• Maximilian (10/5): Very happy with this apartment and resort! - Spacious two-bedroom apartment with big balcony and great view over the resort. The lagoon pool was amazing for the kids. Can recommend the cafe at the South Residence entrance for breakfast (not included).

• Olena (8/5): - Hello 👋 , this apartment was nice. One things outside was very loud , make concrete , drilling … I couldn’t stay there with 2 kids for relaxing . My advice for future for company , before you put add at booking.com , need to check if guest can stay there . I waste my money , I waste my time .

• Olga (1/5): Ужасное впечатление. Никому не рекомендую. Потеряете деньги и нервы. - Ничего Апартаменты расположены в хорошем месте. Это единственное, что можно сказать хорошего об этих апартаментах. Сама квартира в плохом состоянии. Грязно. Присутствует неприятный запах в кухне и гостевом туалете. Постельное белье серого застиранного цвета с запахом рыбы. Полотенца тоже все серые, неприятно брать в руки. Пляжные полотенца в дырках. В спальне с двумя кроватями капала вода с потолка прямо на кровать. Проблемы с горячей водой. Точнее ее, практически нет. Попытки принять душ увенчались мытьем в холодной воде. Весь пол в ванной был залит водой, так как душевая кабина не защищает от пролива воды за пределы душевой. Полотенцем для ног вытирала лужи воды на полу, полотенце стало совершенно грязным, что говорит о качестве уборки. На стене в ванной был клок чужих волос… я бронировала апартаменты на 4 ночи. В итоге, через 8 часов нахождения в них, приняла решение забронировать отель и съехать. Написала принимающей стороне все причины своего решения. Попросила удержать с меня деньги за одни сутки и остальную стоимость вернуть. Принимающая сторона с тех пор не отвечает. Booking.com тоже на мои письма не отвечает. Получается, что списать деньги все могут, а когда доходит дело до возврата, никто не считает нужным отвечать.

• Muna (7/5): جيدة - الشقة واسعة وديكوراتها جميلة، توفر ادوات المطبخ والغسيل، جيدة للذين سوف يقيمون لفترة طويلة تعتبر شقة عادية تقع في مبنى سكني مقابل الفندق ليست شقة فندقية لايوجد لديها خدمات ومستقلة عن فندق انتارا ، مبلغ التأمين جدا مرتفع ولا يقبلون الدفع كاش فقط بالبطاقة ولا يتم استرداد المبلغ الا بعد 14 -21 يوم، كثرة التواصل بالواتساب من قبل الفندق بطريقة مزعجة حيث يتم طلب الهويات قبل الحضور بكم يوم وعند الوصول يطلبون الهويات مجددا ويتم التواصل بالواتساب والموقع بشان تسجيل الخروج من 10-12 ظهرا وتم اخطارنا في المسج في حال تم التأخر يتم دفع قيمة ليلة اخرى، لن اكرر الزيارة مرة اخرى
