Non-respect de ll'arrivée hâtive que j'avais oayé 25 livres de plus..Difficile de communiquer avec le propriétaire des lieux par l'application de Booking.com. On n'avait pas spécifié dans la publicité que pour atteindre cet appartement , il fallait monter plusieurs marches (78). J'ai dû payé une chambre d'hôtel parce que je ne l'ai pas habité. J'ai remis la clé dans la boîte. Et, vous m'avez donné une compensation de 62$ !!!. Vous riez de moi? J'ai payé le double pour me loger! De la fausse représentation.

- Cristian Valeriu (9/5): - The apartment is spacious and located in the center of Liverpool. In one of the bedroom you can hear quite load the noise of the street. Because of that and the wind whistle, I couldn't sleep well the first night. Lots of stairs to climb (the apartment being on the top floor)

Little things like leaving tea bags and shampoo were appreciated There were lots of stairs! Not a problem for me but my friend wasn’t so good with stairs. I should have asked about this before booking.

Property was lovely but the stairs are ridiculous . Needs a lift . There’s nothing on here to warn you about that . 8 sets of stairs to get up with cases is ridiculous
