• AH (1/5): - Very disappointed. Very dirty and smells. Bedsheets no ironing and dirty. Mattress not up to standard of homestay. Living room sofa very dirty. Floor with stain of water. Toilet dirty. Very bad experience.

• Puteri Fariza Eleena (9/5): Ample space, good location, and comfortable beds! - It really is 10 minutes away from KLCC by car. Loved that the parking bays were allocated to the room so no need to fight over parking. The room card was put in the same cardholder as the parking sensor so when entering the premises sometimes the sensor wouldn’t detect it and we would need the guard to open the pole for our car to exit.

• Muhamad (10/5): - A very good place to stay for a leisure. Really clean n the staff is really friendly n fast respond. Checked out late but they still let me without any charge n checked in early also no additional charge. For sure gonna stay here again.
• muhammad karim (3/5): Chased us out at 11.am - The apartments facilities like pools, gym sauna is very2 good. The lift and the parking area...all is very good The unit is not that bad. But not that good either.. the facilities inside the unit poor..as the toilet was very bad smell. The lamp beside the bed broken .. seriously that dangerous.. The iron board about to fall , the iron itself need to be thrown. Dangerous as the wire was damaged. The staff promised for early check in...and told checked out is on Nov 2nd...but they chased us out on 1st November around 11 am...but I argued to stay longer...and we checked out at 3 pm.. supposed if they count from 2 a.m check in time.. supposed we need to leave at 10 pm on 1st November..even though they promised till 12 pm Nov... They are very bad in hospitality for customer... especially the lady who messaged me in the morning asking to leave at 11 am...very bad person.

The room is quite dirty, like not properly sweep or mopped.. the pillow is really thin, i need to use my own pillow.. luckily i have one in my car.. the smell from the toilet is quite bad.. we need to always open the window a little bit just to let the bad smell out..

The team who handle our booking was helpful and guided us till we reach our room, although it was near midnight when we reached. Bravo for the effort. The place is cosy and worth the value. Well maintain and clean. Our view we had was breathtaking and we will definitely return next time. Iron and electric kettle went missing.

• Cora (10/5): 100% recommended - Super responsive staff and housekeeper. We used to stay with Aayu Homes in Penang, and decided to try their property in KL for work. Very gladly we did, the units are in a serviced apartment in Reizz, but the Aayu team is top notch. We have no difficulty in finding the keys , check in . Truly exceeded our expectations The internet is abit unstable at first due to high levels, but luckily the staffs sorted it out very quickly and it was then ok throughout our stay.
