- Ahmed (10/5): - Here’s a polished version of your review clear, kind, and firm where it needs to be: We had a bit of a rough start due to some confusion on our part, but the host personally met me and turned it into an amazing experience. The place was spotless, comfortable, and offered unbeatable value on the day we booked. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time—and the host was truly the highlight. For future guests, a couple of tips: Check-in is after 4pm. If you arrive early (say around 1pm), don’t expect the place to be fully cleaned yet. This is one private bedroom in a shared 3-bedroom apartment. Please be mindful and practice proper shared-space etiquette. Do you want me to make it sound more warm and friendly (like you’re chatting to a friend), or more professional (like a polished Airbnb review)? I liked everything. One tip: get small garbage cans for each room to encourage people to use their rooms more.

Once I booked through booking.com, the property manager called asked extra money to e-transfer her (Suzana). I asked why should I pay extra.. which is not mentioned in the post in booking.com !!! She said this is the go to stay in the property, I requested her I wouldn’t stay and I like to cancel the booking. She said it’s ok, you will get FULL REFUND. But it’s been 2-3 days, I haven’t received the refund. They are not only fraud but also notorious liar. I highly recommend to stay away of booking the property. To me this is first time in 10+ years Canadian life, to me it’s a SCAM. SCAM ALERT !!! Once I booked through booking.com, the property manager called asked extra money to e-transfer her (Suzana).
