• Thomas (7/5): The inconvenience at check in and unplanned changes took away from our time and overall experience. - Location is close to transport. The Melbray accommodation was not available when we landed in London. We were given a different accommodation in Hammersmith, the cleanliness and entire premises was below average.

L host è stato comprensivo per le problematiche riscontrate e ci è venuto incontro effettuando un check out più tardivo. Penso che trovare una casa non pulita ( ne i mobili ne la biancheria) con le docce intasate che ho stappato io stesso perché nonostante ho chiesto aiuto non so se è stato effettuato perché non è cambiato nulla. Capisco che sotto il periodo di capodanno può essere difficile recepire personale, ma io ho pagato per una casa che doveva essere almeno pulita e con la biancheria lavata e non sporca. L esperienza non è stata delle mie migliori, peccato perché la casa era bella e meritava ma sono stato sfortunato.
• Michelle (9/5): - Adorable apartment, nice area. Very close to the water and cute/quiet area, and less than 5 minute walk to tube station. Easy to find and get in. Only negative was there are trains and plans at around 6 am when transportation starts. But if youre able to sleep though them, you should be fine. Also when the give you the directions to the apartment the address is slightly wrong on their map. But Google maps has the correct address when you search it. Could use some more blankets for the cold winter nights.
