Besonders empfehlenswert für sportliche, jüngere Gäste oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, da die Unterkunft am Berg liegt. Es ist den Aufwand aber absolut wert!🥰

La vue est incroyable : coucher de soleil sur la montagne, panorama mer et nature luxuriante avec des palmiers à perte de vue… Un véritable havre de paix. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter ! Encore Merci. l’accès à la villa se fait par une montée assez raide. Il vaut mieux être véhiculé (voiture ou scooter) ou très sportif pour l’emprunter

• Meryem (7/5): Great room with private pool - not entirely secluded - Bra rum med pool och otroligt fin utsikt. Trevlig personal som äger rummet (Anda Sea tales). Poolen är privat men dina grannar kan se in. Det är väldigt brant backe att gå/köra upp för med moped. Rummet ligger i ett annat hotel (Andakiri) personalen där var de mest otrevliga människor jag stött på men ägaren av rummet var väldigt behjälplig.

Las vistas son increíbles y se puede ver la puesta de sol desde la propia cama. El servicio del hotel principal fue muy amable y nos llevaron y recogieron de la villa a la llegada y la salida. Alquilamos una moto en el propio hotel y fue realmente fácil manejarnos por la ciudad e ir y volver de la villa. La limpieza diaria está bien, pero el apartamento no estaba limpio del todo… había algo de suciedad si movías los cojines del sofá, o bastante polvo encima del espejo del cuarto de baño. Haciendo una limpieza profunda de vez en cuando, el apartamento estaría perfecto. No era nada grave.

• Christina (9/5): - Ich habe es geliebt, ein Traum. Obwohl ich nicht jeden Tag mein Zimmer reinigen lassen habe, stand immer Toilettenpapier und 2 neue Wasserflaschen vor der Tür. Alle waren sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Pool, eigentlich alles, war größer als gedacht und sehr sauber, das Bett war riesig und sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer hatte eine große Dusche und Ablage. Alles in allem, würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Da es etwas im die Jahre gekommen es ist ist es nicht überall ganz dicht, sprich kleine Ameisen fühlen sich dort auch sehr wohl und man musste Essen und Getränke gut verschließen oder in den Kühlschrank stellen. Hat mich nicht so sehr gestört, da man es aus Asien kennt. Der Anstiegist wirklich steil, da ich aber eh 2 Ünterkünfte hatte (dieses und eine sehr zentral) hat es mich nicht gestört, da ich eh nicht in die Stadt wollte. Ich habe mir einfach alles was ich brauchte über über Grab bestellt und das hat ganz wunderbar funktioniert 😀
• Sarah (5/5): Stayed a few hours because the pool was nice and the AC was silent otherwise it was not worth it. - The pool and the ac were the only bright side of the mini villa. Thanks to the security guard Deedee for going out of his way to get me up to the villa in the middle of the night. The property failed to put the correct address on the page so my taxi dropped me in front of the beach in the middle of the night. Called the property and they said that I had to call another taxi and come to AndaSeatales. I went there and nobody was at reception. Another couple had been waiting for 10 minutes before me. The security guard came and did our check ins and proceeded to tell me that the villa was uphill and that a taxi could take me there. Another taxi? So I asked him if he could find a way to take me there because at this point it was around 11pm and I had two suitcases. He kindly took me there and back down to the center and I paid him. Getting back up to the villa was a struggle because taxis would cancel when they saw where it was. I guess the hill up was too steep? The villa was not clean and smelled like food spices when I got in, I had to let the bugs in and air it all out. Smashed mosquitos on the walls everywhere and little flies hanging around the couch. To top it all up the internet connection was very unstable and the not smart tv had thai channels only. I was pretty disappointed in the whole stay and left the next day because other hotels are cheaper for better service and quality.

• Abdul (5/5): we had an average stay just because with the family you need the basic necessities in the room which were not available - The property has a good view and private pool was very good. 1) NO MINI BAR OR WATER BOTTLES IN THE ROOM. The market js around 1.5 km away from the location even though it is not the problem, but the road is extremely steepy and you cannot just walk to the market and come back. You have to take the taxi. 2) Even though i booked this room because of the private pool. but the location was little off even though they offer a shuttle service but it is up to 8 pm and and the schedule is also fixed. This makes you feel little isolated from the market area. “I personally believe if you’re travelling with the family, these facilities matters more than the view and the private pool”

The private pool, the views, the floating breakfast, nice staff, everything is very close - the beach, Thara national park and camp, night market.. for this price you can’t get a better deal! We loved it! It’s just a biit to up the hill so many grab drivers will accept then cancel the drive when they realise where they have to pick you up lol but wasn’t a big problem for us, a few of them cancel but in a very short time someone accepts.. best not to go down walking by yourself

• kia jit (8/5): - the room view is great and the villa space and size is good and the pool is just next to your room. however it is located on a steep hill, walking down and up the steep slope is a challenge if you are not the sporty type you may have difficulty in walking up and down the steep slope. the transport provided to and fro the check in place is great however it ended at 7 pm. from the villa to the check in place is about 1.0 to 1,5 km away . you can call grab for dinner not suitable for family with kids or old forks.

I would totally come back here again. Thank you! Just the hike up to the room is a bit of work, getting a motorbike or car will be helpful.

• Yinka (10/5): Relaxing and peaceful. - Amazing stay here, the room was clean, the room service was yummy, the pool was lovely and private and staff were lovely. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach but taxis/bolt/grab is easy and cheap enough to get each time. We loved the villa so we stayed there most of the time rather than go to the beach. Just bare in mind when checking in you must go to the hotel ‘anda sea tales’ to check in then they will transport you up to the villa, it was no hassle just good to know before you go. Definitely recommend and well worth the money. It’s up a big hill so don’t expect to be walking to/from there. However as said above transport is easy to arrange.

• Chitra (7/5): Amazing view on top of a hill - The pool in the room was a good size compared to just having a plunge pool. It was also quiet and private. We didn't have any neighbours peeking in. It is a lovely property on top of a hill with a great view and everything in the room was nice and comfortable. I read a lot of reviews before going there and was aware that the 'front desk' for this property is in another property and that there is a steep hill. The staff told us to just 'whatsapp' them if we needed anything. However they do not respond to the whatsapp at all. They also set timings to do things at our property e.g. change the safe as it was faulty. Set a time and date and then don't turn up at all. Thank goodness we had a motorbike to go down to the other property. Even though the staff made mistakes, they were extremely polite and courteous and accommodating. Apologising and fixing issues immediately when you are face to face with them. I have to commend this because they had the patience and kindness and they deserve a compliment for this. As mentioned, no proper communication channel when guest are at the property. Staff should make sure to have a "working" whatsapp channel to help guests at Andakiri. This would solve all your issues with guests making bad reviews for you. The other thing that I didn't highlight to the property was the sewer smell coming from the toilet. We had to close the toilet every time we flush and keep it closed. If we left it open, there is a bit of sewer smell that gets into the entire room and we have to open all the doors to get rid of it.

• Raguz (1/5): don't go there if you value decent hygiene and safety - The view, and staff helped us with some issues, was It was extremely dirty: it was obviously not cleaned, moth nests in the curtains and every corner, the couch had several dirt spots all over it, hair on the "fresh" pillows, mold, dead bugs, yellow water in the toilet and hairs on it and the list goes on! :( safety issues: door to pool wouldn't lock, the safe didn't work, phone to reception etc was dead. the location is very far off - if you are not on scooters, you will struggle your whole stay. everything is really run down which is such a pity, as that place has or had definitely potential. we showed the staff the issues and they helped us kindly with the door that wouldn't lock and replaced the safe, but they couldn't make the phone work again and only took photos of the couch. and here it gets fishy: the accommodation is actually operated by a different hotel - Andakiri Pool Villa. We checked out after one night regretfully, as we planned to stay here 7 nights. It is impossible to reach them and to get a refund. We had to book a different hotel. It was very costly and just stressful overall.

• Thanh (1/5): Terrible at handling guests’ complaints and resolving problems. - Initially, we enjoyed the villa to some extent because of the lovely private infinity pool. However, numerous issues arose after check-in, and the poor customer service proved to be a significant inconvenience and disappointment for us. We had a terrible experience during our stay at Ao Nang Suite Pool Villa, which later turned out to be another property called “Andakiri Pool Villa.” This caused significant confusion. Additionally, there were no clear instructions provided during the check-in process, further complicating our arrival. Firstly, on November 11, just before our flight to Krabi, I received a message from the villa regarding an electrical issue. They offered for us to stay the first night at Anda Sea Tales Resort, along with a complimentary breakfast. We agreed to this arrangement. However, shortly after, they sent another message stating that the electrical issue had been resolved and that we could proceed to Ao Nang Suite Pool Villa as originally planned. Upon check-in, we discovered there was no Wi-Fi connection available at the property, and the pool lights turned off around 8 PM. We reported the Wi-Fi issue on the first day, but the staff repeatedly insisted that the Wi-Fi was functioning correctly. We tested it with three phones and a tablet, none of which could connect. Despite our complaints, no solution was provided, and instead, we were given excuses. As a result, we incurred significant costs for roaming services. Another issue arose on the second night of our stay. The air conditioner kept shutting off during the night, disrupting our sleep and leaving us exhausted the following day. This issue persisted for the remainder of our stay. What upset us the most, however, was the way the staff handled these situations. Not once did we receive an apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead, the staff continued to offer excuses, which we neither asked for nor found helpful. We needed solutions or compensation, neither of which were provided. By the time our stay ended, any resolution would have been too late to improve our experience. It is unacceptable that we paid for a private pool villa only to receive such poor service and treatment from the staff.

• Simon (7/5): Very nice stay due to pool, location, and views, but our experience would’ve been perfect if they cleaned more and bette - Stunning views and private pool. Good location; quiet but still nearby everything. It looked clean at first glance, but upon further inspection things were dirty. For example, the cutlery had still food on it, my bedtime table had dust on it (which was weird since they cleaned daily), and the robes provided had stains. You would also think for the minimum amount of cutlery received, that soap would be provided, but we got dishwashing soap for dishwashers (which is not the same as regular soap like detol) in very limited amount… It was almost empty. The sponge to clean the cutlery was also damp upon arrival; it would’ve been nice to receive a new sponge and decent soap. I thought, maybe they would fill it when they would clean our rooms but they didn’t even dust the place so I knew it would be a lost cause.

At first the villa seemed amazing, but the first night we heard noises coming from the ceiling, it sounded like rats but we decided to let it go. We told the staff but they only said that they did not have another room for us. We would preferred if they checked it but did not do that. We kept hearing a few noises but it wasn’t too loud. Then on the 4th night it kept us up all night, we are sure they were rats because of the squeaking, crawling etc. We understand that animals or insects are normal around here but rats come from poor hygiene. We wanted to leave and the only option they gave us was to go to the main hotel with ni refunds or anything else. We did not want to leave but were afraid for our health with rats in the ceiling. We never heard a ‘sorry’ or anything.

• Annika (3/5): Wifi was so bad so I can't recommend - The resort's own reception is closed and all activities (breakfast, gym, public swimming pool) take place at Anda Sea Tales resort. It's approx. 3 km from the villa to get there and it's a really steep uphill! The service worked well, but you need to rent a scooter to get anywhere. The villa itself was nice and the view was incredible. Shower worked well. Great scooter rental service next to main lobby. Wifi it was so bad, that you can't open even the email here. If you have to work with a laptop or you have teams meeting, you can forget it.. or go elsewhere. The only place during our vacation in Krabi where we encountered this problem. We stayed in first row and view was nice, but no place to sunbathing and sooo many mosquitos!

The manager was absolutely lovely so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed . This property is impossible to find as you go to another property in order to get to the hotel, this needs your be advertised clearly it’s not anywhere . Really confusing!!

Management of villas is located in another place so cleaning service is twice a week or must be requested in advance. In evenings water in swimming pool was little bit cold.

We had a not that little friend during our stay during our 3 nights. This spider did not pay for staying despite getting comfortable in our wc. Hotel staff was super supprtive and tried make it disappear but we were not able and got inside the toilet. We are in the middle in the jungle, we understand we might have some related issues and hotel staff were 10/10 supportive but be aware that if you are not really into spiders, this can happen.

• James (10/5): If I come with a friend, this place is perfect and romantic. - It was difficult to reach, up on the hill, but the room itself was nice. The bed and the shower were really nice. The best part was the private infinity pool. I was in there every day at least twice a day. The room didn't seem finished. The cupboards were not taken care of really well. Some of the panels were not attached well. And...the mosquitoes! There was some way for the bugs to get in because no matter what I did, there were mosquitoes in the room. I put mosquito repellant on before I went to bed each night to keep from getting bitten.
