• Meike (10/5): Super zum entspannen, man ist schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. - Außergewöhnlich gut! Alles war perfekt! Die Villa besteht komplett aus Bambus und ist wunderschön vor allem das Bad! Das gesamte Personal war so freundlich, egal wann und egal wen man gesehen hat, alle haben gefragt ob es einen gut geht ob alles in Ordnung ist und haben einen einen tollen Tag gewünscht! Das Essen im Restaurant ist der Wahnsinn, alles wirklich alles schmeckt super lecker und wird jedes Mal frisch zubereitet, egal ob Diner oder Frühstück. Es fehlt einem an nichts! -

Ещё небольшая - Мы останавливались в Bamboo Escape на 4 ночи, и я с уверенностью могу сказать — это был наш любимый отель из пяти мест, где мы жили во время нашего путешествия по Бали. Первое, что хочется отметить — это невероятный персонал. С самого момента приезда нас встретили красивым традиционным обрядом благословения и защиты. Это был очень тёплый и особенный опыт, который сразу погрузил нас в атмосферу и культуру Бали. Место здесь невероятно спокойное — вид на рисовые террасы, звуки природы, тишина и ощущение полного уединения. Просыпаться здесь было настоящим удовольствием. Завтраки были очень вкусными, по меню (à la carte), с хорошим выбором блюд. Также хочу отметить, что у них есть floating breakfast за дополнительную плату 150 000 рупий — и это очень адекватная цена по сравнению со многими другими отелями на Бали. Но особенным это место сделал именно персонал. Они были заботливы и внимательны в каждой мелочи — всегда помогали, интересовались нашими планами, встречали и провожали нас. Возвращаясь в отель, возникало ощущение, будто ты возвращаешься домой. Номер тоже был прекрасным. Мини-бар полностью входил в стоимость проживания и постоянно пополнялся, уборка была каждый день, а каждая деталь чувствовалась продуманной. Этот отель действительно покорил наши сердца. Здесь мы чувствовали искреннюю заботу, и для нас Bamboo Escape стал лучшим отелем за всё наше путешествие по Бали. Это не совсем минус самого отеля, но то, что стоит учитывать — рисовые поля сезонны. В зависимости от времени вашего визита вид может отличаться. Вы можете попасть в период, когда поля ярко-зелёные и очень живописные, а можете приехать в момент, когда их подготавливают, и тогда там может быть больше грязи, воды или сухих участков. Мы как раз попали в такой период, но, если честно, нас это совсем не смутило — это просто природа и часть настоящей атмосферы Бали.

• ZULIMINA (10/5): Best hotel ! - I would spend 2 hours to write reviews on every application for Emana ! And I would go back in Bali for re-experience the Emana Bamboo Scape!! Best experience in our lives! We had the 101 room which has a magnificent view! A sweet swimming pool and a really comfortable room! The breakfast was delicious, and we love the idea of serving the breakfast with a large time! From the morning to the evening, you will always access to your breakfast! It’s not the buffet breakfast kind, but it is à la carte way. And it can be delivered to our room which is perfect! The dinner was great! The carbonara pasta was a perfect meal.!! And their fried rice for the breakfast was amazing! The most incredible part is the staffs! They are just PERFECT!! They love their job, they are very adorable! Shout out to the YOGI, MULAN, DIANE and BYU? (I don’t know if it’s her name, it’s the young skin miss at the restaurant, she is soooo cute!)💕 Shout out to all of the crews! Cinta Asri Yoga, and all of the guys who helped us with the suitcases! They deserve the best !! ❤️❤️ The ladies who did an excellent SPA, I regret not remembering their names.. the lady who did my Holistic Massage of 1h30, she had strong hands! She made me so relaxed after this SPA!!! Thanks Lastly, I want to enhance the EFFICIENCY of the communication in WhatsApp!!!!! I spent my entire time to chat with them, and they responded so quickly!! Quicker than my mom…. Anyways the communication is the GREATEST!!! Anyway! Best hotel in my life for now!! The waiting time for the dinner might be a bit 🤏 just a bit longer than expected, but the result was perfect and cooked freshly! So it’s forgivable! And as a designer, I would maybe recommend you to try your concept “bamboo” into every details. Like having the bamboo straw? Bamboo cup? Etc. Just a friendly idea!!
• Sara (10/5): El mejor resort que me he hospedado en la vida sin duda - Increíblemente tal cual se ve en las fotos, un resort de ensueño, muy bien ubicado al alcance de todo lo que tenía que visitar, personal atento en todo momento, limpieza de 10, pese a que está en medio de los arrozales y al aire libre no encuentras ningún insecto desagradable más que mariposas y gekkos!! Muy bien cuidado toda la instalación, servicios a la habitación…todo de 10 Nada que decir

• Lyn (10/5): As first time travellers to Ubud, it was fantastic, gorgeous villas, beautiful friendly staff, - We were extremely happy with how much of a selection there was to choose from for breakfast, it was all very fresh and well presented with lots of care on how it looked on the plate , we loved that breakfast was available all day, in the restuarant or in the room, the service in the restuarant was always friendly and very accomodating in any changes we wanted to make. Room service was quick and delivered with friendly happy smiling faces. It would’ve been nice to have a couple more bath towels and swimming towels in the room, and more toilet paper on hand. And some bottled drinking water in the fridge. A bottle opener. A dish cloth to rinse glasses or wipe up any mess . A tea towel.

La comida deliciosa y muy cuidada, todo estaba buenísimo. Pero sin duda, lo que hace único a este lugar es su gente. La atención fue excepcional; siempre te reciben con una sonrisa sincera y están pendientes de cada pequeño detalle para que todo sea perfecto. Me gustaría destacar especialmente a Diana, Ketut, Wulan, Jose y Bayu, que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más memorable con su amabilidad y cercanía. Bali es un destino espectacular pero alojarnos en Emana Bambooscape lo hizo aún más hermoso.

Our villa was absolutely beautiful, just like in the pictures, if not even better. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the exceptional level of guest service. A special thank you to Arim, Ketut, and Wulan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The entire Emana team was incredibly attentive, always checking in on our plans and making sure we had everything we needed.

• Pablo (10/5): TOP! - Las villas son muy bonitas, cuidadas, hay privacidad, no hay ruido, están en buen estado y bien ubicadas. Personal muy atento, te ofrecían el desayuno a cualquier hora, en la habitación o para llevar, hay variedad y calidad. Aunque estaba todo muy limpio, estás en un entorno lleno de vegetación y las habitaciones no son totalmente herméticas, es imposible que no entren algunos insectos, aún así se les ve fumigando constantemente y se nota.

Les villas sont magnifiques et très calmes. Possible de louer un scooter directement via l'hôtel ce qui est très pratique.

The manager even took me on his scooter to an ATM and the post office and helped with everything! The private pool with the view was also fantastic. Great food, lovely experience. Disappointing aspects at Emana Bambooscape. While we enjoyed the private pool, the linen and towels had stains, which was unacceptable. Also, the lobby fan was almost useless in the hot Bali weather, and the AC in the room couldn't keep up during the day. We were also disappointed by the number of bugs and mosquitoes.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und man hat totale Privatssphäre. Man hat das Gefühl, mitten in der Natur zu sein, obwohl 300m weiter eine dicht befahrene Straße ist - diese hört man aber so gut wie gar nicht!

• Emily (4/5): Lovely place but shocking service. - Beautiful villa Restaurant was abysmal- didn’t have any wine in. Staff were just kids. Didn’t have a lot of the main meals in and didn’t have hash browns for breakfast despite being advertised. Took 1.5 hours for our mains to come at dinner to be told they were prioritising hotel guests. We were offered services to make up for the shocking service but even these weren’t up to scratch. We booked a floating breakfast which couldn’t take place due to weather (not their fault) but we still wanted breakfast in the room at the same time an it was late. The massages also were late and only one table was brought despite two therapists coming. Woke up every day to dead bugs on the bed Bathroom covered in cobwebs. Had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels.

• Esmee (8/5): Een ontspannen en gastvrij verblijf - Een warm ontvangst met een welkomstdrankje. Vriendelijk personeel, staan voor je klaar. Mooi, schoon verblijf. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van natuurlijke producten. Een accommodatie om tot rust te komen en ongeveer 7 minuten rijden van het centrum van Ubud. Een minder puntje is dat we uitkeken op een muur. Maar niet alle verblijven hebben dat, dus zeker aan te raden.

Every one of the staff was really friendly and kind and so ready to help with everything. I wish I could mention everyone by name as they were all incredible. Yogi was so kind and helpful. The service made the stay feel so special and luxurious. The breakfast they include is so big and delicious. Was a lot of fun to have breakfast in our room while swimming in the pool. The room is really beautiful and private. Bedroom part has aircon and super comfy king bed. We slept amazing listening to the waterfall sounds. Easy walk to main town centre but feels secluded looking over rice paddies. Really can’t rate this place highly enough, we didn’t want to leave! Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay!! Could use a towel rack in the room for hanging wet clothes.

• Sebastian (10/5): - DasFrühstück war sehr lecker, die untekrunft ein traum. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man quasi im "freien" ist. Bedeutet, eidechsen, geckos, tausendfüssler und mücken wird man immer sehen und bsp. das gequarke von fröschen hören. aber das nimmt man gerne in kauf. es gibt kein moskitonetz, dafür aber ein elektrischen moskitostecker, der ausreicht. das restaurant ist öffentlich. Wir haben dieses hotel extra gebucht weil es adult only ist. Im Restaurant waren wir dann im frühstück externen Personen mit Kleinkindern gegenüber gesessen. Sollte man büerdenken, ob es zum Gesamtkonzept passt.

Breakfast was amazing with a few variety to choose from and the restaurant was overlooking a rice field with nice scenery in the morning. We also had our private romantic dinner with our own private space. Hotel team staffs are all amazing people.

• Shelley (10/5): Truly magical place. The staff were exceptional and service the most efficient, professional and warm was exceptional. D - The villa was like no other I have ever experienced! It was like being in the most luxurious treehouse! Each villa had its own pool and it was so special to lie on the swing looking out across the most stunning greenery. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I would recommend a full length mirror in the bedroom. The mirrors were in bathroom (3/4 length) however bedroom upstairs. This would not deter me from staying here again, it’s only a recommendation.

• Anna (3/5): My recommendation to find a private villa. - I have looked for a peaceful place in Ubud but it certainly not this hotel. View is good and breakfast also is good. Bamboospace is behind a road so 24 hours is very noisy. Cleaning team 3 times a day asking and rigning into your apartments if you need a cleaning. From 08.30 am it was really annoying. Please turn your attention to insects and mosquitos, its open space so they are everywhere. Price is really high for service and noisy place they actually offer.

Les bungalows sont splendides, le personnel est extra. Mention spéciale à Diana avec qui nous avons partagé de chouettes moments au restaurant et à notre attentionné personnel de chambre. Les attentions sont vraiment le maître mot de cette adresse que nous conseillons plus que vivement. Un petit morceau de paradis !

• Claudia (5/5): - Muy bonita la villa, todo limpio y ordenado. Me dieron una habitación diferente a la que yo había alquilado, no daba el sol en todo el día. Pedimos de cenar mi pareja y yo atún a la parrilla, costillas australiana y pollo a la parrilla. El atún tenía mal olor. Las costillas buenas de sabor pero la carne muy dura se hacía bola, verduras y patatas ricas. Tardaron en traernos la cena más de una hora. Presentación muy bonita pero esperaba mucho más la verdad.

The villas are incredible, offering excellent privacy, a wonderfully calm atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. It is obviously a villa a described linking directly with nature so animals are part of the stay which is also part of the experience, so absolutely matching the atmosphere. The staff is wonderfully caring, attentive, and genuinely kind. Leaving was surprisingly emotional, that’s how special our stay was. On top of that you can be reassured : you will receive mosquitoes repellent in the room and also at the restaurant if needed, after noon tea offered every day, and the quality of the restaurant is far above standards. Anything you would need, the staff will always do their best to grant it to you. A very special thank-you to Diana, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast and every evening at dinner. She made our experience unforgettable. She is truly exceptional. We have absolutely nothing to complain about, not a single thing. This place was a real discovery, filled only with positive surprises. We’ll definitely be back, and we can only recommend it wholeheartedly. Having to leave 😢

• Daroh (10/5): Endroit paradisiaque ❤️❤️❤️ - Le plus beau logement que j'ai fait à Bali. Une villa entièrement faite de bambou avec une décoration élégante et raffinée ! Doté d'une piscine privée d'une salle de bain balinaise, rien à redire tout était parfait ! L'accueil du staff, les petites attentions ! Cocktail de bienvenue, bain de fleur sur demande et un personnel au petit soin. Pas trop loin du centre d'Ubud en scooter ! Petit déjeuner parfait ! Au milieu des planta on est vraiment dépaysé. • Saif Zeyad (10/5): Must book- perfect place - The property is as good as the pictures, a best place to have a good time in ubud, the pool is amazing, bedroom door is nice remind me of hobbit movie how nice its flip in middle, the bed room is cold, they can facilitate a floating breakfast which we take and its amazing. We did feel impressed with the details. Staff very friendly and so responsive in person and WhatsApp, i had asked to keep the pool pump till 12am as i like to swim late and they did that easily for me Not dont like, but i forget to check about the tv, no tv in the room, but when u be in this haven you will not want a tv as you enjoy the vibe.

• Jessica (10/5): Blissful escape surrounded by nature - The bamboo houses are incredible with every little detail taken care of. We loved the connection with nature, the wonderful views of the rice fields, and the peace and quiet. We came to Bambooscape after staying at another Emana property because the service and quality of the accommodation is exceptional. The location is great only a short drive from Ubud centre, and several facilities within walking distance. The staff are so welcoming and we particularly enjoyed making offerings with Yogi!

Great sleep ! Fun doors and furniture . The porch swing was my main love though … Plus the private pool to myself was wonderful !! The breakfast was over the top incredible ! Plus I had tea time and dinner / cocktails All amazing Diana was an exceptional caretaker and Yogi made me happy just gazing upon her !! Plus , Mr Yoga gave off a protective /would do anything for your energy that Helps you feel assured . The bugs are part of the scene , so you need to embrace nature , I’m older , so getting up to go down the bamboo steps to use the toilet at night , was a little trepidatious . But , this place is so worth any tiny discomfort :-)

• Martyna (10/5): - This was our second time in Ubud. We would definitely choose this place again! The hotel is new, clean, and beautifully designed. Each villa has its own private pool with an incredible view of the palm trees and rice fields. The food served by the restaurant looks like a masterpiece, and the taste is delicious. The staff is very kind, helpful, and fully professional. Our stay at Emana was amazing, and we will always remember it fondly🫶❤️

• Andrija (10/5): Unique and luxurious Ubud stay! - Stop looking and just book this place for your Ubud stay! Emana Bambooscape is the most unique place we've ever been, anywhere in the world. The design, the construction, the comfort, the ambiance, the views, the service, every aspect of this stay way impeccable. The reception staff greets you with a warm welcome and a welcome drink after which you are escorted to your bungalow, or should I say a slice of paradise. Two ladies, Diah and Rista, at the reception are always ready to assist, no matter the inquiry. The short walk to the bungalow is an experience in itself as you feel like passing through a jungle temple. Finally, there's the magical bungalow. The ground level is the conveneint kitchentte and the living room, leading directly to the pool, allowing you to marvel at the jungle views even if you are enjoying the breakfast they so kindly bring to your room, reading the book on the lounge swing, or swimming in the pool. The bedroom on the upper floor is fully sealed and air conditioned, providing a luxurious getaway after all your Ubud adventures. We've arrived during night time and open the bedroom doors in the early morning and seeing the views was a special spectacle we'll never forget. It wouldn't be fair not to mention the fantastic food and the restaurant staff and the housekeeping heroes, especially Mr. Adih (my apologies if I misspelled your name) who is a towel art wizard! Thank you very much for a perfect stay. We are definetely coming back to Emana Bambooscape!
