- Carelmar (10/5): Excelente, amplio, comodo, limpio y super bien ubicado. - muy lindo y super comodo apartamento, un super amplio balcon para hacer lindas parrillas y disfrutar, excelente la ubicación al frente hay una linda plaza para pasear o los niños jugar, a muy pocos metros está la estación de servicios, farmacia, nuevo supermercado Angeloni y Open Shopping de Jurere y en estos compras todo lo que necesites. El Edf tiene piscina (abierta/fria) y tambien jacuzzis muy ricos calientitos, todo en el ultimo piso / terraza del edificio. el acceso a todo el edificio es con reconocimiento facial que configuramos al llegar y al apto ingresas con código. al que sea sensible con los ruidos, como es primer piso, capaz puede molestar el sonido de los autos o si hay ruido en la plaza al frente del apto.
- Rafael (10/5): Vale muito a pena. - Apartamento muito bem cuidado e com excelente localização. Para quem tem sono leve por ser virado para avenida, som dos veículos passando pode incomodar um pouco
