Son comportement a été ouvertement raciste, avec des propos discriminatoires et mensongers pour justifier son refus. Nous n’avons jamais pu séjourner dans le logement en raison de cette attitude inacceptable. Heureusement, Booking a pris la situation au sérieux et a procédé à un remboursement intégral. Merci au service client pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Très mauvaise expérience. • michel (1/5): grande déception, sentiment d'être traités comme des chiens et d'être mains et pieds liés - l'emplacement de l'appartement acceuil détestable: arrivée tardive par rapport aux accords, reproches accompagnés de chantage avant l'entrée dans l'appartement, attente abusive dans le hall d'entrée sous prétexte d'un contrôle de l'état des lieux, présentation insuffisante de l'équipement de l'appartement concernant les moyens mediatiques et le système de chauffage, promesse de remise des codes d'accès qui n'a jamais été tenue confort non à la hauteur du prix: pas d'accès aux chaînes de télévision de base, pas d'accès aux chaînes TNT, meubles Ikea de base, équipement de toilette réduit au strict minimum

La caution de 2000 euros ne m’a pas été restituée. Logement occupé pour 8 nuits. Je précise, appartement tout entier à ma disposition mais hélas je me suis faite arnaquée. Dès l'instant qu'il a votre caution entre les mains on trouve tous les moyens pour ne pas la restituer. J'ai reçu ma sœur et mes deux petites filles on me fait savoir que je ne les avais pas déclaré au moment de la réservation. J'accepte de payer le reliquat l’hôte va rapidement sur booking verrouiller les réservations pour ne pas que je vois le montant exact que je devais rajouter. Impossible de réserver ou modifier une réservation. Il bloque toute ma caution sous prétexte que d'autres personnes étaient présentes. Un règlement intérieur est pourtant présent dans le logement. Il est mentionné 20 euros par nuitée pour chaque personne non déclarée. Il ne voulait rien savoir. Son propre règlement intérieur où tout était écrit noir sur blanc... Le ménage pas fait pendant une semaine. Les draps et serviettes n'étaient pas remplacés, c'était très difficile le séjour au Magnificient 2 Bedrooms with terrace next to champs-elysées - PC62B. FUYEZ CE LOGEMENT !!! FUYEZ!!! Aujourd'hui je me suis faite arnaquée...Demain ça sera vous! Il est gentil juste le 1er jour une fois que vous êtes installés dans le logement et la caution empochée , vous ne le voyez plus ...Il vous menace par mail et par téléphone en vous demandant de sortir de chez lui...Le dernier jour il vous envoie quelqu'un qui ne parle qu'anglais pour les clés lui même ne se présente pas. Ne logez jamais dans ce logement...Je mets 1 parce que je ne peux mettre O... Honte à vous!

L’appartement est une merveille ! J’ai prit le petit déjeuner sur la terrace (avec une doudoune par ce froid) mais c’était tellement agréable ! Je recommande fortement ce logement

The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the photos. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities (kitchen, Wi-Fi, heating) worked perfectly. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. I travelled from Edinburgh with friends on Saturday morning. This is a scam. On arrival the phone number of the supposed owner demanded 2,000 euros in cash and was extremely rude and threatening. They hung up on me. I was left without accommodation and had to pay 1,500 euros to stay at the Marriott nearby (two rooms). I can't believe Booking.com allow this scam! A nearby hotel (Hotel Grand Powers) told me I'm not the first and that other tourists had reported the same. I don't think I can ever trust booking.com again. What are you doing about this? I fly to a foreign city to stay at a property which I booked with you in good faith, with booking.com, to not have accommodation because I refused to pay these scam artists 2,000 euros in cash! • Salama (10/5): كانت اقامة رائعه ومريحه مع وجود كل ماتحتاجه في هاذه الشقه الجميلة - كل شي الشقه مريحه وواسعه ونظيفه وفيها كل ماتحتاجه وموقعها ممتاز قريبه من قوس النصر وتقع في الشانزلزيه وكل المحلات قريبه مشي دقائق فقط .ويوجد بقربها سوبر ماركت تقريبا 200 متر .مستوى الامان عالي الدخول بالكود فقط .وجميع انواع المطاعم بالقرب منها وقد استقبلتنا مالكه الشقه وهي انسانه رائعه جدا ومتعاونه اعطتنا رقم الهاتف وكانت سريعه في الرد على اي استفسار .وسهوله تسجيل الدخول والخروج .وانصح بها وسوف ارجع لها مره اخرى

It is a home away from home, very quiet when you are in the apartment however you are in - The location is perfect, very easy to get around from there to most places. Short walk to the Champs Élysées and less than half an hour down to the Eiffel Tower. The property itself was very clean and extremely comfortable. We loved it. I honestly cannot fault anything about the property. It provided for everything you needed, included aircon during the hot days/nights.

• Neelima (10/5): Exceptional - The property is located at an excellent location, just a few meters off Champs de élysées. It’s a spacious and well kept apartment with 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room and kitchen and a nice terrace attached to one of the bedrooms. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to all our requests and questions. I would highly recommend this place and definitely like to go back there if I visit Paris again.

• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful property, wonderful location. - The apartment is large, comfortable, beautifully furnished and in an incredible location. Even thought we didn't use it often because of the weather, the terrace is delightful. Host was responsive. The master bedroom faces the street and is a bit noisy for light sleepers. The owner had only one set of keys available for us, which presented a coordination challenge for two people with different schedules.

The host ensured that we had smooth entry into the apartment since we were arriving around at 22 hours. The kitchen was fully loaded and wished we had spent more time in Paris. Cannot say anything negative as it was a perfect place.
