• Jenna (10/5): Super clean, warm and friendly host, very comfy, wonderful stay! - My flight was delayed and I was hours late arriving late at night. Nancy was responsive and super accommodating and greeted me warmly after my long travels! She even had a welcome basket of snacks waiting for me, which served as my dinner that night. The place was spotless and very comfy and Nancy was so kind. I would definitely stay here again!
• Kimberly (10/5): How Wonderful - How wonderful to find a host who takes the time to create a space where design and function are thoughtfully executed; where the host graciously extends to the guest an invitation to enter and feel at home. When you go out into the city and are ready to slow down and ease into your evening, you can really put it all behind you and unwind upon your return to BK Studio 422. You put the key in the door, and know you are welcomed in once again.

She also worked with me when my flight was delayed twice, and offered me a discount when I come back next to make up for the time I lost due to the delay! She has a variety of snacks and such available for guests, and the space is large, clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location.

• Kathleen (10/5): Comfortable stay in Brooklyn, nice street, short walk to subway. - We enjoyed staying on this street in Bedford-Sty, close to our daughter's apartment. We were met by the owner who was very welcoming and the apartment had everything we might have needed, snacks, shampoos, hairdryer, extra-blankets etc for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the subway. Mini grocery store close by, with some restaurant options in the neighborhood. We hope to stay again.

• Kelly (10/5): - Loved the beauty of the place. The host was so nice and always available when needed. I went there for a rest and relaxation trip and that’s what I got. Very quit and relaxing.
• P.W. (10/5): Zou hier weer voor kiezeb - Nancy is zeer vriendelijk, betrouwbaar en gastvrij. Lekker ruim appartement. Vanaf dit appartement is het metrostation 10 minuten lopen. Met de metro A of C kan je direct naar Manhattan en dat duurt 30 (downtown) of 45 (uptown) minuten. Prima te doen.

• Lora (9/5): A very comfortable stay in Bed-Stuy - A 10 minute walk from the Kingston-Throop Avs Station on the C Subway line. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, services, and laundromats in the neighborhood. The apartment is on a quiet and picturesque brownstone filled street. The studio is spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. The host is helpful and responsive. The brand new stove/oven was not available for use, which is a big part of why I booked an apartment with a full kitchen. I didn't see the disclaimer at the bottom of the listing page until afterwards: "cooking not permitted on premises". That information should be made clearer at the top of listing under Modern Amenities.
• Tricia (10/5): Nancy was s a lovely host. The apartment is adorable, in a beautiful brownstone. It was quiet and comfortable. - It’s clean and nicely spacious for one person.
• Sarah (10/5): A wonderful and safe stay for two female travelers. - My daughter and I had a wonderful stay for one night in this ground floor studio. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel very comfortable in her home. She provided all of the "little extras" that go above and beyond what you get in a hotel. Snacks, toiletries, kitchen provisions. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and we would definitely stay here again.
• Megan (10/5): Great value for a longer stay. Host was wonderful! - The apartment was much larger than others I've stayed in in the area, for the same price. The kitchen/dining area was large with windows to the backyard, and plenty of room. Nice fridge with ice maker, single serve coffee maker with great selection, wide selection of complimentary snacks. There is a small bathtub which was nice to soak in, with a shower. Wonderful original details of inlaid wood floors, fireplace etc. I liked that the apartment had windows front and back. Door locks & keys color coded. Just a few steps down to enter. The WiFi could have been better.
• herbert (9/5): A nice comfortable apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to good places to eat. - A lovely quiet neighborhood location with very good restaurants and coffee spots. The apartment is for people who are mainly just using it for rest and sleep, there are not adequate cooking facilities if that is a concern of yours.
• Yarden (10/5): I've stayed here a few times and recommend it! - Lovely host and good location, it's an apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or even longer stay.
