DJB (5/5): - The location was excellent. Not too far to walk from the station, close to the canal, restaurants, cathedral and shops. We booked a room with 2 beds. The main room was good, but the sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived, and bed linen wasn't easy to find. The fold out was uncomfortable, so wasn't a good sleep. The shower stall filled with water after a shower, so not too hygienic for the second person that wanted to use it. Reasonable accomodation for one person or a couple once the plumbing is sorted. The location is really good.
Audrey (1/5): À fuir!!!!! - Rien Très mauvaise expérience. Appartement joli sur photo mais en arrivant sur place grosse déception. L'immeuble et les parties communes sont en très mauvais état et donnent le ton sur l'état général de l'appartement. Ménage non fait ( poils dans le lit, draps vieux en très mauvais état et paraissaient usagés car plissés, serviette tachée de javel et odeur de moisi....). Réservation pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) et le 2eme lit (canapé convertible) très petit, à peine utilisable pour des enfants et linge de lit mis en vrac dans des housses. Après ces constats, ne pouvant passez une nuit dans ces conditions, nous avons desuite contacté l'hôte et demandé à quitter le logement immédiatement et à être remboursé en totalité car nous sommes restés 10 minutes dans l'appartement. Remboursement accepté par téléphone, nous quittons donc les lieux. Après de nombreuses conversations téléphoniques avec l'hôte et booking depuis 3 mois nous attendons toujours notre remboursement et aux dernières nouvelles ce monsieur décide de nous rembourser qu'une partie et de nous imputer 40€ pour des frais de ménage... Une honte!!!!!!!! Donc appartement à fuir et hôte très malhonnête.

Gitana (9/5): Superb - Renovated, stylish, well-equipped apartment in central location for a reasonable price. The sofa-bed in the living room is way too small for 2 people to sleep in. The niche in the bathroom wall should be covered to ensure adequate privacy and a bottle of dishwashing liquid would be much appreciated :)
