Only one staff was monitoring 4 slides of the water activities at a time which made the line slow. the hotel seemed fully booked so it was a bit crowded in the pools and main restaurant.

• Nour (4/5): - There is a long queue during the check-in process, as each guest spends approximately 20 minutes at the counter before the procedure is completed. The process is extremely slow and inefficient. Upon arriving at the hotel, guests are met with a long line of cars, while the staff responsible for managing arrivals appear unable to handle the volume effectively. As a result, guests may remain waiting in their cars for more than 30 minutes before finding a parking space or receiving assistance with parking.
• Manal (1/5): It’s not worth it at all, will not be coming back. - ‏The food was good We arrived at 4:30 and by the time why checked in it was 5pm, they charged us extra 329aed for my son, not to mention that the water park closes at 5 and beach and pool at 6:30, so we didn’t have any time to do anything and everything was closed, the next day the beach and pool open at 8am and the water park at 10am and were required to check out at 12pm so we had no time to do anything, and were supposed to go have lunch at 12:30 AFTER our checkout, everything is so unorganized and poorly time managed, there are no slippers in the room and we had to ask them to give us the toiletries like toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, soap and toothpaste and they didn’t have any ear cleaners, very inconsiderate.

I had visited Riu one night after staying at a 5 star hotel and Riu, despite being 4 stars, was better in every single way. The queues to use the water slides.

Perfect for families with kids looking for a property that is designed to handle crowds with enough room for everyone to enjoy Some restaurants were closed but that’s for operational reasons. Overall nothing is to complain about.

• Maureen (5/5): Overall experience was good, just don't come on weekdays coz it's too crowded. - Location was convenient, room size was spacious. Staff in dining area are friendly especially Luis. Pillow was limited to 1pc per/pax, room slipper, coffee cup, some toiletries like hair cup, vanity kit not available unlike other hotel. Request for late check out even for 1hr only was not possible and has extra cost. Pool and beach timing was short.

• Suchith (6/5): Good stay despite the Racism and absurd beach and pool closing times. - Overall, the experience was ok. The facilities, food and cleanliness was good. The entertainment was good as well. However I found it ridiculous that the beach closed by 4:30Pm and that the pools closed by 6:00PM. Also the Phillipino bartender on the afternoon of 10-May-2026 in the bar next to the reception was VERY raciest towards brown people. He stopped serving the alcohol beverages to us directly at 12:00 despite us being in the que from before 12:00. Funny enough he didn’t have a problem serving others who were of European and Arab origins. I’m all for rules, however believe that it should be dealt equally, despite the skin colour. You might benefit by visiting how customer service is dished out in hotels in Sri Lanka.

We also expected some snacks or simple meals to be available at the bars, such as burgers or hotdogs, but only drinks were offered with no food options available.

• Nailah (4/5): Good for families but not for singles who want to relax. - Loved that it was all inclusive, loved my view of the water and that I had a balcony The crowds, the noise, so many kids everywhere and little adult supervision from the restaurant to the lobby at night to the pool. Kids were running around the lobby playing on the elevator, throwing cups and cups of ice in the pool. The pools were also very crowded and it was not a nice holiday experience I was looking for. The hot tub in the spa had kids goofing around in it and I did not feel comfortable going in after my massage. The white party was really for kids even when it turned into an “adult” party. It was a real turn off and took away from a relaxing trip. The room was also very basic. No slippers and small hard towels.

We spent 2 hours to reach the valet the croud and traffic at the entrance was not at acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The buffet was not being refilled quickly we waited long to get bread in the morning. I visited the hotel many times before and my review was way better but on Eid time I will never visit again since they can't handle a croud

All hotel facilities were outstanding and the animation team CHAPEAU! The scalator to access the pool goes too fast, that means a problem for the little kids, it's not safe

• Areej (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Closed Facilities, and Overpriced Experience - Nothing Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. All restaurants were closed, and the main restaurant offered only a very limited selection of dishes. The snack area was located very far from the pools, making it highly inconvenient, especially for families with children. Most of the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful due to the lack of manpower. In the dining hall, I asked for tissues for my child, and the waitress simply pointed at a table far away instead of assisting. A few staff members were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately they were a minority. Most employees appeared unhappy, unmotivated, and slow in responding. The phrase we kept hearing was: “I am working here alone, I cannot fulfill your request,” while almost all restaurants and facilities were closed due to the low number of guests. This should not affect paying customers, especially considering the amount we paid, which was nowhere near worth the level of service or enjoyment we received. Most of the pools were closed as well, leaving only one overcrowded pool shared by children of all ages and adults at the same time, making the experience uncomfortable and far from relaxing. The rooms were also poorly equipped, more like a two-star hotel. There were no toothbrushes, no basic personal amenities, and not even a laundry bag. Overall, it was a very, very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel at all.

• Grace (10/5): My daughter said She's very Happy!!! - the facilities, food and beverages unlimited, kids can dance in the nyt also everything. all staff are accomodating they have very good customer service esp in the reception because of que. long que upon check in it takes almost 10 minutes, like sat n sunday , better one counter will take the docs after taking the docs next counter for the signature of the docs and room and 3rd payment( if they dont pay online) and one counter labelled it for chect out so it will not mix to those who are going for check in that time for the que. thank you Hope this will help so that some family with kids will not feel uncomfortable for waiting. for room only laundry bag we dont have in the room, but other things we request for personal use we took in the counter thank u very much

• Nathalie (7/5): Idéal pour un week-end sans chichi - L’accueil très sympathique et le Check in rapide. Un grand merci pour le surclassement et la vue sur la mer. La chambre pas très grande mais avec un balcon agréable et une literie confortable. Le dîner n’était pas très varié et pas très sophistiqué, beaucoup de pâtes et de pommes de terre. Le buffet ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles. Le buffet du petit déjeuner paraissait grand mais en fait, chaque plat était présenté plusieurs fois. Le sable de la plage n’est pas très fin et fait mal aux pieds. On voit régulièrement passer les avions qui décollent de l’aéroport.
