Simple but well thought, and location is quite good, despite the neighborhood not being the best for families with children like us. The Laundromat in front of the hotel was so convenient, as the room has a washer but not a drier. The only real negative point for us was the strong cigarette smell that came in a few times a day. The stair leading to the beds on the top was not 100% secure.
- NAMI (5/5): 部屋も対応も良かったけれど - マンションの一部屋貸しタイプの宿です。 リーズナブルな値段で家族で泊まれました。 子供が３人となるとホテルは取りにくいしお値段も上がるし、遊びに来て寝るだけなのでホテルじゃなくても十分だなと思いました。 ロフトタイプの部屋だったので秘密基地みたいだと子供が大喜びです。 10階の部屋までエレベーターがガタガタ、ガクガクと揺れてとても怖かった。(日本製) エレベーターであんなに不安な揺れ方をするというのは日本で生活していてそう無い気がする。 まるで繁華街のボロボロの古いビルにあるエレベーターのよう。 マンション自体は小綺麗なので大変驚いた。 エレベーターで暴れる人でもいるのか…？

Отличные кровати и постельные принадлежности. Да, сам номер небольшой, но в нем предусмотрена каждая мелочь. Все очень удобно и логично расположено, учтены все потребности гостей. Спасибо большое!

De l’espace dans la chambre, avec une petite cuisine. L’adresse indiquée sur le site booking n’est pas la bonne. Et il y a plusieurs hôtels Arashi bnb sur Osaka, donc faire attention avec les gps de bien rentrer le nom avec le bon numéro à la fin.(on s’est trompé deux fois à cause de ça). Il s’agit plus de chambre en location dans des immeubles plutôt que d’hôtel.

Staff were super responsive and on asking nicely they kept our stuff when we spent a day in Kyoto and came back to the Airbnb. Only issue is the back rooms don't get a lot of sunlight.

- Weini (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Sehr gute Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Shinsekai Street und innerhalb von 5 min gibt es eine Metro Station. Ein Family Mart ist direkt daneben und zahlreiche Restaurants sind in der Nähe aufzufinden. Das Zimmer war groß und war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

- Koyawin (10/5): AWESOME - The Location? Very good - 5 mins away from Daikokucho Station and around 10 mins away from Shin-Imamiya The Room? Spacious - we are a family of 3, me, my wife and my toddler, my toddler really liked the place he runs around and had much fun, very clean, pleasant smell, the room is also nicely soundproof, also have a balcony where you can place your clothes or just enjoy the view in the morning smelling success, it has mini kitchen and kitchenwares tho we werent able to try the stove since we did not cook, the toilet is nicely placed separate to the tub and washing machine, wish it has a bidet tho, Staff - very helpful and friendly, easy instructions and they always respond to your questions and assist you with your need. they also allowed us to have our luggage stored after checkout before going to the airport. There's also a parked BMW in front which gives additional vibes to the hotel's vibe. (idk if this matters) Heaters worked btw! keeps us warm. I just didnt like the fact that we didnt stay longer, i wish i had more time but you know i have work, Please put bidet on your toilet i can not put anything i dont like here, i requested extra pillow since they only provided 2 and they are awesome to provide extra pillows!
