Situato in pieno centro di Epernay vicino alla via dello champagne. Condizionamento fantastico. Molto gradito l'omaggio di un flute di champagne presso la loro cantina. Mancava solo una cartina della città per sapere come muoversi meglio.
• Willem (4/5): Te duur en kwaliteit kan veel beter. - De kamer is groot en schoon. Het is erg handig dat je een eigen parkeerplaats hebt op een afgesloten terrein. Hierdoor kunnen ook fietsen veilig staan. Er waren echter ook veel minpunten. Bij de badkamer komt er bijna geen water uit de douchekop. De tweede keer dat ik ging douchen heb ik gebruik gemaakt van de gasten badkamer. Die douche werkte wel goed. In het hele appartement werkte de afzuiging niet. Niet in de badkamers en ook niet in het toilet. Hierdoor werd het erg muf en vochtig. Bij het ontbijt was één soort brood vers (stokbrood), de rest werd de volgende dag weer gebruikt als het niet op was. Alles droogt dan dus uit. Er was ook geen broodrooster waardoor je het brood ook niet kon oppeppen. Gezien de prijs kom ik hier niet terug. Voor deze prijs is er in de buurt veel betere kwaliteit te boeken.

Perfecte ligging aan de Avenue de Champagne, met eigen privé parking. Mooi verzorgd ontbijt; het enige wat ontbrak aan het ontbijt was een eitje. Verder alles ok. Tip: zet in de frigo één of twee flessen champagne tegen betaling. Werkt echt. We komen hier zeker terug. Eigenlijk was alles tip top in orde.

• Caroline (10/5): An exceptional and comfortable stay in the heart of champagne. - A beautiful, well designed and extremely comfortable apartment in the very heart of Epernay. Excellent, clear communication with the hosts. Secure private parking with adequate room for a big car with a roof box. Lovely, generous breakfast across the courtyard. Close to restaurants, bars, shops, champagne houses. A warm, dry refuge on a night of extreme weather! Nothing! Can not be faulted.

• Stella (10/5): Fabulous - The property was fabulous! We stayed in Les Suite Des Avant which was one of the most stunning, spacious, well situated apartments I’ve ever stayed in. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely gentleman who showed us to our apartment and then told us that we had a welcome complimentary glass of Champagne each to claim from the A.Bergere champagne house further up the Avenue de Champagne! Breakfast was included in the room rate which was delicious - the pastries and cheese and superior to what we get in England! I would absolutely look to book this accommodation again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Epernay. Very comfortable, spacious, all amenities needed available, and clean. Thank you Champagne A.Bergere Guest House! Absolutely nothing not to like

A few little shortcomings which seem an easy fix. Only 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay. No tea towel for kitchen. Dishwashing detergent seemed to be hand/body wash same as bathroom. Basic crockery.. Balcony was locked, unable to access.

Hotellet tillhör samma som flera andra hotell i kvarteret, tex La Cave, och vi åt frukost på samma ställe (La Cave). Man behöver inte välja hotell utifrån frukostrecensionen så som vi gjorde eftersom det var samma. Lite krångligt att hitta incheckningen.

• Anthony (10/5): It was a beautifully renovated property with easy access to everything in Epernay. - Loved the location, the size of the accommodations, enormous private rooftop overlooking gardens and Moet eh Chandon. Everything was excellent. A few notes: booking site mentioned a washer and dryer but our unit did not have one (not a deal breaker, it was probably on property somewhere). Welcome instructions were great if you are driving in. If you are being dropped off or walking in from train station, it was a bit confusing.

Petit déjeuner simple , pas un choix énorme mais suffisant , cependant la machine est café est insuffisante au regard du nombre de personnes présentes et si le personnel est très accueillant celui-ci est vite submergé par les nombreuses demandes des clients (notamment pour cuire des oeufs).La taille du parking n'est pas adaptée au nombre de clients présents , le deuxième soir nous avons dû garer la voiture dehors...Mais plus que tout , la suite dans laquelle nous étions ne disposait pas de volets et de rideaux dans le couloir d'accès aux toilettes et à la salle de bain et la terrasse de cette suite était sale.

We zijn al een paar keer in deze Guest House geweest door gebruik te maken van andere kamers. Altijd goed bevallen. Dit maal gebruik gemaakt van het groot appartement. Verwarming deed het niet. Verblijf van een nacht. Werden helaas niet geholpen na klacht. Geen raamdecoratie in keuken / eetkamer, dus veel inkijk. Lichtplan mist wat gezelligheid.

• Ian (9/5): Super location, very comfortable and a great breakfast - Location is superb, and the lift to the first-floor flat meant that my wife could come and go easily. Very good breakfast. The cooking facilities worked very well. Light sleepers might need earplugs as there is some street and road noise. Similarly the shutters didn't close properly so there was some light at night. Oddly although there was step-free access to the apartment, there were several steps to the breakfast area.

My wife accidentally dropped an item of clothing behind some furniture and when she retrieved it it was covered in dust and dirt. It clearly hadn’t been dusted/hoovered in a long time.

• Karen and Chris (7/5): A great location and space but very poorly equipped. - We loved the location; we loved the space and in particular the balcony; the fittings inside the the apartment were of a good standard. We did not like the fact that the apartment was poorly equipped. We had 3 mugs, 2 wine glasses and two teaspoons with a a few pieces of crockery and some dirty kitchen utensils. We were disappointed at this price point.

Stunning decor throughout with everything and more that you would need for an extended stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming and very responsive to contact. Would def stay here again. No negative comments. We loved everything.

• Emil (10/5): Excellent accommodation in center of Epernay. - The room actually a flat with its own kitchen and terrace, just behind Avenue de Champagne. It was a very nice flat with a large bedroom extremely centrally located in the center of Épernay. We had our car booked in the property’s courtyard which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good as well. I highly recommend it. 👍 Nothing we didn’t like.

Our room , Vigne de nuit, is very spacious, with a very comfortable king-size bed and functional kitchen and air conditioning. It is also very quiet, another bonus. If we ever visit Epernay again we would definitely stay here again. Special thank you to the very friendly staff.
