• Wanwisa (10/5): - Sehr komfortables, sauberes und top ausgestattetes Zimmer! Das Personal ist wirklich outstanding freundlich und zuvorkommend und versucht wirklich jede mögliche Extrameile zu gehen! Es wurde sich beim Einchecken viel Zeit genommen uns die Umgebung zu erklären und obwohl die Rezeption nur bis 17Uhr besetzt ist, wurden auch Fragen zu späteren Uhrzeiten umgehend beantwortet. Dazu noch die super Lage, fußläufig ca 10 Minuten zum Großen Marktplatz. Viele Gastronomiemöglichkeiten wie Cafés und Restaurants ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Bei unserem nächsten Krakau-Aufenthalt werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Une très bonne boulangerie est au coin de la rue pour le petit déjeuner en complément du broyeur à café rempli dans l appartement. Casiers à bagages mis à disposition le jour du départ et wc plus douche si besoin. Gare à proximité Personnel très gentil qui nous a offert un café le dernier jour car nous étions trempes Consignes d arrivée très claires La literie commence un peu à fatiguer L emplacement de parking à l intérieur de la cour assez petit et difficilement manoeuvrable sauf en marche arrière

• Steven (10/5): Amazing stay 10/10 😀 - Absolutely amazing stay. 4 nights 20th to 24th April. Brilliant location, quiet and the room itself was huge. Had everything you needed and more. We did self check in as arrived later at night, all the instructions were emailed to me before arrival and it was so easy to get in. Our last day(today) we were leaving later at night so we were able to store luggage securely till we were ready to leave. This was the only time I saw staff and she was so helpful. Cannot recommend here enough and we will be back. Nothing, all was perfect.

Esta muy cerca del centro y también de la estación de tren que te lleva directamente al aeropuerto. Tiene disponibilidad para dejar las maletas el último dia hasta que te vas al aeropuerto. El baño grande con una ducha espectacular y calefacción por el suelo. Cafetera con café en sobre. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor. Tiene una tv grande con Nerflix gratis. Recomendable 100%. No hay nada que criticar. Es perfecto.

• Hecberg (9/5): - El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario, está completamente equipado. El tamaño es excelente, con cuarto para maletas, baño grande, sofás, etc. Quizá las vistas a un patio interior pero todo muy tranquilo y sin ningún ruido

• Louise (9/5): Great stay, friendly staff and super clean apartment - Great location and the reception staff are so helpful and friendly. We mainly dealt with Oliwia and she helped us book a day trip, taxis and gave us great recommendations of where to eat and things to do during our stay. We stayed on the 4th floor and there is no lift. I did know this before I booked but just a warning to others in case of any mobility issues.

• Olga (9/5): - Doskonala lokalizacja, parking pod samym budynkiem, przejrzysta instrukcja meldunku. Apartament przestronny, czysty, przyjemnie urządzony. Grzanie podłogi w łazience nie działa.

• Jakub (5/5): - Doliczanie opłaty 150 zł za parking i łóżeczko dla dziecka to wyższy poziom zdzierstwa. Sugeruję następnym razem doliczyć opłatę od ciepłej wody. Gdybym wiedział, że końcowa cena noclegu będzie tak wysoka wybrałbym inne miejsce.

• hanan (9/5): Great saff, comfortable room, very good location, good price - We had a really good welcome. Alice welcomed us with a smile 😃 and helped with any questions. She gave us recommendations for wonderful activities for the kids. The room we got was spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable We didn't notice that we chose an apartment on the 4th floor without an elevator (this is our mistake) So we had to go up 4 floors with 3 children and carry 5 suitcases.🥵

• Sagiv (10/5): - המקום מרגיש כמו חדש, נקי ומסודר, אומנם זה דירות אבל מתנהל כמו מלון כולל החלפת מגבות וניקיון יומי. בכל שאלה או בעיה הם מיד פתרו ועזרו לנו. היינו קבוצה של כמה משפחות והנוחות של החדרים שקרובים אחד לשני הייתה מדהימה. ממליצים בחום.
• SHIRAN (10/5): - החדרים נקיים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם, רואים שהושקעה מחשבה בפרטים הקטנים. החדרים מחוממים ומסודרים. המיקום מעולה, ונוח. קיבלנו הוראות כניסה מפורטות ומדויקות. היתה לנו חוויה מוצלחת מאוד. הכל היה מעולה
• Meri (10/5): - La noia que ens ha atès ha estat encantadora i ens ha donat moltes opcions per conèixer la ciutat en tots els aspectes ( monuments, gastronomia, transport.....). L'apartament està molt ben ubicat i estava tot en perfecte estat, molt net i sense sorolls. Molt aconsellable

• Ottaviani (10/5): Sistemazione perfetta, massimo comfort e tranquillità. Staff eccezionale. - Una delle migliori sistemazioni che abbia mai trovato. Silenziosa, dotata di ogni comfort, calda, con letti comodi che vengono rifatti giornalmente, staff eccezionale. Nonostante dovessimo fare un self check in (che abbiamo effettuato senza alcun problema, essendo guidato passo passo), ci hanno comunque contattato ripetutamente fino a tarda ora (entrati in casa all’una di notte) per sapere se eravamo arrivati e se tutto andasse bene. Alla reception abbiamo trovato una persona gradevolissima e molto premurosa che non ha esitato ad aiutarci per ogni esigenza. In ultimo, prima ancora che lo chiedessimo noi, ci hanno offerto il deposito gratuito dei bagagli in un locale comodissimo e dotato di bagno. insomma, assolutamente consigliato, anche considerata l’estrema comodità perché prossimo alla stazione centrale ed al centro storico. Top! Nulla
