• Evan (5/5): Stay somewhere else if you value your time - The view Capital Stay was horribly organized. They couldn't manage the simplest things to make the stay enjoyable. Before arrival we agreed on a time to meet to take over the apartment at a certain time but the guy didn't show up until 1 hour after that, saying that he got stuck in traffic- even though he knew the time over a day in advance. After waiting in the lobby with a tired and hungry baby for an hour, he came but the apartment did not have the baby cot on arrival - again we were told it would be there. The guy said he had to go pick it up at the office and that he would be there after 1-2 hours. So this guy basically wasted 3 hours of our time because we had to wait around to get the cot so the baby could have a nap. Finally, we were told that the key card to get in the building would also come at 7 PM on the first night. I asked repeatedly as it never came, the company stopped responding to our requests on WhatsApp, so we were left without a key card to get into the building, several times there was not receptionist there and we had to wait.
• Saleh (9/5): Superb - The location is very good. The apartment is modern, nice, clean and comfortable. The stuff is very supported and polite. There is a smell coming from other apartments kitchens i would recommend to use aromatic for the apartment. Reception doesn’t have a place to keep the luggage after checking out.
• Kusuma (9/5): Highly recommended. - The location, very close to Dubai Mall. Even it has connection to Dubai Mall. The cleanliness and modern style of the apartment. The host, very kind and so helpful. Kitchen with complete cooking utensils and condiment. None.
