- Christiane (4/5): Not great - The location is excellent if going to Besakih, it's quiet at night. The staff is friendly and they responded quickly when the water shut off the morning of our departure. The homestay has a serious humidity problem, the rooms smell like mold and they try to cover it up with excessive scented products. They said fans and dehumidifiers were available on demand but there was only one of each in the whole place and I believe they have 4-8 rooms and that we were the only guests at the time. The dehumidifier didn't work anyway. Our luggage was saturated with moisture to the point of being overweight for our return flight. There's no screens on the windows and nowhere to hang a mosquito net from if you bring one. There were only two outlets in my room and one didn't work. The restaurant was mediocre at best but you don't really have other options in the area.

- Mikhail (10/5): Very good place and well organized - Everything. Very clean, facilitated, quiet, good location, kind owners

- thibault (9/5): - The family is adorable, room is clean and new, location is fly less so very appreciated in this region of Bali. Nothing
- Einat (7/5): - Excellent welcoming attitude by Putu and her cousins. Accommodated every request I had in a fast and friendly smiling way. Quality bedding. Rooftop space to sit. The village is a tourist trap. You will feel like a walking wallet everywhere you go. And be charged two to three times more. Don't sleep in the village. Come for a one hour visit max and leave same day.
Przemiła obsługa chętna do pomocy. Soczek na powitanie jako miły gratis. Nic
- Aislinn (9/5): Staff/family could not have been better - Wonderful staff and location for visiting the temple We had 3 rooms and 1 was a bit damp
- Gilberto (9/5): Recommended! - Good position, good staff, breakfast and food. Room is nice. Family is beautiful. Suggested. The place is humid and clothes get wet and don’t dry. Maybe a dehumidifier or A/C would fix it. Host is very nice, maybe a little expensive on extra services (drivers/trips/etc). Not a problem at all, I recommend this place!!
- Kate (9/5): Superb - The people running the Homestay are so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast/dinner on the rooftop terrace has amazing views
- Laura (10/5): Best Homestay! - One of the best homestays on our trip! The room is amazing, very clean and comfortable. We got greeted with a welcome drink and the hosts looked very well after us. The breakfast on the rooftop is amazing and very delicious! We felt very much at home here and were sad to leave.
- Sam (10/5): The owners are lovely and so welcoming! Clean and good value. - The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming (the best we had in our 3 week stay in Indonesia!), and they went out of their way to help us. We were planning to hike up Mt Agung and they insisted on giving us a lift up to the starting point late at night for free, which was so nice of them! The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend to anyone considering staying in Besakih. Nothing
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the Great Temple, the location was perfect. The host(s) of this place are simply wonderful, welcoming you with a welcome drink and informing you of the breakfast which is included in the prize.
My room was spacious and clean too. No complaints about this place at all!
