- Kymlee (5/5): Spacious & comfortable with loud rooster, very minimal responses, cleaning, or staff availability - Spaciousness, comfort, location, pillows & beds, kitchen. - The rooster crowing loudly from 2am every single morning, despite being promised in writing that there was no noise before booking. - A terrible, ongoing machinery sound behind the bedroom wall for the first 3 nights, which took them days to send someone to fix. Between this, and the rooster, it made for a sleepless, non-restful week. Very frustrating, considering we had explicitly asked about this before coming (even asking specifically whether there were any rooster sounds) and emphasised the need for a completely quiet space to rest and recover. We were assured there was absolutely no noise. - The manager suddenly disappeared and became unreachable after we checked in and paid. - The housekeeping was....bad. They didn't sweep, wash dishes, didn't provide us with what we needed, and we constantly had to chase up basic things like water and toilet paper. They also didn't have keys and would bang on the door waking us up, after we'd barely slept in days due to the noises. The housekeeping guys came into my room twice when I was in a towel or getting changed, when there were still other rooms to be cleaned. We ended up saying don't worry about doing the housekeeping, we'd do it ourselves. It was an inconvenience and nuisance, and nothing was cleaned even close to properly. - Sewerage smell in bathroom.

This is a great place to relax, and the interior are amazing - Great place, very clean and the private pool is fantastic. the staff is as committed to satisfaction and helpful. Everything was perfect and i would love to recommend this place for everyone! NOTHING, ALL IS PERFECT
