• Maitham (9/5): - The location, the cleanliness and the check in and out process. The staff support was amazing. I was not aware that the bedroom was in the lower floor and both bathrooms were also located in the basement.
• Gerry Scullion (2/5): You're sleeping in a room with no natural light and poor airflow - Location This place was pretty shoddy. You're RIGHT on the road with people looking in from the pavement. You're sleeping downstairs which is underground and there's little airflow or natural light as a result. You can open the windows but the fear would be rats, noise etc.

• Ben (6/5): - Communication with host was easy and came in time. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are in the souterrain. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor are pretty dark as the lower half of the windows is covered with opaque film, so people walking by cannot look inside. In general a good idea but also makes the rooms dark.

• Eva (10/5): - Had a fantastic stay! Beautiful, clean flat. Perfect location, great for a group of 4-5. I was really impressed with the customer service and staff. Would highly recommend and looking forward to booking again soon!

Não tivemos qualquer problema mas sentimos que caso fosse necessário estariam disponíveis. O único ponto menos positivo é o facto de os quartos serem na cave. No Inverno não foi um problema mas imagino que no Verão seja pouco confortável.

• Anna (9/5): Perfect accommodation for a family of five. - Perfect location next to Regent’s Park and good communication. Walking distance to Euston Railway station which is perfect if you plan a visit to Harry Potter Studios. Plenty of space for families and teenagers can get the privacy they need. Easy checkin and checkout. Easy communication with host. The key lockbox was a bit difficult to get into. Hangers for jackets would be nice to have.
