Pracownicy wykraczają poza swoje obowiązki, aby goście czuli się zaopiekowani, a każdy problem rozwiązują z uśmiechem. Bardzo polecam ten hotel za najwyższy standard obsługi! Wszystko było w porządku.

Breakfast was generous with lots of options. The bed was comfortable. It's only 15 minutes from Istanbul Airport – perfect for transit passengers. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and cozy. To have more comfort I recommend rooms higher than the basic singles. AC in my room did not work but it wasn’t a big deal as it was not too hot outside yet.

- Veronique (10/5): - L'hôtel est plutôt neuf et très propre. Les chambres sont grands et les matelas confortables. Le personnel était agréable. Il est distant d'une vingtaine de km de l'aeroport, et on y accède en une 20aine de minutes, ce qui est beaucoup mieux que de se rendre en ville en cas de correspondance entre deux vols. L'hôtel est situé sur une route fréquentée et il y a du bruit des voitures. Les fenêtres pourraient être équipées d'un meilleur vitrage.

Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to try the breakfast because I had a very early departure. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality, care, and genuine attentiveness to guests. Muzzaffar was exceptionally kind and responsive — he upgraded my room category and reacted very quickly to every request. His professionalism and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. It is near the airport as well. The price is a bit overpricy. To get a room with windows you have to pay as the same amount as a 5 star hotell which is not fair due to the standard. Overall good hotell for a short stay.

A very special thanks to Mr. Mustafa, the manager, for his professionalism and warm hospitality. He truly made our stay exceptional. I would also like to sincerely thank the amazing staff — Muzaffar, Mustafa, and Amir — for their kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable at all times. This level of service is rare to find, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. - Anouar (1/5): Awfull - The breakfast had a lot of variation. We stayed at the Bulton Hotel for a stop between our flight to kuala lumpur. We arrived at 4 AM, and we were preparing ourself for prayer in the bathroom. When my husband opened the glass bathroom door all the glass fell on the floor. He even had an enjury. Litterally the whole door was broken. And the only thing that he tried to do was opening the door gently. The hotel employees gave us another room. The next morning they blamed us for breaking their glass door. We had to charge 450 euros while the door was already unstable. This is not the service that we expected. Im so in shock and i will never come here again.

I arrived after midnight but was warmly welcomed and even received a complimentary room upgrade from a single room to a suite. There is also a small but pleasant spa area, perfect for warming up and relaxing. You don't have to bring a swimming suit, the hotel will provide you with a bathing robe/towels. A small disappointment that breakfast was not served as a buffet, but the waiter was very kind and brought a variety of dishes. The airport is reachable with a short taxi ride (around 20-23 €)

The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean and fully functional. The included breakfast was a generous buffet with an array of Turkish and western items (including some hot items) and the coffee was made fresh and delicious. Just 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport the Bulton Hotel was the perfect rest stop between consecutive days of flights. Nothing. It was great.

Room didn’t have windows, but for us it’s normal In summary, good hotel to have a nap between connection flight in IST airport
- Jeremy (7/5): Decent Hotel, but Not Really an Airport Hotel - The room was modern, clean and appointed. There was a queen bed and a twin bed tucked into the efficiency room. There was a coffee maker and a small desk and the bathroom was modern, clean and well appointed as well. Thw shower pressure was good. The mattresses were not very comfortable. They were fairy thin and spring filled, so they were bouncy and a bit squeaky. The linens were clean, but not high quality. Our biggest issue was the location and hotel miscommunication. This hotel is advertised as a n airport hotel, but it's 20 minutes away and has no shuttle available. When we arrived, we asked about a shuttle to return us to the airport the next day and were told that they did provide one for free. We scheduled a pickup for 9:00 am the next morning. When we went down to the lobby the next morning, we were told that there is no shuttle and they they would just call us a cab, which we would have to pay for. A cab is $40 including tip each way, which was more than the cost of the room. The second major issue we had was the lack of breakfast, even though our stay included breakfast. There is a restaurant and a place that serves breakfast in the lobby, but in the morning it was empty and nothing was available. Not even fresh coffee. So instead of a free buffet breakfast, which was advertised and shown in the in-room brochure, we had to eat at the airport, which in Istanbul is a $50 dollar affair no matter what you eat.

- Tymur (10/5): A quiet and cozy place where you want to relax peacefully - The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, with a positive attitude and polite responses. The room was very clean, with basic coffee and tea making facilities. The shower was clean and spacious, with a very good selection of toiletries: towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. I really liked the spa, which includes a steam room, sauna, and hammam. Everything was clean, easy to understand, and worked well. A very nice place.

I wanted to use the Spa but I guess it was out of season. However everything went great and I definitely recommend this property.

- Jörg (8/5): Gut für eine Nacht - Generell ist die Entfernung zum Airport gut. Das unmittelbare Umfeld des Hotels ist eher nicht sehenswert. Das Bett war okay, sofort heißes Wasser im Bad. Pre checkin war möglich. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war überschaubar.. Das Hotel ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel und ist hier mit 4 Sterne beworben. Etwas mehr Qualität und Stil, dann wäre das Hotel eine Empfehlung für 1 bis 2 Nächte.

- Dmitry (10/5): - Близко к аэропорту. Новый и чистый отель. Хороший завтрак. Кондиционер позволяет охладить/согреть комнату под потребность. Есть большие семейные номера, что редкость. Смотрите описание и фото номеров - есть без окон.
- Jean mari (10/5): - We stayed at Bulton Family Hotel and everything was truly perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and ideal for families. The food was both delicious and varied, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, and we had no difficulties with transportation. The staff’s kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely consider coming back again. Thank you to the Bulton Family for everything!
- Jeremy (10/5): Excellent hotel! Wonderful staff and very comfortable stay! - The property was one of the best stop over hotels I’ve stayed at in recent times. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and kind. The room was very clean and well presented with comfortable beds. It’s a short taxi ride from the airport. There are a handful of good places to eat near by such as Hanedar, a short walk up the hill. I would happily stay again. The breakfast could do with a little work, the omelette was great but the other plate served was to me not really breakfast food. Completely a matter of personal taste, fresh fruits, salad, yoghurts would have been preferred.

Die Herzlichkeit des Personals und die elegante Atmosphäre des Hotels haben mir besonders gefallen. Die stilvollen Uhren an der Rezeption waren ein schönes Detail. Das Frühstück sowie der Sauna- und Hamam Bereich waren sehr entspannend. Gerne komme ich wieder. -
