• Clare (8/5): I would stay here again. I recommend it. Beds were comfortable. Felt like it was in a safe location. - I liked the size, comfort and location A hoover would be handy to tidy up kids mess as I don’t like leave it a mess

• Sophie (1/5): - Property says parking which there isn’t . Says disabled access the front door is upstairs . Upon entering property fire place that isn’t attached to the wall . Oven don’t work (gas) . Tumble dryer that is listed doesn’t have a plug . Dishwasher listed isn’t there . Lino on kitchen floor is loose and a hazard . Dining table chairs u sit on n they bend where they aren’t put together properly. Sit on the toilet for the whole system to wobble. Up stairs the drawers in which you can store clothes fall apart upon opening . Called the owner who said yes we know this ! our stay was fri-mon oven was not fixed until Sunday at 7pm so pointless to me as was leaving in the morning, and the owner said no refund for inconvenience of not having an oven even though I rang and messaged owner on arrival Friday because they fixed it during our stay one night after I had already had to order my children food because it was so late . Absolute nightmare owner ignored messages wasn’t helpful . Listing is full of in accurate descriptions . The bathroom mirror was smashed on arrival . Been bitten by fleas during our stay was just an absolute sham . Been told since as an apology with offer one free night stay when I book minimum of a night with them again . Why would I book to stay again absolute scammers have complained to customer service and still in contact with customer service to make sure these people are stopped from scamming people

• Chloe (5/5): Affordable but underwhelming - Cheap stay, convenient location not far from Alton Towers and good communication from property manager. Following facilities listed on advert were not available: washing machine (not installed), wheelchair accessible, bath, free toiletries, balcony, fire safety precautions. Very dodgy gas oven that was difficult to use and turn off, no smoke detectors in kitchen, only 1 smoke detector in entire house in the living room. Smoke detectors clearly removed in multiple rooms. Flooring lifting to dangerous levels in kitchen, marks/ water stains on the walls in most rooms. Kitchen cupboards filthy inside, oven trays dirty, grease all over oven back splash. Suspicious stains on sofa, bathroom ceiling very mouldy, no lock on toilet door. Rubbish all over both back and front garden, cigarette and spliff butts on patio. X1 bed was broken (slats falling out). Window blind strings don't work, broken radiatior covers. Was a cheap stay, which was appreciated, but basic minimal health and safety standards lacking. £150 damage deposit and payment requested by payment link or bank transfer, which was questionable - not standard booking.com practice. As much as the stay worked for what we needed, I wouldn't reccomend and was glad to have not booked multiple nights
• Elke (10/5): Nice accommodation, met all our needs. Exactly like photos, would definitely stay again! - Decent size rooms, nice little garden. Spacious equipped kitchen. Free parking and wifi No lock on downstairs toilet. 2 week wait for the deposit return.
