• Marcelo (10/5): Exceptional apartment with a really supportive front team. We would definitely book it again. - The front team is really friendly, caring and especially competent. Among all the staff we would like to thank Miku and Maaki once again for assisting us with an incident we had. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Staying in an independent apartment with the convenience of having a hotel reception was definitely a plus. Location is excellent - the apartment is a short walk from Kyoto Station. The stairs that lead to the apartment are kind of steep and the steps may be dangerous but the staff can help to bring the suitcases up or down. Apart from this, everything else was great.

• Karissa (10/5): Highly recommend - Location near train station was great. Great bathroom area and large room for a group of 4. We found the aircon slightly confusing to work out, that’s our fault we should’ve asked the staff.
