- Janna Solmar (3/5): DO NOT STAY HERE: misrepresentation, hygiene issues, poor service - Location I booked the apartment for 12 nights but had to leave in after two ones. The apartment was completely different from the photos. The listing showed bright, high-floor apartments with balconies and city views. Instead, I was given a dark ground floor unit facing a courtyard. The only response to my complaint was 'all photos are for illustrative and indicative purposes only'. So, does that mean you can post any photos you like and then claim they’re just for illustration? This is not a hotel where all the rooms are standardised.
Also, the apartment was in an unacceptable condition. The living room smelt very unpleasant, and the refrigerator smelt so bad that it was as if something had died inside it. There were also hygiene issues: black dust had accumulated in the corners and along the baseboards, making it look as though it hadn't been cleaned for months. I had an immediate allergic reaction (strong sneezing).
As the apartment did not suit my needs, I requested a relocation. The company dragged their feet for 2 days, claiming they were looking for alternatives, before eventually telling me that they were 'fully booked' and had no vacancies. So, I checked out and informed the company about it. And requested a refund for 10 nights.
Since then, I have received absolutely no reasonable response. The property management refuses to cooperate. Their first 'solution' was to offer me a £12 discount on a cleaning service. Now, via Booking.com, they are offering a paltry 10% refund for 10 nights. This is deeply insulting.
And finally... one more detail perfectly illustrates this company's low standards. In the bathroom, the bottles of shampoo and liquid hand soap had not been replaced but had instead been diluted with water. Guests were literally given bottles of thin soapy water. This is absolutely embarrassing for a hospitality business.

- Veronika (9/5): I booked this place for my parents for their visit in the city, it was spacious and comfortable and a quiet place for th - The location is superb, super close to Wembley Park station and the building itself is very modern and nice. There is a quiet inside garden area so no disturbance at night time. And to have an evening drink on the rooftop after a whole day of sightseeing was an additional plus for a superb stay. The shower could have been a bit cleaner, as well as some glasses in the kitchen. But they provide cleaning products so we quickly did that ourselves.

- ANDREW OSARETIN BEST (8/5): Beautiful apartment, great location, nice views. - The location is great, and the room floor was best place we actually wanted. I also love the fact that the place has concierge and a reception facility for visiting guests. So generally, rating the facility itself, I think the place is worth it. Facility is great and location is wonderful directly facing the Wembley stadium. However, 3 things;
1. I think the host can be a little nicer and more accommodating especially where family is involved. Yes, I know that checkin time was 3pm but our flight arrived at 7am, and we found our way to the apartment at 9am. In the cold weather, we needed a temporary place for wife and kids, to wait at reception and Liza (the concierge lady) was very welcoming and understanding, but the host wanted us all out in the cold until 3pm checkin time. Even when the former guest checked-out of the apartment and provided us an opportunity for early checkin, the host objected. It doesnt hurt to be a little nicer and empathetic even when enforcing your rules.
2. OK so after we finally checked in at 3pm, we realized that the heater wasnt heating up well, and we realized that the OSD control panel on the wall was bad. That led into several emails and messages with pictures and videos back and forths with no prompt resolution until the third day in the house.
3. The third is the size of cooking pots. I love everything in the kitchen but for the cooking pots. I know I am not the first person to complain about this and unfortunately, there appear to be unwillingness to address it. So the question I asked when I was there was "How do you put the same sizes of pots for a one bedroom apartment, also into a three bedroom apartment? Shouldn't the host have figured out that the more the larger the apartment, the more the number of guests and the more the need for larger and bigger pots will be? Something is just right.
Nevertheless, all of these does not invalidate my love for the apartment and its premium location. What is reported here are issues with the host, and has nothing to do with the serenity and comfort of the apartment.

We would everyone recommend the stay.
For a family of five it made around 40 pounds / person / night. That is such a remarkable deal for such a location. Complaining on a very high level: We had problems with the dish washer. It was better to do the washing up by hand.

The tube station is a couple minutes walk away as well as the outlet area and stadium. We will definitely be back 😊 Only criticism was upon arrival some areas may have been missed vacuum wise in the apartment, but it really was minor.

- Agil (1/5): I didn’t stay because of unprofessional management and unclean room. - When I arrived to hotel I was waiting 1,5 hours for to find the key of my room. Security personnel who was in the reception called to customer service to identify my room number, he also wasn’t lucky. And after 1 hours he offered me 1 room which was unclean. There was dirty spots on toilet and room wasn’t fresh. I decided to left Repton Gardens and to find another hotel.
I complained to staff but unfortunately no one was able to give me normal room. I opened case to cancel my reservation and full refund. No answer from management.

Plenty of storage space Cons:
I booked Repton Gardens but my flat was actually in a building at the back. I didn't get a specific code to collect the key which was requested by the team before giving me the key however, the receptionist found my details anyway. I was a bit annoyed having to find my way in the dark to the flat. I had to walk to another building, go to the first floor and then I was a bit confused as the flat was outside of another door on the first floor which has no apartments on it only a door and more stairs, and go through the garden outside. It was a bit strange.
It was quite clean but no bin bags provided and the washing machine had some brown wet mashed up paper in it which I had to clean before using. All easy enough to resolve.
If you plan on using delivery services for your dinner etc, you can't get it delivered to your door from what I could see. You have to go into the building, down to the ground floor and open the door to collect.

Det kunne ha vært noe mer tallerkener og glass på kjøkkenet. Fint bad med gode hygieneprodukter. Praktisk beliggenhet i nærheten av Wembley Park undergrunn. Innsjekk og utsjekk var uproblematisk. Viktig å legge inn informasjon på forhånd. Det gikk ikke an å åpne vinduet på soverommet.
