• Casey (1/5): Outdated, gross, barely functional room - The room was spacious. We had a private bathroom. Room was very outdated. Wallpaper was peeling on the walls in multiple places. We saw several bugs in the room. Shower was barely functional. The shower head did not work except for the handheld head. The shower did not properly drain so when you took a shower you stood in several inches of cold dirty water. Didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned in months. Mold was growing on the shower walls. The location is also horrible. It is very far from most of the sights in Florence.

• Patricia (5/5): - La ubicación muy buena. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy simpáticas la verdad y la cama era muy cómoda. Sin embargo, las instalaciones dejaban que desear... Primero que las paredes estaban sucias, el baño tenía el tubo de la pica oxidado al igual que donde se pone el papel del wc. Segundo, me encontré el baño mal limpiado con manchas marrones y amarillas y la pica igual, sucia. Tuvo que venir la chica de recepción a limpiar el wc aunque le dio una mano con lejía y la escobilla.. Lo cual la escobilla, que es un nido de bacterias, no se deberia limpiar con eso, sino con un estropajo y una bayeta. No estaba nada cómoda cada vez que tenía que ir al baño. Además, la ducha se embozaba muchisimo y salía el agua por el suelo. Y la parte de arriba de la ducha.. El teléfono no, la parte de arriba ni la usamos porque estaba todo lleno de cal. La verdad que no era como me esperaba, no repetiría..no se si era esa habitación que nos tocó en concreto, pero.. No fue lo que me esperaba.

• Marianna (1/5): Pessimo - La vicinanza al teatro musicale del maggio Pulizia inesistente! La stanza era sporca, con polvere sulla testiera del letto e sul pavimento. Materasso inesistente e cuscini praticamente distrutti all’interno. Bagno con forte odore di fogna e per finire uno scarafaggio che scorrazza sul pavimento e altri insetti sparsi per la stanza. MAI PIÙ, non fatevi ingannare dalle foto

She responded so quickly to our messages.We checked in the hotel - It's located near the central train station, about a 10-minute walk away. The Duomo is about a 20-minute walk away, and there's a nice bakery nearby for breakfast. There was a strong and unpleasant smell in the room, and unfortunately, a strange odor was coming from the bathroom as well. There was not any minor in the room!! except a small one in the bathroom ! Otherwise it was alright.

• Isabel (5/5): Hotel ruidoso y horario de recepción limitada. - El hotel está bien situado y la habitación es grande. Que de 21h a 9h no haya nadie en recepción en el hotel. Tuvimos que recordar que nos enviaran las instrucciones para poder acceder a la habitación porque nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y no habría nadie en el hotel, además, cuando llegamos sólo habían preparado la habitación para 2 personas en lugar de 3. Había mucho ruido por la noche en el exterior y la habitación estaba mal aislada, este hecho nos impidió descansar bien por la noche. Además nos recordaron en varias ocasiones que teníamos que pagar la tasa turística en recepción cuando su horario no coincidía con el nuestro, ya que salíamos antes de las 9 y volvíamos después de las 21h, cosa normal cuando lo que quieres es visitar. Tuvimos que ajustar el horario el último día para poder pagarlo. No hemos tenido una buena experiencia en dicho hotel.

Mangiato in un tavolinetto senza tovaglia senza posate. Per spalmare la marmellata abbiamo dovuto chiedere un coltello. Veramente vergognoso.

Fantastico - La Disponibilità a tutte le mie richieste ( esempio lasciare il bagaglio e la mia bicicletta in un luogo sicuro),la posizione è davvero molto comoda, a pochi passi dal Fiume Arno dal Ponte Vecchio, dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale!! Non ho usufruito della Colazione perché avevo la Sveglia alle ore 5!! Ma la camera era piccola ma andava benissimo per la mia esperienza!!

• Alfonso (8/5): Cumplio con las expectativas. Volvería a repetir - Habitación amplia y hotel muy centrico para ir andando a culquier sitio. Esta a 500 metros de la entrada en zona ZTL por lo que puedes aparcar fuera de la zona ZTL e ir andando al hotel. Personal amable y detalle por las mañanas para tomarte un café, infusión de manera gratuita. Nada a destacar. No es un hotel lujoso pero cumple con el precio y ubicación. Quizas necesitaria reforma del hall pero las habitaciones y baños parecen reformadas.

• Jurgen (9/5): - The room is very big and so was the bathroom. The AC didn't work, it only exhausted hot air. I don't think the staff noticed this while cleaning the room since when we entered the room, it was like a sauna. Luckily we had a window and this issue was fixed.

• Chiara (8/5): Un bellissimo angelo di pace nella città più bella d’Italia - Ci siamo trovate benissimo, partendo dallo staff super disponile, passando per l’ottima posizione e arrivando a tutti i comfort. Ci torneremo sicuramente in un prossimo viaggio nella bellissima città di Firenze l’unica pecca, anche se non ha per nulla rovinato il soggiorno, la leggere presenza di polvere in poche superfici e lo specchio del bagno rotto
• Davide (7/5): If only the air con was working.... - Close to the train station and local attractions which was important for us. It was a big room for the four of us which was what we budgeted for. Facilities were adequate for our needs. Apparently there is a law in Italy which any air conditioning units are not able to cool until the 15th May. So if its unseasonably hot before that date, which it was during our stay, bad luck. So we were forced to open the window overnight to try and stay a bit cooler. Unfortunately, we were also attacked by mosquitos, not to mention the noise of the passing cars and people laughing and shouting below our window until all hours of the morning. It is probsbly the most riduclous law I have ever heard of in all my years of international travel. Its not the hotel's fault, as they are just abiding with the law, and you are fore-warned (only after you checked in, by rhe way) but they should have a backup plan, for example, maybe have portable fans available in case the weather doesn't follow the rules. So bring some ear plugs and bug spray if you're travelling during April in Italy, and maybe an ice pack.....

• Rodolfo (7/5): Buena ubicación, pésimo personal de limpieza - La ubicación y el personal de la recepción fueron muy amables El personal de limpieza le daba pereza hacer el aseo de la habitación y ponían el letrero de no molestar. Lo hicieron 2 veces. Solo me limpiaron la habitación en una ocasión.
