- Abiral (2/5): Let's never go there. - There was list of things if you broke you should have paid for -- and nothing was in order. Hair dryer as soon as I started threw smoke out of it. The water kettle (boiler) was so dirty I could not boil anything. The pillow was torned already. I was in a constant fear of how am I getting my security of 1000 baht back. If they would charge for the stuff that are already broken. What a horrendous experience.

Le personnel n’est pas très s - On a réservé le rooftop et la vue était très très jolie, mais du coup directement sous les toits et fenêtre simple titrage (avec rideaux pas assez occultants) et Clim pas suffisante pour avoir du frais. La baignoire fait sale à notre arrivée, on a eu trop chaud et on a dû acheter des boules quies et des masques de nuit parceque simple vitrage et lumière dès 6h30

The worst customer services and not suitable for family or individual. Nothing was like as described in the description when we booked. Very dirty, no sunna, no Gym facility and the worse in customer services. No breakfast. We booked with buffet breakfast but there was not breakfast. Very dirty stay a way from this hotel. My son got sick and hospitalised due to insect bite from the hotel just one hours after the check in. There is no reception services. Indian owner which they don’t give a shit about your health and concern. We demands refunds for our breakfast and not provided the services as described. I just can’t believe this hotel is in booking.com. This hotel must be re-certified. The buffet breakfast was provided in the room which not eatable. Very old bread maybe two weeks old. Very disrespectful.

Towels general appearance bedding everything was dirty, three different kind of wallpaper in one room to cover moms and dirt and the pictures did not represent the hotel particularly around the pool area where there were lots of discarded rubbish and rusted chairs etc. we left 2 hours after checking in

They gave a staff room. No breakfast was available. There is no staff in the kitchen available in the breakfast time only for one day. - Mussack (1/5): Saying this hotel is a two star would be generous - Clean Check in very disorganized and slow even though prepaid with a surprise requirement is 2000 baht cash deposit at checkin. Room very dated. No tissues provided. Phone did not work so every Tim needed to talk to staff had to walk down stairs and into another building No lift. Card holder for light and AC control hanging off wall by just wires. Could not get safe to work and no instructions by staff upon checkin or when getting to room. Toilet paper holder broken so toilet paper just stacked on back of toilet. Only pro vided with a single one person bar of soap even though two people registered Shampoo and shower gel in small one person bottles with only one each provided even though two people registered. No explanation of facilities at check in. Very far from downtown and further from beach. Took a 200 baht cab ride each way to get there. Room noisy from street noise. One day arranged for cleaning at 2 PM. Returned at 4 and rom not cleaned. Had to walk downstairs and to other building across alley to get fixed. Room then cleaned but staff did not leave soap and shower supplies, saying they did not have any. Only went and got some when I insisted.
