• Daniel (10/5): We enjoyed our one day stay in Dubrovnik. - Location is fantastic. The room looks great. The bathroom has no towel rails to hang up towels. Also there was no toilet roll holder for toilet roll. We were there just overnight but we noticed that there were insufficent kitchen utensils for anyone who wish to stay longer and do cooking.
• Anne (9/5): Perfect Location - The location of this property, just a few minutes walk from the Pile Gate, was perfect. It is very easy to find and involves no stairs until you are inside the property. It was one flight of navigable stairs up to our room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our host, Anamaria, met us at the door, gave us the door code, and permitted us to store our luggage until the room was ready. Our walking tour actually took us down the street the apartment is located on, where our guide provided information at the site of an orphanage of historical significance. A fan would be helpful for air circulation, especially after showers.

• Cynthia (10/5): A Home Away from Home! - The apartment was inside Old Town. Very nice and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. With air conditioner. Easy access for public transportation. We feel very safe. Anamaria, the host was superb. She keeps checking if everything is ok, if we need airport transfer and we also had a nice welcome chocolate treats. A lot of restaurant around where you can have a good meal. We got the apartment that has a balcony and it is great to just sit and watch all the tourist doing the Wall Walk! This apartment makes us feel that we are home away from home. If we visit Dubrovnik in the future, we will surely make an effort to stay in this property again! Only one key (but I didn't check if we can have an extra one). And we didn't want the room windows open as the smell of the food being cooked from downstairs or nearby restaurants do get inside the apartment. No lifts (but understandable because Dubrovnik is a UNESCO protected historic site). Not advisable for elderly guest due to this reason.

• Felipe (6/5): Gran Lugar, muy regular anfitrión. - El apartamento es cómodo y muy bien ubicado y muy limpio La atención de la anfitriona no fue la mejor, su trato no fue muy amable y para el costo de lo que estábamos pagando, no sentimos que fuera equivalente. Fuimos testigos de cómo trató a otros huéspedes también y tanto a ellos como a nosotros no nos ofreció un buen trato.

Limpieza, que tenga una cocina funcional,,acorde con el departamento Tendrían que informar que nuestro departamento estaba en el 3 piso por escalera. Con un carry on y una mochila es un pequeño esfuerzo subir!! Nosotros somos septuagenarios pero en buen estado, y no tuvimos problemas!! Otro tema, el baño es un poco pequeño pero todo funciona

• Evangelos (10/5): Excellent, spacious, quiet and very central accommodation. - The accommodation is very central in the old town of Dubrovnik and on the lower level, so you don't have to climb any stairs, and two streets from the main street. It is beautiful, spacious and quiet, and it also has a terrace upstairs so you can enjoy a breakfast or dinner with a view of the city. The facilities could perhaps be enhanced, for example, by providing coffee, laying out some carpets in the winter, and having a more organized kitchen.

• Dellarocas (10/5): A wonderful stay in a dreamy town - Amazing location: Inside the old town, and close to Pile, so no stairs to climb or long walks with luggage. Newly renovated, very clean and with nice decoration touches (eg orchid). Super comfortable bed: great quality sheets and mattress. Very quiet. Terrace with sofas and city views is a nice bonus. Good communication, easy checkin checkout. Can leave luggage at the building entrance after checkout. Overall a very enjoyable stay! Minor issues: shower didn’t drain properly; we have the same kind of drain in our home and it needs to be cleaned very frequently. Having a few more items in the kitchen (eg dish soap, bottle opener, a few more plates, glasses and utensils) would be nice.

• Cowan (10/5): Fantastic stay within the beautiful Dubrovnik old town. - Host communication was great, condition of the property couldn’t have been better, and the location could not be surpassed. If you book the room with a terrace, be aware that the terrace is actually one floor above - but easy to access, private, and a wonderful outdoor space with great views over the old city. Kitchen equipment minimal, but the host quickly responded to our request for additional equipment.

• Wayne (10/5): A magical stay in an immaculate property with a perfect location! - This was a magical stay. Being inside the city walls felt like you were living in an episode of Game of Thrones. And then when you enter Soleil Palace you find the most immaculate property imaginable. Our host, Anamaria was amazing. She made sure we had transportation to the property, and stayed in touch consistently until we arrived at the property and was there to greet us and help us with our luggage. She continued to be helpful with places to eat, and helped with our laundry and arranged transportation to the airport at the end of our stay and again made sure we had help with our luggage. The location was a 10 out of 10. You must stay here when in Dubrovnik. I cannot imagine anything better. There was nothing that could be improved.

• Schiff (10/5): Beautiful Place, Perfect Location - The room was gorgeous, spacious and spotless. I liked the location just inside of Pile Gate. Anamaria was kind and helpful. We were able to check in immediately and she gave us restaurant tips. We would definitely recommend the property. People were loud outside our window on Sat night around 12-2am, but that could happen anywhere at anytime. I really have no complaints.
