• 由美 (6/5): 警備員さんは親切でとても良かったですが、清潔面でガッカリです。 - 雰囲気とプールと庭の植物は綺麗で良かった！ エアコンがまったく効かなくて、夜に分かったのがフィルターの掃除をしてなかったようです。カバー開けたらカビと埃が部屋中舞い上がり喉が痛くなりました。 夜の警備員さんに伝えたら違う部屋を案内してくれましたが、急だったためか掃除してから時間がたっていて埃だらけでした。掃除をしっかりして欲しいです。。

• Karolina (4/5): The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the location was excellent—right on the high street with easy - The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They are always there for their guests and offer the best and most honest advice. The location is excellent, right on the high street, with beach access just across the road. The property also has a wonderful swimming pool, which is quite large and perfect for relaxing. The terrace of our hut had broken floor planks, and one of us stepped on a screw. Several wooden parts had been chewed. The door locks were quite rusty, and the bathroom wall was full of ants and a cockroach. The back support pillows on the sofa on the terrace were mouldy, so we used beach towels to cover them. We did not use the wardrobe built into the bathroom because we couldn’t even lock it. Only the room upstairs could be locked. There was also a mouse in the bedroom that chewed through the tables from the sore throat.

• Mathilde (10/5): Lovely hut - Lovely hut for ourselves, great pool in the flourishing garden. Very peaceful and quiet, although close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room had a fridge which was very convenient. The staff was lovely. We also had a massage at the Sukanusa Spa, amazing! Definitely a great place to stay in Nusa Lembongan!

• Anton (7/5): - Läget var jättebra! Nära till stranden och många restauranger och caféer! Personalen var också jättetrevlig! Under 2 av våra 4 nätter så vaknade vi av att det var möss som sprang inne på rummet. Bara någon meter ifrån oss, vilket var lite äckligt/obehagligt. Dom åt på våra snacks som vi hade ställt framme.

The breakfast was average, nothing special. The room smelled of mold, and the couch outside was completely moldy. The bathroom was poor, nothing special, but there was always hot water.

• Ruben (6/5): Fijne locatie en niet duur, minder comfortabel, - Het ziet er mooi uit, toplocatie vlakbij het strand, fijn dat er een zwembad is, lief personeel en doen erg hun best De badkamer stond niet op de foto en we snappen waarom: betegeld hok,, krakend bed (hierdoor slecht geslapen), klamboe pastte niet goed en achteraf nog veel moeite moeten doen voor betalen ivm personeel die ons vergat te laten betalen bij uitchecken

Cleaned daily. Lovely, clean and good sized pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast options were limited (Just egg options and toast).

• Edgar (2/5): Not a comfortable place! - The location was good and convenient. Very old and dark! Breakfast was poor and miserable; 2 eggs and a piece of bread. Dark rooms with 2 smalls lamps, and everything is low quality. I stayed in 4 properties in the island and this one was the lowest quality and less luxurious at the highest price.

• Heather (6/5): Nice room but bathroom needs updating - Nice having our own private villa with pool, although pool is a lot smaller than it looks in photos, just for cooling off, not big enough to swim. Staff were helpful when we asked about doing laundry and directed us to a place nearby, they also booked a boat to Gili Air for us. Room was clean and there is a fridge and kettle in each villa. It was fine to stay in for a few days but definitely wouldn't call the huts luxury. Room is very dark, even with two lamps on it was difficult to see even during the daylight. Wouldn't say that they're luxury huts, they're pretty rustic. Bathroom had no hand soap and only a tiny bin, although it did get emptied daily. Bathroom walls were flimsy, made from plywood and moved when turning shower on and taps looked like they needed replacing. Would appreciate having the numbers on the outside wall of each hut as it was sometimes difficult to find hut coming back in the dark.

L'emplacement était idéal, et les hameaux se trouvaient au cœur d'un magnifique jardin. Une expérience vraiment agréable malgré le bruit des travaux à proximité. la salle de bain n'est pas très agréable mais le reste est très bien.

The hut experience was really wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable, I slept very well. Loved the adjoining spa and the staff were kind and friendly. My shower head did not work properly
• Amaro (2/5): - I can’t say all the rooms are the same, but our bungalow number one had several issues. It smelled strongly of mold, the bed was very unstable, and the AC made noise all night until it finally stopped working. We also heard a lot of roosters in the morning and people talking late at night. I would love to say my stay was pleasant, but we decided to move to another hotel the next day. I hope this review helps improve the facilities.

Le personnel est gentil, ils vous proposent d’orhaniser toutes vos activités. - Les logements étaient impeccables La proximité avec toutes les commodités, plages, restaurants, petite épicerie La gentillesse du personnel Les massages dans l’enceinte de l’établissement. La piscine, le calme et la tranquillité, le chant des oiseaux le matin au réveil. Tout était parfait. Nous avons tout aimé
