- Jelle (8/5): Prima verblijf voor als je 1-2 daagjes Palermo wilt bezoeken - Kamer is mooi en ziet er modern uit. Ligt op loopafstand van de binnenstad. In de kamer zelf hoor je geen geluiden van buitenaf dus dat is wel prettig. Genoeg parkeerplekken in de buurt. In de avond lijkt de buurt wat onprettig.
- Nikita (10/5): - The private room and bathroom 101 are very modern. Bed was very comfortable and everything was useful. In the room there was free water and in the shared kitchen we had free coffee and tea. Staff were very friendly and available. I couldn’t find a hair dryer, probably had to ask the receptionist but it was very late and I didn’t want to disturb. But everything was great honestly.

- Kapil (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war gut vobei cetty es besser gemacht hat. - Das Bad hat uns sehr gefallen! Vor dem Hotel gab es eine Pizzeria. Cetty hat uns betreut und Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Sie hat immer geholfen und einem nie das Gefühl gegeben das man unwillkommen ist. Ich fand es schade das es im Bad keine Lüftung oder sonst was gab. Es war nicht sehr angenehm wenn man sein Geschäft erledigt hat. Es hat unser Meinung nach auch zu wenig Kleiderstangen im Zimmer für 2 Personen.

- Maria (8/5): Ικανοποιητική αλλά θα μπορούσε να ήταν πολύ καλύτερη - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο με τα πόδια αλλά περνούσες από δρόμο που δεν ένιωθες ασφάλεια. Το κρεββάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο όπως και το δωμάτιο. Η Cetty ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετική. Το πρωινό είχε μια επιλογή μόνο για ρόφημα (καφέ ή τσάι) και μια μόνο για φαγητό (τόστ ή κρουασαν κλπ) και το σέρβιραν στο δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο ενώ στην κράτηση αναφερόταν καθημερινή καθαριότητα, το καθάρισαν και άλλαξαν πετσέτες την 4ημέρα!!. Το check out ενώ ήταν σύμφωνα με την ενημέρωση από το booking στις 12¨00, μας είπαν να το αδειάσουμε μέχρι τις 10¨30. Οι δρόμοι γύρω από το κτίριο (ένιωθες ανασφάλεια). Μας είπαν να πληρώσουμε παραπάνω λεφτά για city tax από ότι ήταν στην κράτηση αλλά ευτυχώς κατάλαβαν το λάθος τους μετά από την επισήμανση μας.
- Chenayah (8/5): Einfach top! - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Palermo. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es gab sogar einen Reinigungs-/Zimmer-Service, was wir als großen Pluspunkt empfunden haben. Die Lage ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, er hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und war dabei äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem und trotz der sonst eher lauten Stadt war es in der Unterkunft überraschend ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Die Küche war auch sehr praktisch! Die Klima Anlage war notwendig! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile facendoci l’enorme cortesia di spedire un oggetto da noi dimenticato in struttura. Super raccomandato!
- Filip (10/5): - Všechno bylo v pohodě, velmi moderní a hezké. Hned po přistání v Palermu jsem se skontaktoval s majitelem na WhatsAppu, který mi se vším poradil a počkal na nás až přijedeme. Po přijetí nám vše vysvětlil a ukázal. Pokoj byl čistý a velmi hezký, nikde nebyla žádná špína a to je nejdůležitější. Poloha byla o trochu horší, pokud jedete do Palerma, tak asi počítáte s trochou špíny na ulici a zrovna kolem tohoto ubytování jí bylo více, ale dá se to přežít. Celý 7 denní pobyt jsem byl v kontaktu s majitelem, vždy když jsem potřeboval, tak mi pomohl, poradil mi i pár zajímavých míst sicílie kam se podívat. Doporučuji toto ubytování. Jediné co mě zaskočilo, že jsem musel doplácet 32euro, myslel jsem si, že jsem všechny poplatky zaplatil už v ceně přes booking, ale asi to mohla být jen moje chyba, které jsem si nevšiml.
- Hannah (8/5): Lovely little stay. - The bed was really comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean and very nice. It was close to all the sites. Getting too and from the train station was easy and quick. 10-15 minutes walk. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes locally. The air con was essential. The owner was very helpful although we didn't get to meet him. He booked us a taxi to go to the airport and maintained communication via WhatsApp. I think the advert is a little bit over what you get. There is a coffee machine in a communal kitchen. To order breakfast you had to contact the owner the night before to have it delivered. There is mention of a spa, but unsure what this is. The balcony was only big enough for one person to stand on. And was enclosed with plastic leaves. Made it very hot and oppressive.
