• Burak (8/5): - The apartment itself was very nice and practical. The location was pretty central to reach the old town. During the initial check in, I had the problem regarding the door passcode. Because it didn’t work when I entered the passcode given me by the instructions. I contacted them via booking and email. But finally it took almost an hour for me to enter into the place. Other than this, I didn’t have any problems.

• Mihaela (8/5): Good value for extended stay - Nice, cozy apt, with basics for extended stay, quiet building, central location. Great and efficient booking, check in, all digital entry! Floors not as clean as expected, washing machine never worked. Some house instructions like garbage disposal were for another house I guess, had to stumble my way around to find the garbage chute
• Birgit (5/5): City center apartment close to parks - The information on how to get access to the room were very detailed. Also, the support team was very responsive (I had contacted them with regard to arrival time, PIN code and heating). The location was good for me with regards to sightseeing. It is not recommended with regard to street noise. The on-line check-in was quite a hassle and required an additional deposit in case you don't fall for a flat repair fee. I was there in winter with minus degrees outside. The room was rather cold (I am freezing easily) and it was only possible for me to heat the main room. The bathroom stayed cold. After reporting this also to the support team they answered that they will have a look into it. On the last day I had an issue with the warm water which was not available any more after around 10 minutes of showering (just guessing) and also did not heat up any more. The room was too noisy and bright (at night) for me as cars usually speed quite a bit in Bucharest and also the curtains did not darken the room sufficiently. The room was also rather small. It was about enough for one person but difficult for two to move around.

• Bogdan (8/5): - You are asked to deposit a certain amount in case you damage the property. Which is fine but that should be included in the initial price. You find out about it after you book the place.
• Delgado (10/5): - Place is very cozy and tidy, very neat, facilities are great, location is awesome. I really enjoyed the apartment. The only complaint was the shower area. The water kept leaking to the rest of the bathroom so we had to keep wiping it up whenever we took a shower.
• Teodora Iulia (10/5): Great stay, very comfortable and helpful staff - I had a great 11-night stay at Faculty of Law Studios. The studio was modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the room bright and quiet, and the space well organized with plenty of storage. The location was convenient, and what stood out the most was the staff – they always replied within minutes and were very helpful. Overall, it felt like home and I would definitely recommend it.
