• Maryna (9/5): В цілому все сподобалось, на одну-дві ночі можна зупинятися, зручно, якщо треба зупинятися для пересадки. - Дуже зручне розташування, від залізничного вокзалу 7 хв.пішки, ситний, смачний і досить різноманітний сніданок, зручні ліжка, чисті номери і готель. В номері не було кондиціонера, в холодну мокру погоду достатньо прохолодно в номері, дуже мала ванна кімната, голосно закривались і відкривались двері в ванну, їх би замінити. Але сам готель і номер достатньо звукоізольований

• Antonino (6/5): Poteva andare meglio. - Prima colazione soddisfacente, poca scelta per quanto riguarda la colazione dolce ma con prodotti di qualità. La struttura si trova in prossimità della stazione centrale e dell'annesso ottimo centro commerciale. Per raggiungere a piedi il centro città bastano 10 minuti. La struttura ha chiesto il pagamento di un supplemento di 10 euro al giorno per effettuare le pulizie, vorrei sapere in fase di prenotazione dove era evidenziato questo particolare! Inoltre vorrei segnalare la toilette veramente minuscola.

• Lorenzo (7/5): - Bed was really comfy, small fridge was perfect. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly The bathroom. Sink small and low, no place to put toothbrush and paste. Toilet seat a bit defective. I surely missed it in the booking process, but no AC felt weird. The morning staff on the day I left could barely speak English. In the same price range, in the same street even, I found better options. That said, good value for money, with all the necessities.
• Alborz (8/5): I övrigt är vi väldigt nöjda med vistelsen och kan absolut rekommendera hotellet. - Hotellet var väldigt rent och hade ett mycket bra läge. Frukosten var riktigt bra och personalen var utmärkt, väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma under hela vistelsen. Det enda lilla negativa var att internet inte fungerade optimalt, men som jag förstod hade de tillfälliga problem med det just när vi bodde där.

The WiFi connection on the bottom floor was quite weak. If you open the window at night, it might be a bit noisy from outside.

• Urmas (9/5): Väga tore puhkus Krakowis. - Väga hea hommikusöök. Eriti meeldis, et soe bufee osaliselt vaheldus ja ei olnud igal hommikul täpselt sama. Hotell on väga heas asukohas, südalinnas raudteejaama lähedal aga veidi vaiksemal tänaval. Personal on abivalmis ja reageerib kiiresti. Kui soovite nt voodi kõrvale lugemislampi, tuleks sellest personalile eelnevalt teada anda, kõik toad ei ole ühesugused.

• SPYRIDON (10/5): Εξαιρετική!!! - Το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από το κεντρικό σταθμό των τρένων όπου ήταν εύκολη η μετάβαση μας στο αεροδρόμιο καθώς και σε καταστήματα τροφίμων - πεντακάθαρο - πολύ καλό πρωινό - εξυπηρέτηση κ πληροφόρηση από τα παιδιά της ρεσεψιόν σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν!! Σας ευχαριστούμε!! Ηταν όλα άψογα!!!!

Eravamo 4 persone in una camera, siamo rimasti 3 giorni e non hanno pulito neanche una volta, nè tanto meno hanno fatto i letti! Mai successo in tutti gli hotel in cui sono e siamo stati. Entravano per svuotare i cestini e basta. Anche il bagno non è stato pulito neanche una volta!!! Orribile.

Ne au surprins plăcut prin faptul ca în fiecare zi ne au oferit câte 2 sticle de apă din partea lor și faptul ca am putut lăsa bagajele la recepție câteva ore după check out.

Рядом с вокзалом и Старым городом. Мало крючков для полотенец в ванной комнате. Два начатых рулона туалетной бумаги. Тусклый свет в туалете - один светильник.

• Oihane (8/5): - Estuvimos alojados cinco noches, de las cuales solo tres días nos hicieron la habitación. A pesar de poner el cartón en la puerta en el que se indicaba “please make the room”, no nos la hacían, es más, entraban y nos dejaban el mismo colgado del perchero. No entendimos el por qué.

Had paid for breakfast but was missing the same due to an early pick up for the Auschwitz tour and the reception lady offered to organise a packed lunch for us instead which I thought was a very nice gesture.

• Georges (8/5): Très bon séjour, j’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et j’y reviendrais avec plaisir - Endroit simple et agréable, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner (peut-être un léger manque de viennoiseries). L’hôtel est bien situé et l’endroit est calme. La télévision est connectée mais tout est verrouillé : les chaînes, les ports et même l’accès à Internet. C’est dommage car la TV est récente avec des applications comme Netflix, mais il est impossible de les utiliser et on est obligé de regarder uniquement les chaînes en polonais.
