The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The views were absolutely stunning and made every morning with delicious food unforgettable. She helped us with activities and recommendations and made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Everything about our experience was wonderful, and we would happily stay here again. • Dasith (4/5): Staff needs to be better- it’s a hotel not a free service - Great Location, nice view and quiet and comfortable. We were staying there as a couple for a special event. I messaged the hotel via booking.com to request an early check in and late check out if possible. And at the start they did say they will let me know but all based on how busy they might get. We were staying for 1 night. Fair enough and then early check in they did accommodate but after we arrived at the location. So on the same day I messaged them to check if late check out was possible. Only 30min-1hr later. No response. So I presumed as they didn’t mention it was not ok. The lady who was the only staff there was very rude and at 11am comes to collect the food from our room and states you’ll need to leave. I don’t think that is professional at all as no response is not a response. And if this is challenged I have a messages to prove on booking.com. All they had to do was tell us late check out is not possible and we would have planned our selves to leave on time.

• Brooke (10/5): Gorgeous Executive Suite with breathtaking view! Only 1 set of stairs! - Wow! We can not fault our stay. We stayed in the Executive Suite, Hot Tub (Caldera View) and were absolutely blown away by the size of the room with Extra Large Bed & separate lounge. The view was mind blowing and breakfast on the balcony divine. The incredible part was that you only had to do 1 set of stairs to access this incredible room which is near unheard of in Santorini! Sima the caretaker is an absolute gem and nothing is too much trouble. If I ever get back to Santorini, I would stay here in a heartbeat! There is a little Local Mini Mart when you go up the stairs to the right about 50m away which is super handy for cheap snacks & drinks. Breakfast isn't what we're used to when staying at resorts but being a villa you can't expect it to be. I will say that it was delicious and plentiful so really not a criticism, just something to be aware of when booking.

Le balcon est idéalement situé à l'abri des regards (contrairement à de nombreux autres...). Le jacuzzi est chauffé à la bonne température. Le petit-déjeuner (choisi chaque soir) est servi sur la terrasse. L'accueil est chaleureux et souriant. La chambre est spacieuse (même pour 3) et très bien équipée. L'hôtel est situé au début de la rue piétonne (ce qui est pratique pour les valises) et à quelques minutes à pied de la station de bus. • Alexandra (10/5): Séjour incroyable dans un lieu de rêve - Cet établissement est juste parfait. Il est très bien situé dans Oia, à côté des boutiques, restaurants et de la gare routière d’où partent les bus pour explorer l’île. Évidemment la vue est le point fort de cet établissement : la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle et le jacuzzi sur la terrasse un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner servi en chambre est très très bon. Et le second point fort de l’établissement, c’est le personnel. Nous avons eu affaire à Sima, qui est tout simplement géniale : sympathique, disponible, de bons conseils, solaire… un grand merci à elle d’avoir rendu notre séjour merveilleux ! Bref, une expérience incroyable dans cet établissement que j’ai d’ores et déjà recommandé à des amis qui souhaitent découvrir Santorin. J’y retournerai sans aucun doute!
• Lella (10/5): Tutto perfetto e rilassante - Superconsigliato!Colazione con prodotti a scelta, frutta fresca, succo d'arancia caffè greco molto buono o americano (non c'è l'espresso) servita sul terrazzino con vista strepitosa sulla caldera, anche se il tramonto non è visibile, suite molto spaziosa, bagno con idromassaggio (e doccia), tutto molto pulito. La struttura è ubicata sulla strada pedonale ricca di negozi, bar e ristoranti, ma assolutamente con affaccio tranquillo sul mare. Solo pochi gradini per raggiungere la struttura e pochi passi a piedi dalla strada principale dove si fermano i taxi e partono le escursioni. A 10 minuti di piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge il castello da dove ammirare il tramonto. L'host Simi molto attenta e disponibile, ha curato il nostro soggiorno facendoci sentire sen a casa. • Cortés Gómez (10/5): Increíbles vistas y experiencia brutal de desayuno en plena Oia. - La ubicación del hotel es buenísima, en plena Oia y sin llegar a estar en la parte con mas aglomeración, pero al lado de todo. Las habitaciones y las vistas son una gozada y el jacuzzi en la terraza se disfruta mucho, además del vino de bienvenida que te ofrecen. La mujer de la recepción fue súper amable con nosotros, haciéndonos recomendaciones de visitas y llamando para ayudarnos a reservar en un restaurante para cenar. El desayuno a la carta que te preparan es brutal, y degustarlo en tu balcón con esas vistas no tiene precio!!! Quizás que la habitación y el baño se ven un pelín anticuados, pero realmente nos dio igual ya que lo que más se disfruta es la terraza y la ubicación.

• FLAVIA (10/5): Ótima localização. Porém com degraus e sem o pôr do sol da varanda - A localização é maravilhosa com tudo muito próximo. A funcionária que faz a recepção é que está o tempo todo no local é muito atenciosa e ajuda com tudo! A vista é um espetáculo Fiquei muito decepcionada e me senti enganada porque escrevi para a acomodação perguntando se veria o pôr do sol da minha sacada e eles afirmaram que sim. E não foi o que aconteceu. O pôr do sol estava do outro lado do hotel. Era uma das minhas exigências para reservar um hotel. Queria ver o pôr do sol da varanda. Fui ver m julho e não tem por do sol nenhum da varanda. Por isso fui enganada.

Czyściusieńko, pokój w pełni wyposażony: suszarka, zestaw do parzenia herbaty i kawy, winko na powitanie, kieliszki, korkociąg, ręczniki, szlafroki, kapcie, nawet japonki :) Jedyny minus to brak parasola, markizy na balkonie, czegokolwiek co dałoby chociaż kawałeczek cienia.

Il supporto della struttura è stato veramente assente, si sono detti solamente “dispiaciuti” della cosa. Inaccettabile. In aggiunta, segnalo che mi era stato indicato di parcheggiare l’auto a noleggio, cito testualmente “in the main Street” perché era “safe to park there and free”. Risultato? Multa da 80€ per divieto di sosta. Items were robbed/thrown away during our stay, with no real support from the host. Unaccetable. Moreover, they gave me the indicaton to park on the main street where I was fined by the police.

• Epron (9/5): Merveilleux ! Ne pas hésiter ! - Le cadre est exceptionnel, l'emplacement idéal ! Un véritable enchantement au réveil avec un petit déjeuner avec vue sur la caldeira. L'accueil de Sima est extrêmement chaleureux. La literie est de qualité et tout le linge est signé Guy Laroche. Le jaccuzi sans vis à vis est un vrai plus pour se prélasser en fin de journée. Tout petit bémol pour la baignoire/douche qui a tendance à inonder le sol de la salle de bain. Un petit rideau de douche serait appréciable mais cela relève vraiment du détail !

And what truly made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of Sima. She welcomed us with a smile as big as her heart and went out of her way to plan and make our stay easier. If you’re coming by ferry, definitely arrange a transfer with sima as it’s 120euros from the port v 45euros with the transfer! We loved our stay and will return. The bathroom was a bit tight, especially the shower. But the view and service more than made up for it!

Aside from having your own private balcony with a hot tub that looks out at oía town there is a private roof terrace which is the envy of all passerbys stopping to get photos of the view while you have it all to yourself! Honestly we didn’t even see the point of going to these “sunset view” bars when you have the best view straight from this accommodation! Sima was a sweetheart and looked after us so well with the most extravagant breakfast every morning she was just fantastic, had the room clean everyday too which we were not expecting!! I can’t say enough good things about this accommodation highly recommend nothing it was all AMAZING

She arranged our cooking class, dinner reservations, and taxi services making every aspect of our trip relaxing. Each day she delivered a huge tray of breakfast foods, absolutely delicious and so much food. She also left a bottle of wine and flowers in the room for us. The executive suite was extremely spacious with a wonderful view and privacy on the terrace and hot tub. The property is a few steps from the taxi drop off so it was relatively easy to access with heavy luggage. It was directly off the main walking in path in Oia so we were a few steps from shops and restaurants, and very close to the Oia-Fira hike path, but we still felt secluded from crowds.

Il est agréable de profiter du jacuzzi. MAIS le bruit de la machinerie du jacuzzi juste à côté du lit est très dérangeant pour dormir : c'est un "ronron" permanent ! La douche est très petite, il faut être très menu ! La pression de la douche est très faible. L'évier est bas: je mesure 1m65 et il m'arrivais tout juste en haut ses cuisses. La déco et les meubles auraient besoin d'être changés: c'est vieillot. Il n'y a pas de couette mais une sorte d'édredon. Le déjeuner ne peut pas être servi avant 8h30, nous devions partir à 8h15 pour l'aéroport, notre hôtesse nous apporté un yaourt, du miel, de la confiture et un bout de gâteau la veille! L'hôtesse n'est pas désagréable mais pas super sympathique non plus... Cet établissement me semble sur noté sur Booking.com. Le bruit du jacuzzi la nuit, la douche, les meubles, le lit (on s'y enfonce beaucoup trop). Le petit déjeuner au rabais la veille du départ car impossible de le servir avant 8h30.

Sima was what made our experience wonderful helping us book a car rental. She goes above and beyond to make the trip perfect. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. • Munira (10/5): Great location, gorgeous views, friendly staff. - Gorgeous views and great location in Oia Village. Short walk to the Oia castle. Friendly staff. I had a great time in the outside hot tub and the balcony. Property is great but we found the bathroom to be slightly compact. Though we may be spoilt with large spaces. But it worked well for our short trip.

Upon our arrival they left Wine and fruits for us. The breakfast was so delicious with alot of variety like fruits, bread, eggs. You choose your breakfast the day before and it is delivered at the time you requested. The staff was so nice and helpful. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, stores and bus/taxi stop.

• Beatrice Laura (10/5): Un nido sulla Caldera. - La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare Oia. La vista dalla camera è stupenda, anche se il tramonto non è ben visibile. Inoltre la vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzino è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di camminate sull’isola. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante anche se, data la tipologia di hotel e il costo per camera, prodotti freschi sarebbero più indicati. Tutto positivo. Unico neo, come detto sopra, i prodotti da forno non di panetteria e il succo di arancia confezionato.

• Kausain (8/5): Beautiful view, but disorganized service and unprofessional - The location is perfect, clean, with good facilities and exceptional breakfast. Don’t know where to start.. first, we arrived around 4.30pm but the hotel had a power outage, so there was no air-conditioning in 27 deg. heat. The staff proposed she would upgrade us to another room with light but we had to come back in an hour. So, eventually we checked in around 6pm and the AC and WiFi started working around 6.30pm. So, we lost almost 2h time for our stay. Secondly, Seema seemed quite rude and annoyed when we ordered breakfast, also when she served it in the morning. Apart from this behavior, the view was really beautiful and the room was perfect, just wasn’t satisfied with the service. Also, the toilet was way too small.

• Joseph (10/5): Perfect stay at Delfini Villas - The suite was equipped with everything we needed and had a gorgeous view of the Aegean Sea. The upper deck (only exclusive to Delfini guests) was a nice inclusion also. Lastly, Sema the hostess made us feel at home from the very first day. She recommended the very best places to eat and even explained to us how to get around. Sema arranged for breakfast by the balcony every morning and serviced our suite everyday. Sema’s attentiveness enabled us to have the perfect stay at this location. Thank you, Sema! No complaints.
