• Elizabeta (5/5): Good location, but very noisy - Very central location, bed was comfortable, it has all necessary amenities. It was TOO noisy and if you have light sleep you will be woken up 15 times per night. It’s like there is no wall and the window is exactly next to the bed - it’s like you are sleeping on the street. The curtain is very thin and people from outside can see everything inside the apartment.
• Ecaterina (6/5): The apartment we booked was changed twice - The location was very central, close to the beautiful city centre, cafes, restaurants, shops and the apartment was clean. Being central also means that you have to park at least 10 minutes away, which wasn't an issue for us. This is not the apartment we ended up staying in! A few days after booking the apartment, I was informed that there was an issue with the apartment and it had to be changed to a different location. We accepted. This happened again just a few days before our arrival to Malaga, and after we have already done the "check in" and paid the 150 eur deposit, on an external platform. The new apartment proposed had a much lower rating than the one we chose - 7.5 instead of 8.5, and lacked many of the amenities - coffee machine, mirror, and was overall in a much worse shape (photos attached) . Changing the apartment the second time in a month and just a few days before our trip, was already suspicious and stressful in itself, being unclear if and what accommodation we will have on arrival. On the day of the arrival, at 14.30 I have landed in Malaga, and with only 30 minutes before check-in time I have not received the exact apartment and the access details. Considering the multiple changes before, you would understand how this would be a concern and the holiday was already to a bad start. After several inquiries on the WhatsApp number for the property (which ended up to be a clueless chat bot), I received the codes only after reaching out to the property directly on Booking, where I managed to speak to a person and was very helpful. I would not recommend this company and any of their properties and would not book again.

• Ilham (7/5): Good stay overall - The property is clean and has all necessary things. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The main city center is 10 min away, the malagueta beach is 20 min walk away. The service and communication with staff was very good and they were helpful. The noise by night. As the apartment was is the ground floor, it was very noisy even in the middle of the night.
