Просторные, чистые апартаменты, кухня оборудована всем необходимым (посуда, приборы, все необходимое для приготовления пищи, посудомойка, кофемашина, свч, плита, духовой шкаф, есть также стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска - в общем, всё для комфортного проживания. Огромное спасибо за предусмотренные мелочи, такие как капсулы для кофе и для посудомойки, нет необходимости закупать это дополнительно. Всегда были на связи, помогали при регистрации онлайн, быстрое и вежливое решение любых вопросов. Интернет работал очень хорошо. В апартаментах есть большая терраса, на которую выход из всех трех зон, очень удобно! На крыше бассейн инфинити, удобная локация, можно пешком дойти до основных достопримечательностей в центре, метро рядом. Однозначно буду рекомендовать!

• Shaz (8/5): The location of the property is central, Dubai mall and city walk are round the corner and for other tourist attractions - The location was good and the pool on the top floor was a good feature The furniture/features could be better. But for the money spent it was good value

Although car parking is free and within the building, but it’s very high on the 9th floor and driving up with a big car is difficult in the narrow way.

• Mar (10/5): Excellent apartment - This is a very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the Burj Khalifa, in the Paramount Hotel Midtown. It is on the 32nd floor, so you have excellent views. It is very spacious and very well equipped. It has many hotel services: such as a bar (where you can drink alcohol), a beautiful infinity pool on the roof, a small supermarket at the entrance…. And the personal attention has been very good. It is a highly recommended apartment and I would book it again if I return to Dubai on holiday. A success. The bathroom has no plugs, which seems to be normal in the UAE, but for Europeans it is uncomfortable.
