• Parthena (8/5): - The house was perfectly clean and convenient with every you need.The decoration was nice and the location was a short distance walking from the city centre. The owner was friendly. The building of the apartment was old and extremely neglected by the tenants…. There was no elevator which was not mentioned in the description and this fact made my stay uncomfortable

• Nathalie (9/5): - The apartment is great!!! It is very very beautiful, provence-style, with all the facilities , very clean. Sonya, who is in charge of the apartment, answered all our questions with kindness. There was a little problem in the apartment, she immediately took care of it, solved it within an hour. The apartment is just near the river, at walking distance from the city center. ( about 20 minutes) The building doesn't look well, it is dirty and unpleasant. This is the huge gap between the building and the amazing apartment....like the gaps in bulgarian society

• Silvia (1/5): - An der Adresse existiert keine Pension oder Hotel Drei Anläufe mit verschiedenen Handy und Zuhilfenahme von ortsansässigen Helfer in Abgleich mit deren Handy ergaben zwar kostenlose Parkplätze an einem Flussufer aber keine Unterkunft für Menschen. Die einzige Beleuchtung in ganzen Umfeld, ein Husqvarna Werbehinweis. Vorsicht das ist ein Fake.
• Antoaneta (9/5): Чудесно обзаведен апартамент с много добра локация - Апартаментът се намира близо до Стария град и центъра, точно до реката, и е обзаведен с много вкус. Картините бяха много красиви. Подходящ е и за по-дълго пребиваване, тъй като има напълно обзаведена кухня, пералня и работно място. Самият блок, в който се намира апартамента, е стар, неремонтиран и не добре почистван. Но на това очевидно собствениците на един апартамент няма как да влияят.
• Dimitrina (10/5): - Много чист и хубав апартамент. Близко до центъра на 10 -15 мин пеша. Точно до реката. Покрай реката има пейки и алея за разходки. След резервацията изпращат допълнителен договор който трябва да се подпише. Има доста неустойки от сорта, че се съгласяваме да платим 150% от стойността на увредена вещ или 300 лв глоба при установяване, че е пушено в апартамента. Вече бяхме платили и тьй като сумата не се възстановява всъщност трябваше да разпиша всичко. В крайна сметка почивката мина добре, и мястото е чисто и приятно, но ако бяха казали, че сме счупили нещо съмнявам се, че можехме да докажем обратното или да определим цена от която да платим 150%. Искаше ми се да имах тази информация предварително. Няма тераса.
