- Louise (10/5): Perfect space for an amazing stay - Perfect! If I could take this place with me as I travel around mexico I would. Fantastic value for money, beautiful pool area to relax in the evenings, easy access to services for laundry, it is a little out of town main area but i saw that as a bonus as was quiet at night. Definitely stay if you are visiting Tulum

- Saul (10/5): Totally recommend for the value, much better that hotels next time I’ll stay there again. - It was very cute place with everything we need and better than a regular hotel, little kitchen fully equipped, ac, lights, fan, little pool as well, are for bbq etc That there’s no curtain in the shower 🥲 and whoever is there can see you, although I was traveling with my friend. But it’s something the owner can fix very easy.

Vicente fue muy atento a nuestras preguntas, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos en nuestra estancia con mucha amabilidad. El lugar es silencioso, y los colchones son cómodos. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. Todo fue perfecto.

I would not let the location deter from the fact it’s a really well run organised place with a lovely little pool and outdoor area. A welcome retreat from the business of town My bed was very firm but the manager was quick to respond with a mattress topper

Petite cuisine, bel espace, télévision, et se situe dans un endroit très sécurisé. Nous avons du café et tous les éléments de base pour cuisiner comme du sel, du poivre, de l'huile,... Très utile! La piscine est très agréable aussi. Il y a même une petite terrasse. Nous avons eu l'occasion de voir Vicente qui a répondu à nos questions. Nous avons aussi loué des vélos pour se rendre aux ruines de Tulum via le logement. Très bien. Le logement se trouve à 10/15 minutes à pied de la rue principale. Ce fut vraiment une agréable surprise. L'eau de la douche ne s'écoulait pas très bien

Il soffione della doccia era alto e pieno di calcare. L'acqua non scendeva bene. Ci voleva un ora per sciacquarsi.

- Pavlena (10/5): - Very stylish and well-equipped studio. Very comfortable and spacious, the facilities were clean at all times. We decided to extend one night, which was an easy process. There were parking spots on the street and nice places to eat in the neighborhood. The area is very calm and great to rest after a busy day around Tulum.

The balcony was in the shade all the time, so although there was a line to dry towels and the likes of, they wouldn't dry up.

TV avec YouTube, Netflix Dommage qu’Il y avait pas d’eau potable, ils changent la bonbonne d’eau que les mardis. Frigo dans la chambre bruyant.

- Martin (7/5): - Very modern, clean, and almost perfectly equipped room. The accommodation is well maintained. Friendly and helpful host (Vicente), who gave us great local tips. We could use a licker for storing our luggage before official check-in time. The property is a bit far from vibrant Tulum. Although mentioned in the room description, there was no mosquito net (I ended up with 8 bites in two nights). The pillows were worn out and too soft, which caused neck pain. The mattress was too soft. The online check-in process was unnecessarily time-consuming — spending around 30 minutes filling out forms and uploading documents isn’t ideal during a relaxed holiday. This could have been handled much more efficiently in person. Also, there were far too many follow-up emails (around 14) after booking confirmation (many of them double).

Las instalaciones son agradables, cómodas y silenciosas, ideales para descansar. Todo estaba bien. Cuando falló un electrodoméstico, inmediatamente vinieron a cambiarlo.

- Nina (4/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Abseits des ganzen Trubels Tulums. Hier hat man die Möglichleit das echte Tulum kennenzulernen. Das Personal der Unterkunft hat sehr schnell reagiert und man konnte sie gut erreichen. - die Bilder entsprechen nicbt zu 100% der Realität - das Zimmer riecht schimmelig und Handtücher, Klamotten etc. können nicht trocknen (auch nicht auf der Mini-Terrasse) - alles fühlte sich klamm an - die Matzratze sollte unbedingt erneuert werden, sie ist hart und hat in der Mitte eine große Kuhle - bei 4 Nächten Aufenthalt wurde nicht 1x das Zimmer gereinigt. Neue Handtücher haben wir nur auf Nachfrage bekommen, da unsere ja nicht gezrocknet sind. Normalerweise hätten wir hierfür 150 MXN p.P. bezahlen sollen, was uns netterweise erlassen wurde
- Meg (10/5): Casa Wayra Tulum has exceptional hospitality and a property that exceeds expectations. - I stayed at Casa Wayra Tulum with my adult daughter in a studio with a king bed. We were delighted with not just the room but the exceptional hospitality experience. The pre-trip communication was specific and clear and helped us in our arrival planning. Onsite communication was also helpful, as QR codes were in key places to answer any potential questions. We planned to cook dinner each evening--the kitchen exceeded our expectations and we cooked dinner with ease! The unit was extremely clean and completely free of pests. We had no problems parking our car each day and even chose to check out on-site bicycles for one afternoon. Our host was responsive to inquiries--and also kindly brought us batteries for a remote one evening. This may all sound too perfect, yet the property and the staff had a positive energy that fit our vibe. As a seasoned traveler, it was my first time to Tulum and I felt I was going in blind. Our stay at Casa Wayra Tulum immediately put us at ease and was a highlight of our trip. I will definitely stay here again!
