an hour for someone to come and open up for us after a very long flight even though we had advised of our earlier arrival and they had approved and said it was okay. There was also a siren like sound in the entrance area which was a little offputting

In reality, it feels more like a converted space at the back of a shop rather than a true apartment. The entrance is via an alley off Oxford Street, which felt unsafe—particularly at night—as it appeared to be used by homeless individuals and was not well maintained. The listing mentions a “city view” or “courtyard view,” but neither exists. The outlook is extremely limited and does not match the description. On arrival, there was no WiFi or TV, which was very disappointing. The bedding was also thin and not warm enough for a comfortable stay. There is no proper check-in process—you are required to collect the key from a nearby shop, which is inconvenient and not clearly communicated in advance. Overall, the description is inaccurate, and the property does not offer good value for money. I would not recommend staying here.

Lejligheden trænger til en opdatering er meget slidt, Bruseren på badeværelset var meget dårlig, der kom næsten ikke noget vand ud. Den lejlighed vi først fik levede ikke op til vores forventninger, svarede ikke til billederne, vi kontaktede udlejer og fik i løbet af 2 timer en større og bedre lejlighed, så det var god service, men badet trænger til en opgradering. badeværelset trænger til at blive lavet, meget slidt. I den første lejlighed larmede varmeapparatet så meget, at det var svært at sove for, Men det var perfekt at udlejer reagerede så hurtigt.

Plenty of bedding Plug missing from the bath and immersion heated, so not much hot water especially when showering. Apartment could so with a bit of TLC, new floor (very creaky) extra lock on the apartment door and black out blinds on the living room window due to opposite shop advertising lights lighting up the whole living room throughout the night.

• Kim (4/5): Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else! - Location We did not get the room we paid for. Photos are do not match the actual rooms you stay in. Rooms are extremely small, dirty and worn out, needs a lot of work to get it to an acceptable standard. Shower has no pressure and the shower curtain almost falling off. Extremely noisy, you can hear the lift going up and down and every step of anyone walking by. TV reception is terrible with the very limited shows available going on and off constantly. There are renovations going on and power tools being used until midnight, we got no sleep at all. Even though they state that the upper floors have lift accessibility this is not true, we had to lug our suitcases up and down 2 sets of steep stairs. All and all an awful experience and we would definitely not recommend this place.

Koltuklar göründüğü gibi değildi zaten ve pislik içindeydi.Mutfak içinizin alamaycağı kadar sevimsizdi.Banyoda aynayı bir yerden kırıp söküp getirip koymuşlar.Duş başlığını takacak yer yok zaten.Klozetin dibi sarılıktan siyaha dönmüş.Yangın alarmı çaldı kimse birşey söylemedi ve ev sahibi ona ulaşmamızdan 5 saat sonra cevap yazdı bize.Asla güvenilir bir alan değil. Kapı itekleseniz açılacak türde bir kapı ve 3 kişi kalıyorsunuz 1 tane anahtar var. Biri erken dönerse diğeri aşağıya inip kapıyı açıyor.Isıtıcı koymuşlar kendi kendine kapanmış gece uyurken ve sabaha kadar londra buzunda uyumuşuz.sabah hepimiz hastaydık.Fön makinesi çalışmıyordu ve ıslak saçla kaldık. Yani daha yazmayı atladığım çok şey vardır ama bu kadarı yeter sanırım. 7.1 puanı kim nasıl verdi bilmiyorum ama 2 bile çok fazla.

• Morgane (2/5): Très décevant, le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas du tout à la hauteur - Séjour très décevant malgré un emplacement central. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement à trois personnes et malheureusement de nombreux problèmes ont fortement impacté notre séjour. Dès le début, nous avons constaté plusieurs dysfonctionnements : pression d’eau extrêmement faible dans la douche avec presque pas d’eau froide, Wi-Fi totalement hors service pendant tout le séjour et une prise électrique murale défectueuse. Il n’y avait également aucun produit pour faire la vaisselle. La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer, nous avons même remarqué lors de la récupération de nos bagages le jour du départ que le ménage venait d’être fait mais que la literie n’avait pas été changé ( tâche encore présente). Nous avons aussi aperçu une souris près de la fenêtre de la salle de bain et il y avait des pièges à souris dans le bâtiment. Cela est particulièrement problématique car un membre de notre groupe est allergique aux rongeurs. Pendant le séjour, d’autres problèmes sont apparus : les toilettes ont commencé à fuir et il n’y avait plus de papier toilette dans l’appartement, nous avons dû acheter nous-mêmes des lingettes pour compenser. L’ascenseur est tombé en panne la veille de notre départ, ce qui nous a obligés à monter et descendre 4 étages par un escalier étroit avec nos bagages, sans aucune information de la part de l’établissement. Des travaux très bruyants ont également lieu dans l’immeuble, parfois dès 7h30 du matin jusque tard la nuit 23h30. Nous avons signalé ces problèmes dès le lendemain de notre arrivée via la messagerie Booking ainsi que via WhatsApp. Malgré plusieurs messages (y compris en anglais), nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse. Nous avons également tenté d’appeler à de nombreuses reprises. L’hôte nous a finalement répondu vers 19h le dernier jour uniquement pour expliquer la procédure de check-out.

• Alessandro Modolo (1/5): - Arrivati im appartamento troviamo fuori dalla porta una trappola per topi, mouse. Verifichiamo tra le recensioni e vediamo che nell'ultimo periodo sono stati visti dei topi, mouse, all'interno dell'appartamento. Chiediamo all'host di cancellare la prenotazione anche perche abbiamo con noi un bambino di 4 anni. L'host rifiuta categoricamente booking ci viene invece incontro in piccola parte. Conclusioni NON ANDATE, io con i topi non dormo che ci dorma l'host!
• Arlene (2/5): - The location was good A very long list.I complained straight away by phone call and in person.I previously communicated my arrival time but was waiting 20 minutes in street for staff to arrive to be given access to the apartment.There was no toilet paper or refridgerator, the apartment wasn't clean,sink in bathroom badly cracked,and other concerns mainly with kitchen and bathroom. I communicated the concerns to staff who went and got a refridgerator and toilet roll.The concerns of cleaning the apartment were passed on to staff and that the apartment needed to be upgraded with repairs which were many, the man stated a full refund would be given but as yet I have not recieved a refund,I did state that photo's of arrival and check out are taken so the staff knew and the man agreed that it confirmed things,he said he would call back or phone,which didn't happen.I have photo's of the dirt found and left the physical evidence for staff to see.The apartment was left clean on check out.I have not been contacted by staff who were aware of my disappointment and I was not offered any alternative accomodation.I am disappointed and unhappy to have to leave a negative review of this stay and the unresolved issues.

The furniture looked like it had been free to collect on Marketplace. The bed and the towels were small and there wasn’t even a teabag to have a cup of tea in the morning

The property exceeded all expectations and is maintained to an incredibly high standard. Everything felt modern, thoughtfully designed, and very well cared for. The cleanliness was truly spotless — every room was immaculate, fresh, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that great attention to detail goes into maintaining the space. The location simply couldn’t be better. Being right on Oxford Street made everything so convenient — shopping, restaurants, and transport were all just steps away. It really is the perfect base for exploring the area. Most importantly, the host was wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, they made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

• Raquel (7/5): Para dos noches está muy bien. - La ubicación es lo mejor. Para pasar un fin de semana el apartamento de 4 personas me parece que está bien si solo necesitas dormir. Las estancias eran grandes y no fue tan ruidoso como parecía que podía ser por estar en plena Oxford St. No pasamos frío, los radiadores funcionaron bien. Lo malo fue que el frigorífico no funcionaba y no pudimos guardar las cosas que necesitábamos. En el baño hacía frío pero suele pasar en todos los edificios antiguos de Londres. No me pareció bien que por hacer checkin tarde te cobren 30€ pero luego tengas que ir tú misma a recoger las llaves a una tienda a 350m de distancia. En la salida preguntamos que debíamos hacer con las llaves pero no nos contestaron.

• Stefanie (10/5): 10/10 will be staying again! - Absolute 10/10 stay!! Such a cute little apartment right on Oxford Street just afew minutes walk from London Palladium and Carnaby street too. The hosts were amazing and communication was clear and perfect! Will definitely be staying again 😄 The only thing I would change (which is through no fault of the hosts or the apartment!) I would sleep in room away from the street side as it was a little noisy but it’s to be expected for a Friday night in central London! Atleast I know for the next time I stay at these apartments 😄

• Michał (7/5): Great location however there is some space for improvement - We decided on the apartment because it was very close to Oxford Street, and the location was truly exceptional. It was also near the main underground station, which made getting around very easy. The apartment was within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions and was quite spacious. Another positive aspect was that the apartment managers were available via WhatsApp, which made communication much more convenient. Despite the good location, we felt that the apartment could have been of a slightly higher standard, especially considering the price. The bathroom was cramped, and the water pressure in the bathtub was very weak, taking a long time to fill. The internet connection was acceptable, but there were several issues overall. The ceiling paint was peeling, the TV reception was very poor with many channels not working properly, and we were shown to the apartment by a cleaning lady who had problems to understand us, so we had to rely on mutual understanding. In addition, the bedroom doors were extremely heavy and kept closing on their own. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but if these minor issues were improved, it would be a place worth recommending.

Te venden unas imágenes que no corresponden con lo adquirido,además llegamos y estaban dentro haciendo alguna clase de obra y nos dejaron acceder ni para dejar las mochilas y equipajes...ni reclamar a ellos ni al propio Booking tras hacer varias llamadas sirvió para nada, nos volvimos con una sensación de estafa.
• Alex (10/5): Best price comfort and location without compromise - Top top location bang on Oxford Street, had everything we needed, comfortable beds good heating and surprisingly quite room in the Superior Apartment we had The building is old and apartments not 5 star level but price and cleanliness with all amenities cannot be matched

• Sabrina (6/5): Bene ma da migliorare - Il salotto e la camera da letto erano accoglienti e spaziose, posizione ottima: molte attrazioni le abbiamo raggiunte a piedi e la linea della metro vicina é collegata molto bene. Personale gentile e pronto a rispondere alle varie esigenze. L’appartamento non è esattamente come nelle foto. Partendo dalla porta di ingresso che nelle foto sembra la porta in legno, in realtà quella è la porta del salotto. All’entrata c’è una porta con due buchi aperti probabilmente di vecchie serrature. Inoltre in cucina ci sono cassetti che non si possono aprire, il piano cortura era sporco così come piatti e bicchieri. Sul soffitto ci sono crepe nonostante dalle foto l’appartamento sembra nuovo e il soffione della vasca era pieno di calcare. Inoltre dicono che la struttura sia adatta per i bambini ma è presente un tavolo in vetro che ha la parte in vetro NON fissata alle gambe del tavolo, mio figlio di quasi due anni é riuscita a spostarla. Se fosse caduta probabilmente si sarebbe fatto male. Inoltre avevamo chiesto la culla che non abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo, l’abbiamo richiesta e loro ce l’hanno portata entrando nell’appartamento mentre noi non c’eravamo. Segnalo anche che la metro vicina non ha l’ascensore e col passeggino abbiamo fatto abbastanza fatica.

Crise de panique pour ma fille. - Pas de petit déjeuner On s'est rendu compte qu'il y avait des souris dans l'appartement. Les serviettes étaient certainement trouées par les souris. C'est dommage vu le prix payé.
• Maurice (10/5): Perfect location and good value - Booked City View Apartment but upgraded to bigger unit which was really clean, comfortable and had all things needed. Host offered us coffee on arrival which was great after long journey and told us about things to do nearby. Free luggage storage is helpful. We were skeptical due to reviews about homeless people but they seem to have gone and the entrance is clean and safe I attached pictures but some construction work still going on which looks to be completing soon Was a bit tricky to find but host was waiting for us on Oxford Street

• Martin (10/5): Recommend great apartment comfort clean central - Lovely apartment. It is hidden luxury in perfect central location! Building is old and had some new construction next door which is almost complete but it did not affect our sleep at night. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable, basic utensils to cook Owner was waiting for us explained everything and gave good suggestion to explore London. Very big apartment compared to London hotels Welcome coffee after long flight😊 Outside new building but I think no more issue in 1 month

• Amanda (7/5): Vacanza a Londra con soggiorno in centro - Posizione ottima, in una via centrale ricca di negozi, vicino alla fermata della metro.. molto comodo per spostarsi e per raggiungere molte attrazioni di Londra. Appartamento con tutto il necessario, caldo e accogliente. Host disponibile. La doccia da rivedere.. l acqua o viene bollente o freda , si fa fatica a trovare la giusta temperatura.. ed in questo modo si spreca molta acqua calda, sarebbe anche negli interessi del proprietario sistemare il rubinetto.

• Ofri (1/5): Very bad! - The location is great! Let's start with the fact that the apartment looks nothing like the photos. It's very very noisy.. we closed all the windows, but it didn't help at all. We couldn't sleep properly. The entrance to the building is very inaccessible and located next to constructions area. The building is 100 years old, a fact that is not mentioned in the description.. therefore the plumbing is very old too.. the shower is very hard to regulate and the toilets make weird noises everytime the water is open. One night we tried to take a shower and the water was so hot that the fire alarm started to work. We talked to the hosts and a guy came after a hour and a half and barely did something.. he told us that the building is very old and that we just need to deal with it. We complained to them, but they didn't even bother to reply.. We paid a lot of money for this apartment, but it's not worth it at all! Please do yourself a favor and don't come here! We feel that the hosts disrespected us and our money.

• John (4/5): Great location, clean apartment, BUT electrical safety concerns as well as redecoration needed. - Great Location, apartment clean, hosts nice and very organised. The general repair and condition of the apartment was not great. Main points of concern being electrical. The electrics do not look like they would pass any kind of inspection in many ways, but mot importantly the plug socket which the bathroom heater was plugged into was loose and the front came open when I tried to turn it on. (I left it alone afterwards). The Fridge was also making a constant noise that didnt sound great so we unplugged it. The general wiring all looks 'added on later' and there are a fair few extension blocks etc. Also there was a faint smell of past cigarette smoke in the living room, and there are obvious places that need a proper redecoration - like parts of the bedroom ceiling that have been patched up, and the bathroom (while clean) is white walls (in need of paint) / white bathroom suite / oldish basic plastic shower curtain etc... Again, I must stress the place was clean and location great and hosts friendly and organised - however both on an aesthetic level and most importantly on a safety level - it feels like these are not important concerns to them (if it was just one thing I would not flag it but...).
