• Ana (10/5): Todo muy bien, súper recomendable - Nuestra estancia fue muy satisfactoria. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, lo que nos permitió movernos con mucha facilidad y comodidad. El trato del personal fue excelente en todo momento, siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el baño bastante grande, lo que aportó aún más confort a la estancia. El buffet era correcto. En general, una experiencia muy positiva, totalmente recomendable por su ubicación, limpieza y, sobre todo, el trato del personal.

• Robin (9/5): - Direkt sehr angenehmes Ambiente im Empfangsbereich, Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und auch die Zimmer haben nichts vermissen lassen. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber trotzdem sehr gut. Die Lage im 13. Arrondissement ist angenehm ruhig, durch die Metro und den Bus in direkter Nähe ist man allerdings dennoch perfekt an die touristischen Bereiche angebunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte bei höherer Auslastung des Hotels etwas zu klein, das Personal war aber sehr darum bemüht, immer für Nachschub zu sorgen.

The perfect boutique hotel in a quiet arts neighborhood in the 13th arr. within a 6 minute walk to the Metro. From check-in to check out the staff day and night were amazing. The breakfast was the perfect start to each morning and the neighborhood had plenty of vegetarian friendly restaurants in a 12 minute walk. If your Paris dreams desire an off the beaten path unique stay in a quiet neighborhood look no further than Le Charme

Staff were so helpful and friendly. - The location was perfect for the conference we were attending, and the proximity to the Metro line meant that travel to other parts of Paris was quick and simple. The room was really well thought out and provided a very good work area. The bed was large and comfortable. The street is quiet at night, but with a lot of good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very simple and did not change for all the days we were there.

Sehr nettes Personal! Hotelzimmer sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr gute und bequeme Betten. Kleine Bar im Untergeschoss mit einem guten Angebot an Abendessen und Getränken, wenn geöffnet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, bis auf die Baquettes. Die fehlende Privatsphäre. Waschbereich nicht abgetrennt! Leider war die Bar Sonntag und Montag geschlossen, so dass man keine Möglichkeit hatte, abends Getränke oder eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen zu bekommen. Leider mag ich überhaupt keine Croissants. Als Alternative gab es Baquette. Normalerweise wäre das super gewesen. Allerdings hatten diese eine Konsistenz analog deutschem Zwieback! Verzehr nur mit gutem Zahnarzt möglich!
