• Jennifer (7/5): Très bon séjour - Très bon emplacement Logement agréable Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, un peu juste pour 6. Une chambre donne sur une Rue un peu bruyante et les autres chambres à côté du parking mais l’hôte fournis des bouchons d’oreilles Sur l’annonce il est noté sèche linge mais il s’agit d’un étendoir sans pinces et non pas d’une machine.

• Maureen (7/5): Had to find the apt. but awesome location - Location was perfect. The instructions sent were very very confusing. It took us over 20min to figure it out. Pictures were incorrect and some had no meaning(trashcan location, gate to enter the parking garage) . We had no access to the gate where the car was parked. We had to walk around the block to get the car due to key card not working. We called for some help and didn't get much. They wanted to send someone to help us but we didn't want to wait any longer. We ended up finding the door/ gate and lockbox on our own and the key card was badly worn and couldn't be used to open gate or garage. Thank God the parking gate was open and did not close for the 2 days we were there. People upstairs were very loud past quiet hours but they give you ear plugs. Please update your pictures. Maybe put them in order and include a picture of outside apt, the black gate and door. Picture of key lock box. I've rented many places and never had issues.

• Anne (8/5): Séjour conforme à nos attentes, sur une rue un peu passante mais avec vue sur les cargos du port ! - L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et confortable, conforme aux clichés fournis sur le site. Il donne en rez-de-chaussée sur le port, d'où le bruit de la circulation - mais les boules Quies sont fournies !

Street noise/traffic noise and the noise of boat engines running all night. Earplugs provided so not a huge problem

• KERoss (9/5): Great central flat. - Loved this flat, a shame we were only staying 1 night. Really central. Instructions to access flat to get keys & car park card 1st before going around the corner to the car park were clear. More information than a dislike: The flat was supplied with ear plugs, which would be needed if you're a light sleeper & sleeping in the front double bed. Also, the bed is a double, which could be a squeeze for taller/larger couples.
• Ferry (10/5): Fantastic stay - Sehr gute Komunikation mit dem Managment vor Ort. Zusätzlicher Parkplatz war kein Problem( bei den hohen Parkgebühren über Nacht 40€) sehr dankbar gewesen. Alles war zu unseren Zufriedenheit

It's on the side of the street so front bedroom noisy, can hear people coming home and hear cars on the road. Also 10am is early for check out, 11am would be better

And hosts were super helpful prior to check in regarding parking and check in. Probably my own fault but we found parking a little difficult to find, however we got there in the end !

• Emily (7/5): Emplacement idéal et logement en très bon rapport qualité prix ! - Nous avons adoré l emplacement ! Le centre à pieds la vue super sympa… le logement est grand et fonctionnel, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques ! Les instructions pour trouver le logement et le parking sont complexes mais heureusement il y a les photos ! Par contre le seul gros soucis c est le manque d isolation la chambre qui donne sur la rue est tellement bruyante qu il est impossible de dormir. Entre les bruits de voitures, la pluie et les gens qui passent on a l impression d être dehors… si vous n utilisez que deux chambres par contre le logement est parfait !!!
• Romero (9/5): Sitio ideal para alojarse en Galway. - El apartamento muy cómodo,muy bien situado,unas vistas preciosas al puerto y cerca del centro. Las ventanas no están muy bien insonorizadas y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle. El apartamento está un poco mal señalizado,nos costó un poco dar con él a pesar de que lo teníamos delante.

• Bettina (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, schnelle Antwort beim Gastgeber. Die Betten sind sehr klein. Ein Zimmer ist direkt an der Strasse, dies ist sehr ringhörig. Check in und Check out Zeiten nicht gerade von Vorteil. Dafür finde ich den Preis zu teuer für eine Nacht.

• Martin (8/5): - Sehr geräumig und die Lage ist hervorragend. Zugang von der Straße. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt im Parkhaus hinter dem Apartment. Man muß mit der Schlüsselkarte durch ein paar Türen und ist direkt beim Auto. So lässt sich das Gepäck sehr leicht in das Apartment bringen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Kein normales Fernsehen möglich. Lediglich Streaming. Der Knauf im Bad war so los das ich in der Hand hielt und nicht mehr raus kam. Die check in (ab 16 Uhr) und check out (10 Uhr) Zeiten sind miserabel. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit diese auf Anfrage zu erweitern.
• Alan (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Central location and value for money. Basic.Noisy neighbours coming home after a night out.. Pressurisation pump at water tank turning on and of every minute.Had to isolate to get to sleep. Had booked for two nights but only stayed one.

The parking spot provided was very convenient. Even though it faced the water, there really wasn’t much of a view. Besides, we felt like we were in a fishbowl if we opened the curtains.

• Karen (3/5): This should be taken off of booking.com— unlike your other properties, the management does not respond to problems with - The location The internet did not work, and the management was nonresponsive. The management didn’t send us info about the parking until we asked…fortunately I realized that beforehand. The kitchen was not well equipped, and management was stingy about paper products— no paper towels or tissues, and one roll of toilet paper only.
