- Joanne (7/5): Value stay outwith city centre - Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property had a shared family bathroom to use. Upon arrival i had to message owner as they'd had to go to A&E with their child. A key had been left under the doormat which they advised after I reached out.
Upon return home later that night, the child was still audibly distressed for some time. Appreciate that this is an exceptional circumstance.
Location is not easily walkable from city centre but this was my oversight, not the owners.
- Tiffany (10/5): amazing - the room was clean and spacious, also equipped with essential items

- Luke (7/5): A very reasonable price for an overnight stay - Room and family were nice. I didn’t know there was a family with a child. It concerned me a little.

- Sawood1960 (7/5): Nice clean Airbnb just outside Birmingham - Comfy bed. Clean. Close to the main bus route into town. Free WiFi. Needs some hangers in the wardrobe. Also a bedside lamp. Further from the city centre than I thought.
- Oleksandra (7/5): I felt very isolated. The smell in the house was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. - Close to place of my study The room is very small. There is no TV or even a small table to study at.
There is a strong smell of baby urine and diapers. There is no cleaning carried out in the house.
- Vivian (10/5): very good and funny - they very kind when we go home late they give me a keys , and they have a baby very cute ha ha
- Gayan (2/5): Very poor - It was close to the town Very loud landlords and kids
Shared bathroom was really dirty
One of kid walked into our room
We had to ask landlord to take them back
No towels were left for us
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Param (5/5): Passable - just fair not my type
- Jamie (1/5): The worst booking made in 20 years - Do not book this property. It does not exist. It is not where it says it is. It is a guaranteed con. Booking.com are not helpful in providing a solution to this either. The property did not exist, it is false advertising and no support was offered by booking.com. The property has 1 review which is obviously fake.
- Jeremy (10/5): All good ! - It was a very quick stay but Sam & Esther were lovely and I slept like a baby!
