• Adela (9/5): - Muy funcional, limpio y muy amable la atención En el depto al lado daban clases de canto y se escucha todo como si estuvieran ahí en el mismo depto. Debes tomarte un bus con un viaje de aprox. 40 minutos para ir al centro histórico. Pero la zona es muy tranquila.

• Juliet (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in Rome, venturing near and far to see the sights and coming back to our comfortable and modern - Very well equipped and clean. Very comfortable bed and close to restaurants and bars. Everything was very good.
• Massimo (9/5): Piacevole e raccomandabile - La pulizia di tutto l’ambiente e l’arredamento e la ristrutturazione interna ben fatta e moderna, sebbene l’appartamento si trovi in un edificio datato, però tutto pulito e silenzioso. Il letto molto confortevole. La cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo la sua gentilezza nel rendere il check out molto flessibile. La posizione è strategica poiché vicino alla fermata della metro. È possibile dimenticare la propria auto sfruttando i trasporti pubblici. L’abitazione è dotata di ogni utensile per poter cucinare, utilissima la lavastoviglie. Consigliabile per un lungo soggiorno. Un ringraziamento al proprietario. L’unico aspetto relativamente negativo è che l’appartamento è in seminterrato, ma con finestre che permettono una adeguata illuminazione. Il tutto comunque in un contesto pulito e silenzioso.

• Marcelina (8/5): - Lokalizacja była ok, co prawda daleko do centrum ale do metra bliziutko Było bardzo brudno, podłoga wygląda jakby dawno nie była myta. Mieszkanie jest w piwnicy.
• Ana Paula (10/5): Perfecto! Volveremos! - Tiene todo lo que necesitas para la estancia, hasta passeggino! Baño muy moderno y cómodo La persona que nos recibió fue super gentil! La metro C llega a 50m y cuando terminen las obras llegara directo al coliseo será aún mejor! Rodeado de supermercados( recomiendo ampliamente carrefour express), café y restaurantes. Dan clases de canto en el apartamento de al lado pero no es realmente muy molesto, nos pareció gracioso!

• Nemanja (10/5): The owner was very forthcoming with any problem that we encountered and was very willing to help. - Property was in a very convenient location, close to the metro station and there is a tram line nearby that operates 24/7. Everything was great.
• Anonymous (7/5): Good - The only issue we faced was with the air conditioner. It was automatically controlled by the host and kept turning off on its own. Unfortunately, it switched off around 1:00 AM, and we couldn't sleep properly as it became too hot. We tried to contact the host at the time, but she didn’t respond—which we understand, as it was late at night. The next day, we informed the host about the issue, but even then, the air conditioner continued to turn on and off on its own throughout the night. This was quite uncomfortable and affected our sleep, which is really important when you're on vacation. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine.

• Paola (10/5): Loved it and will definitely go back! - The property is sparkling clean, newly renovated, has new forniture and is a lot more spacious than expected. It is just a couple of minutes from the metro station and in a popular area bustling with life. It is managed professionally and with a care seldom seen elsewhere before. I would definitely recommend it! I was happy with the property, the location and the management.
